Ok, heres the deal I turn 15 April 2 and hope to increase some of my stuff by then.
As of right now I am,
210lbs
20% body fat (sucks very badly)
Bench-225
Squt-330
Deadlift-315
Birthday hopeful goals
190lbs
15% body fat
Bench-240
Squat-350
Deadlift-320

Oh and there was a typo on my b/f
I am actuallly 30% and hope to get down to 20% w/e

Update:
Started my 6 meal a day eating plan today
Here it is:
Meal 1
4 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 glass of skim milk
Meal 2(pre-workout)
Nutri-grain bar
Meal 3(post workout)
Protein shake
2 Scoops of gnc brand choclate whey
1 tbsp of peanut butter
Milk
1 bananna
Meal 4
3 cups of corn
Slightly buttered
Slightly salted
Meal 5
2 Hardboiled eggs, 1 w/ yolk 1 w/o
1 bananna
Meal 6
Whatever my family has, in a much smaller portion
For supplements
Multi-vitamin, Vitamin b-6, Vitamin e, Amino "1000" (x2), Vitamin c, Flaxseed Oil
It accumulates to be, a little over 100g protein, very little fat, 20-30 grams i believe, hardly any carbs, and when i can i try and have some triscuits for the fiber

man, you need a lot more protein than that, plus, just corn for a meal, yuou might need to re-think a diet, im seeing very little calories here as well, but a few more carbs as well man. Just my 2 cents worth

Russian bench routine
Decline
Incline
Shoulder presses (seated)
Dumbell presses
Wednesday
Russian squat routine
Leg press or Deadlift I alternate
Leg extensions
Leg Curls
Calve raises
Donkey calf raises
Thursday
Russian Benche routine
Decline
Incline
Back rows
Bent over rows
Seated pull downs
and one other thing that the name is slipping right now
Friday
Same as wednesday
Saturday
Same as thursday and tuesday combined
Sunday rest
After every workout
Abs, and run for 20 mins

I would not say cutting,
I woudl say loosing bodyfat.I care not about looks but about the amount of plates that I stack.
