the banana is cool but it is a herb not a fruit. take one banana mash it ; add 20grams oats [ one ounce or so to you lot over the pond ] i teaspoon honey ; a few flicks of ginger/cinnamon or nutmeg . 1 serving protein and milk. smooth together ; sit ; chill out and enjoy. if you dont like it ; don't contact me ; i only suggest the mix .

This is something I'm making 4 lunch:

BANANA PANCAKES

1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar (substitute granulated Splenda)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. oil (substitute apple sauce)
1 med. banana, mashed

Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Combine next four ingredients and mix well. Add flour mixture to egg mixture. Do not mix too much, only until flour mixture is moistened. Combined mixture should be lumpy. Fry in very slightly oiled preheated pan or grill until edge looks tried, turn and cook until done. Cook pancakes in low gas setting.
