basicaly what it says that you shouldn't load creatine the old way but take about 20-25g for 3 days then stop for 3 days and repeat. I don't know if this is safe looks like it can mess up your kidneys. has anyone tried it?

Sounds like bull to me. After your muscle cells are inhibited by creatine, all you have to do is maintain them and make sure there is JUST ENOUGH creatine in them. That whole "3 days on 3 days off" concept sounds kicked. Just do the 5-7 day loading phase, and then maintain the current creatine levels for a month, cycle off for a week, and keep repeating the process.

that article made no sense- i think its a way of getting you to consume more of their creatine than you should
Theirs:
75g/week X 1 Month = 300g
Ours:
20gX1 week
5g/daily X 3 Weeks = 245g
thats 55 grams of creatine there, and even more if you do it more than just 1 month.

It's not like creatine is expensive.
I am going to give it a try, as I also follow MAX-OT and I like the other articles Paul has written (look into his articles on insulin management for natural athletes. Very good read).
Don't knock it 'til you tried it ;)
post the results after ur done

Will do. Still debating (with myself) whether or not to use creatine or not in my next MAX-OT cycle.

It might still be better to load for 3 days, maintain and stay on for 4 weeks, off 2 weeks and start over again.

1) I recommend avoiding AST products if possible.
2) "Transporters" aside..... there's alot of science behind this 3-on x-off idea, using both loading and cycling, both of which (ironically) are basically unnecessary. It should not be more expensive than traditional creatine use.

Why avoid AST? Not challenging you, just wondering why? I have no opinion either way.

I would like to know too. I tried the MAX-OT and had great results in strength, but as for mass...NADA, but there supplements were not bad, I just kinda felt that they were no different then others out there...so it was like damned if you do damned if you don't....
