Hi everyone,

I'm starting a weightloss program today and am going to post my progress here for critiques, in case anyone is interested.

My stats:

Age: 24
Height: 5'4"
Start weight: 127
Target weight: 110-115 (what ever feels best)

I'm naturally muscular and not looking to gain any more. I'm going to start my cutting diet today (June 26th). I probably won't get reports in each day, but I'll do my best.

Today's report:

Up at 4:45am. Two cups of black coffee. 30 mins walking, 60 mins jogging.
5 oz tuna with lettuce and lime for meal 1.

3 tbs cream of wheat for breakfast.
Biked to work and home today for cardio (3 hours round trip).
3 oz chicken breast with 2 oz broccoli for my remaining 4 meals. So much for variety. :)

The scale says 124 this morning. I lost a lot of water and a touch of fat, I think.

Start Weight: 150
Goal Weight: 125-130
Body Type: Combo of Mesomorphic/Endomorphic or Ecto-Meso (Pear Shaped)

I'm a muscular, stocky type who gains muscle very quickly (too quickly for my liking grrrr)
I'm looking to loose and tone and want to be at my goal by Mid December.

I just started out with an ECA, Chromium Picolinate and Cayenne supplementation, modiefied diet (less carbs, more frequent meals) and 20-30 mins of cardio 4-6X a week and weights 4X a week 8 weeks ago. I was actually 156 when I started.

Let me know if you are still looking for someone to partner with online.
