I currently can't workout because of a shoulder injury. I feel like a smoker who quits..
But anyway, do you see any difference?

Thanks for the responses everyone.
Actually, I think I started lifting again on may 20th after I finished university exams. I think I was around 168-170lbs. I'm 180 now. It was only muscle gains because my fat percentage is the same/stomach area looks the same. I gained exactly 1inch on my arms during that time. The first pic is not on may 20th though, that's why the difference is small. I think there's 2 months between the 2 pics.

My arm workout was this:

EZ-bar curls, 4 sets of 10-12 to failure
Sitting dumbell curls, 3 sets of 10-12 to failure
Hammer curls, 3 sets of 10-12 to failure
(Machine) Preacher curls, 3 sets of 10-12 to failure

Often I dont do the dumbell curls because after I finish the ez-curls I feel like I could end my bicep workout right there because it worked them so hard.
I started concentrating more on hammer curls right now (which means I do them as the first exercice)

For triceps: Skull crushers, cable extension, rope extension after working chest does it.
