i was wondering what a good rep and set range is to gain strength the fastest (i don't really give a **** about how big i get because personally i think i'm big enough and the less size i gain the better i just wanna get strong) but i also what my muscles to have great endurance because im training for football next year and i want to get as strong as possible as quick as possible (i wanna get 1st team all state or at least all conference lineman and i think i have a good chance if i keep lifting hard)
