ok to start off with some basic stats:-

height 5ft 9
weight 10st-8 -10st10 (odd fluctuation)
Body fat according to tanita which aren't great 20 %

My Current Strength Program

Iso leg press - 10reps, 4 sets, 65kg

Close grip latpulldown - 10reps 4 sets 95lbs

Bench Press - 10kg + weight of bar. 4 sets of 10

Shoulder press - 55lbs 10reps x 4

Dip Assist 15 reps x 4 sets @ 70lbs ( still working on this one ) only just started on this exercise

Preecher curl 15 reps x 4 sets 35lbs


i started this program on 7th december and the weights have increased from original ones

i also make sure i do some abs usually use thera crunch or decline bench with weight or sometimes medicine ball !

any suggestions would be appreciated

however it is Simon my trainer who has set the work out not me and he says i should be able to do a competitionin a few years when ive finished uni !

oh my god i had no food what so ever :o appart from fruit some tuna and my protein powder! gee's uni living is hard! had to trail to a big supermarket but wow it was worth it lol lovely chicken yum yum yum :D

Today i did 1/2 hour elliptical trainer

and my calf program aswell as my abs :D

Good Day really so tired though having to be in uni @ 9 every morning

Hello. My sister's name is Zoe too.

You have a very interesting strength program there. I assume you are doing full body workout 3 times a week? If its for strength, are you sure you are eating enough? Just a glance you seem to end your eating rather early, don't you get hungry later at night?

Puffed wheat: I hope it is not what I am thinking but do you get little colourful free toys with these? :D If so, it is no good for you.

Where do you do your shopping usually? Tesco? Asda? Safeway? Sainsbury?

answer to question number 1 iam studying physio answer number 2 & 3 no its not sugar puffs lol :P and i do my shopping mainly at asda :P

currently doing this twice a week but will consult my trainer on fri and see what he says about maybe increasing it to three times a week up until b4 xmas i was on rotations of legs , chest , back bi'c and tri's so i did it as a 3 way split

Is leg press the only exercise you do for legs? The rest looks pretty good. You may want to eat more also. I know on the day you said you didnt have much in the house. So what is an example of a typical day food wise?

yes thats the only weights i do for my legs at the moment as i said in a previous post i think. before xmas i was on a 3 way split so i was doing legs, back and bi's and chest and bi's however at the moment this is the only leg exercise iam doing! but it does target all over my legs!
