View Full Version : Good Teen Supplement Stacks

Well I did some research and asked a few people and got the boards ideas on it and came up with a good lil bulk and cutting cycle for teens our age (im 15) thats safe and effective. this will help you save time and research on looking up products and what the do etc.
Bulking-
protein shake (nlarge2, xtreme mass, etc)
creatine monohydrate (100% creatine)
dessicated liver tabs (VERY cheap like 6$ for 250 tabs)
Extras for bulking-
ZMA (nighttime or daytime like z-mass pm etc)
ALA (great with creatine for better results)
Flax oil (add to your protein shake, very good and only like 6$)
Dextrose (hard to find but its out there)
Ribose (good with creatine)
Amino Acids
Cutting-
100% whey (low carbs, high protein shake)
flax oil (6$ and good for both bulking/cutting)
BCAAs pills (branch chain of amino acids)
Glutamine (great for cutting, some use for bulking...)
Extras -
hmb/cla (some people always use them, others dont you choose)
desiccated liver tabs (id say use them always, some use BCAA instead for cutting, but cheap)
ALA (a good antioxidant)
creatine titrate (similiar to creatine monohydrate but better for cutting)
Cardio (not a supp. but great for cutting, 30min 3 days a week)
These are some good supplements when to take when bulking/cutting but your main keys to get cut or gain good mass is DIET. You must eat right, eat at least your body weight in protein each day (bulking), train hard, change your work out every few months, cycle, DIET DIET DIET is the biggest key in getting results.
I hope this helps eliminate some of your worries, questions etc. you can use this as a base or choose your stack here or look into some of these products more in depth (the ones you like before you buy)
Other tips:
-DIET is the key !
- If your still having trouble pm a moderator, do searches in the forums, and look up articles.
- Using those fat burners (xendrine etc) is not needed for being so young as we are.
-If you have any other things you wanna add please do so.

your stack suggestion look pretty good, but i would also add a good multi-vitamin to any supplement stack.

There is no reason for anyone 15 to be using any supplements, other than perhaps a multivitamin and supplemental protein.
Learn how to train and eat first.

I say screw it and use some supplements when your 12yrs. All of the biggest guys in my school that are ALL getting full rides to 4yr colleges all started lifting when they where 12yrs old. They took advantage of their natural growthspurt and Test boost when you hit that age.
Lots of people say its unsafe and bad for you but all of guys I know are 210+ some even over 260. No known steriod use eathir (they are close friends id know about it.)
15yrs is too late in my opinion to start seriously lifting. Im going off to college for sports and i started lifting when i was 16yr and im years behind the guys im competing with.
From my perspective go for it, dont take anything xtreme!

I say take nothing to u are at least 18, and even then take nothing.
I hate when i hear people say "I am a natural Body Builder and I take creatine and andro". How is that natural,lol?

right when u start your growth spurt is the best time to take them. it will help turn "teen into titan" as one article said
I don't know why creatine is being classed above flax seed oil in your reckoning

Hey Ralph,
I read that Z-Mass PM has 20-hydroxyecdysone and it talked about it being Anabolic, is that sutff good for kids under 18 or am I thinking of something else?

screw zma, zma pm has to be by far the most way overpriced zma made. buy the cheapest zma product like optimums or dymatizes. or go to wal-mart and buy zinc gluconate for 2$ for 150 caps and get the same gains for 1/5 the price.
but to answer your question, ecdy. is very much crap and only good on animals (so if you have 8 legs go ahead) but it is safe.

everyone says "your too young, don't take anything" when we see the articles and pictures we want to be big like the guys in them. im a teen and i can honestly say that supplements do work, i have been on and off of them and deffidently notice a difference when i am on them. i recomend to take creatine and protein. thats all a teen really needs. thermos and ph just mess up their bodys cause they are still growing.

I'm 17 and I take supps. Whey protein and glutamine right now. Having good gains with just that. Started lifting around age 15. The first supp I took was a weight gainer. I definitely noticed a difference in size within a month. I'd say if you are in your teens and have the money, then go and get the supps you won't. But remember you always reep what you sew.

umm ya its a supplement, only reason i didnt add this is because vitamins should be taken everyday, on and off a cycle. but ya maybe should have, this was written like 8 months ago bro.

The only supplement that I would say a teen should not take are andros or anyother pro hormone, because they can stunt your growth. Thats all I have to say about that.

I think an ECA stack should rank near the top when cutting.
Nothing gave me more energy to complete my workouts on a low carb diet like a good ECA stack.

ahh theres more than just growth that juice and pHs can do to a teen, but we wont get into that. just read the article and apply its knowledge ;)

Wow, I seriously cannot believe how ignorant some of you people are. Saying stuff like "taking creatine makes you not natural" is quite possibly one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. Does that mean if you eat meat you aren't natural? Because last time I checked, creatine is found in meat. So I guess that I'm not natural, right Hunglikeahorse? Look at this way... If you don't get nailed on a piss test in a natural competition for it, you're natural. If you feel the need to take tribulis, creatine, etc. - Go right ahead. It's all clean and natural if it goes in a natural competition. Personally, I only take creatine and a bit of protein here and there. Did I mention I packed on 54 pounds in a year?
