View Full Version : Want to Put on Mass - Best Split?

I just started bulking and I'm wondering what the best work-out split would be. The days involved doesn't matter so much - I'm looking for what's most effective. I've mostly heard muscle groups should be worked out only once every seven days, while I've also heard they can be worked out to 3 times a week. What's best??

1-2 times a week is the best, 3 times is too much. You need 48 hours to rest in between and you need an off day also. Look up push/pull/legs or make your own split based on what muscle groups you want to work on the same day.
