is this any good for a tanning soulution??? also is it a paste or an spray type?

I use ProTan Instant Competition Color, it's a spray but you paint it on with a sponge brush. You need a base tan for most of them otherwise you'll look orange. Not sure about the one you mentioned in your post.

just to clarify dreamtan and pro tan are just 2 different brand names not the actual product itself. For some reason people can't distinguish the fact that they both come in liquid sprays, gels in tubs, oils for sheens and exfoliators.
