I am 20 years old, 5' 5", my bf % is about 23%. I weigh about 135.
I want to lose my body fat basically. And make my muscles stronger.
I work out about 5 times a week in the morning before work.
Here is basically what I have been eating everyday:
As soon as I wake up: wheat toast with fat free cottage cheese or reduced fat peanut butter.
After workout: Protein shake with fat free milk
Snack: lettuce, low fat viniagrette dressing and some cherry tomatoes.
Lunch: baked chicken breast (I marinade it and my marinade does have Enova in it), brown rice with low sodium soy sauce. Sometimes fruit.
S: protein shake w/ fat free milk.
D:baked chicken breast (I marinade it and my marinade does have Enova in it), brown rice with low sodium soy sauce and ame salad as above.
S: carbsmart fudgcicles (it gets me through my sugar cravings)
I usually have 1 cup of coffee with splenda and creamer too.
Plus a whole lotta water.
What does this sound like to you all?
