Im going to start keeping a workout jounal to hopfull track my gains on the long road i have ahead my

wieght: 175
PR's
Bench 185 (weak)
squat 335-350
deadlift 375

im going to be training for the next 3 months hard as ever to complete in a meet. ill drop a couple of pounds befor the meet.
my first days of training is to see what my exact MAXes are and work from their.

when i read that first workout you posted i was thinkin damn that looks familiar. but i guess i saw it in jackbags journal too.

i totally forgot about this thread and i am now going to start posing on it regularly starting with these new stats
also due to injuires and my own lazyness i have been flaky on my lifting until recently now i am back in full motion and hope to better myself.

wow, i ahve a hard time with holding 225 for 8, i dont know how you can do 315 for 10
