Most guys will tell you that you should NOT be doing cheat meals, but should be doing refeed meals. I have done both. When I used cheat meals, I cut them out about 4 weeks out. Refeeds can be used closer to show, BUT I would not switch to refeeds if you have been doing cheat meals. Get you game plan set and try to stick to it.

How lean? No offense, but you need to get REALLY REALLY lean to put yourself in a good position to win. Got any pics to post?

at 10 weeks out there should be no cheat meals. Not even planned ones. For 16 years old I commend you for even competing. If you have not read Layne's article at the top of this forum, read it.
