Just curious. also, does that low carb milk count as 'milk' when bulking?

Hell yes it does. The label says 'ultrafiltered fat-free milk' so really its just skim milk but the sugar is pulled out and they added more protein. I use it nightly as a casein source. It's a helluva lot more expensive than regular milk so for me, I only drink it at night.

i wouldnt consider milk a cheap source for protein. especially on weeks when it goes up.

I believe milk has 90 calories and 9g of protein per CUP. Talk about easy and effective bulking material!

Why would you restrict carbs during bulking? carbs are your friend.

There is nothing speical about milk when bulking u can bulk without it, but its easy calories and cheap protein source

bump to everything said, it's probably the best liquid source of calories and protein, as well as one of the best and easiest ways to get casein in your system before sleep, bump to milk, also is great during any and every meal as it will help slow digestion and aid in a slow release of protein into your blood

It's almost as cheap as eggs, it makes tons of stuff taste better, and you can get milk anywhere...
