***getjacked33's White Flood Version 2 Sponsored Log***

Here is the beginning of an amazing experience. I was lucky enough to be testing out the brand new version of Controlled Lab's White Flood. I've taken 2 weeks off all stimulants so I can experience the Flood without any recent exposure to insure the exact effects present.

Preworkout Nitric Oxide And Energy Enhancer!

White Flood is a cutting edge preworkout formula that will rev you up for lifting and cardio like none other. Not only will you experience out of this world pumps, but tons of extra energy and true muscle building potential. That muscle building potential comes from the addition of compounds usually not seen in preworkout formulas of the past. We have also included potent anti-oxidants to scavenge any free radicals normally elicited by Nitric Oxide inducing ingredients. It's time to flood your system.... with the most advanced preworkout Nitric Oxide and Energy Enhancer available; White Flood!

Key Attributes:

* Fast absorbing and fast acting
* Synergy, strength and stamina
* Endurance and extreme pumps
* Nutrient delivery and recovery
* Carb Free
* Ephedra / Ephedrine Free
* Stimulate neurons
* Enhanced creatine utilization

Flood Your System For Peak Performance!

Arginine and Ornithine have been shown to enhance the natural anabolic effects of weightlifting, and even promote greater strength gains within weeks!! In the White Flood formula, potent doses of Arginine and Ornithine AKG are delivered, enhancing the absorption and simultaneously prolonging the effects of both compounds. With this controlled delivery system, these compounds can pass through the digestive system intact and deliver incredible pumps and vasodilation.

GABA is an important neurotransmitter that has been used for years as an ergogenic aid. When combined with the stimulants in our exclusive formula, users report a very unique effect that must be experienced to believe, due to enhanced neuron firing in the brain. Users report focused, relaxed, energy without the jitters often associated with stimulant use. GABA has also been shown to boost post-workout growth hormone levels and enhance fat metabolism (more research is needed on the exact mechanism of action).

Anecdotal feedback from power-lifters and strength athletes indicates that Inosine, a precursor to adenosine, may improve training during peak intensity (improving explosiveness and power) by enhancing the regeneration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and enhancing oxygen utilization. It may even benefit the endurance athlete allowing for easier release of oxygen from the blood cells to the tissues leading to performance enhancement.

Glucuronolactone is a powerful naturally occurring compound that has been shown to increase focus and concentration, help fight fatigue, and improve mood while providing an instant energy boost. Combined with GABA and caffeine, you have the perfect combination to take your intense workouts to the next level.

Octacosanol is a 28 carbon long-chain saturated primary alcohol naturally occurring in sugarcane wax, spinach and wheat germ (the Octacosanol in White Flood is from sugarcane wax). Popeye must have been onto something because studies suggest that octacosanol has potent ergogenic properties including the sparing of muscle glycogen stores and increasing the oxidative capacity of muscles. As a bonus, it may help maintain cholesterol levels already in normal range.

Vanadyl Sulfate is a potent insulin-mimetic that promotes glycogen synthesis, helps maintain blood glucose levels, and may stimulate muscle anabolism by forcing more nutrients directly into the muscles.

Beta-Alanine helps to increase aerobic efficiency, enhance oxygen transport, and reduce lactic acid accumulation in the muscle tissue. Many users also experience a tingling sensation from this compound that revs them up for their workout.

Tyrosine works synergistically with caffeine and other ingredients to help boost your focus and stamina.

To put this formula over the top, we added potassium gluconate (which most closely resembles the potassium found naturally in fruit) and naturally occurring ergogenics like theobromine, evodiamine, and vinpocetine that increase blood circulation and nutrient delivery, enhance focus and oxygen flow, and improve athletic performance. We also included natural antioxidants to aid recovery and reduce oxidative (and other) damage to DNA.

It's time to flood your system.... with the most advanced preworkout Nitric Oxide and Energy Enhancer available; White Flood!

1st day went great. I am not at my computer right now but I will update with the great news when I get home :)

Quick note as I'm here... The taste is ABSOLUTELY FINE! This was one of the problems with version 1 and 1.5. Granted I only took 1 scoop in 20oz of water, it tasted like lemonade. No aftertaste at all. Anyway, I will update later

Peace

P.S. Thank you Controlled Labs for this hugely appreciative experience. Out of the small amount chosen to log this, I am extremely happy and pumped to test this sick product out. So...thanks again

Summary of Workout:
Since I took 1 scoop instead of 2, I didn't feel the full effects but I did experience a euphoric and happy workout. I was focused and felt extremely good. The endurance was up throughout the workout as well as the strength. I couldn't get 3 sets of 10 on the Military Press but I finally did. Couldn't even do 15's for 3 sets on the Underhand Front Raises but I did 20's for 3 sets.

Strength: 9.0 out of 10
Felt really strong on the raises and presses. I got past the Military Press finally.

Vascularity/Pump: 8.0 out of 10
Had some nice veins running across my delts but no extreme pumps were apparent.

Focus/Energy: 8.9 out of 10
I had controlled focus during the workout, but oddly felt happy and laughed a bunch of times, probably due to the GABA and the L-Huperzine.

Overall: 8.6 out of 10

First Impressions on the new V2 of White Flood

TASTE:
The taste wasn't bad at all. ALOT of people have been complaining about the taste of the past versions of WF but I didn't have any problems at all, granted I used 1 scoop instead of 2 since It was my first day. I used 20oz of water and It tasted like lemonade. Great ****!

MIXABILITY:
It disturbingly mixed amazingly. NO Clumps, NO extra **** at the bottom. I even used a spoon instead of a mixer. The only thing that was left at the bottom were tiny blue specs, which just looked cool so I didn't mind. I just added some more water and washed them down. It goes down, down to my belly. Mmm mmm mmm.

SIDE EFFECTS:
No problems on the gastrointestinal aspects (no bathroom problems)
I had to pee alot due to the massive amounts of water I took in
No Beta Alanine twitches or burning sensations

EFFECTS:
The first scoop was enough to get me going. I usually just jam out to some hard rock with insane guitar solos such as Freebird or Sweet Child of Mine. After that, I'm pumped and ready to rip some **** up. I had great focus throughout the workout. My endurance was ridiculous. The mile run was a joke...had no problems at all. I kicked it up to 9.0 on the treadmill and wasnt even breathing that heavily. The funny thing about this first day was that It wasn't one of those HOLY **** I GOTTA LIFT SOME WEIGHTS! OHHH YEAHHHH BABY!! It was more of a alright lets do this with some laughing added...mainly due to the GABA and L-Huperzine euphoric nootropic effects :)

Quick side question about my post workout drink

Is this is a good concoction as my immediate post workout shake?:

1.5 scoops of Whey Protein
1/2 scoop of Green MAGnitude
1 cup of Oats
1/2 cup of skim milk
6 strawberries
Ice

It looks good. Some people might say replace the milk with water. The theory is that milk slows down the absorption of protein, but it call comes down to your own personal preference. You will also see people saying that fructose, found in the strawberries, will not create as high as insulin spike as a simple sugar (ie dextrose). But it again comes down to personal preference.

I know, i read about that issue with milk. But a bunch of people said that fat free skim milk won't slow down any absorption. Yet again, who knows. If it really is an issue, I can always switch it up with water.

Yes, from what I am aware of it is the fat that slows down the absorption not the casein. The casein is slow digesting but wont slow down the whey. IMO it is beneficial to have milk(skim) PWO as it provides a more constant flow of protein and aminos.

Great initial detailed feedback:)

Quick question what did you think of V1?

getjacked33
08-02-2007, 09:22 AM
I never tried V1 but since i became really interested in WF I started to research logs and info on what people thought about it. The consensus was that the taste was either god awful or barely drinkable. I've always thought that you shouldn't complain about the taste of supplements. Take it down and stop whining.

Summary of Workout:
HOLY SHIZZLE DIZZLE. Its been an hour and half since I lifted tonight and i'm STILL freakin out. The ONLY problem is that I didn't have the insane energy that I crave...only amazing focus and endurance. Hopefully with time, this energy will come since I am using 2 scoops now. I got those euphoric laughs like usual but I felt alot more charged and ready to work! The amazing thing is that my strength was NUTS tonight. I had a 5 hour shift at my work, standing all day and my back was hurting. I went to the gym and i STILL ripped it up. Sorry i'm talking alot but Im still feeling the energetic effects of the WF. Listen to this..so I come home and start freakin out at my parents. I punch my dad in the arm. I cook up some oats, down a protein shake, down green mag, and eat the oats AS i'm showering. What a freakin experience. Anyway, I killed my biceps today and had an insane pump going. My vascularity is definitely apparent now in my right arm. I've been trying to get that to happen for awhile now and now its happened. Thanks White FLOOD.

Strength: 9.4 out of 10
Great strength increases on my back work and my biceps especially.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.5 out of 10
Sick PUMPS! Sick Vascularity. I finally have a huge vein running across my delt towards my chest AND veins running down both arms.

Focus/Energy: 9.0 out of 10
GREAT FOCUS. GREAT UPLIFTING ENERGY. I would give it a 9.5 if I had the "insane" energy that I crave though. BTW, endurance was amazing too.

Overall: 9.3 out of 10

Side Note, I must have taken in a half gallon of water at the fountain today. It was like I was inhaling the water!

1 mile run

Summary of Workout:
The energy and focus was sick today. I felt great and endured the entire leg workout with ease. The only problems were the insane pumps that barely let me walk. I was wobbling at times and people started to look at me like I had a problem. I felt extremely strong on the squat rack and will definitely up the weight.

Strength: 9.0 out of 10
Strength was through the roof. Had excellent rep progress and completed my entire workout with ease.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.3 out of 10
I had nice vascularity running along my calves, which had a sick pump! My quads and hammies were so pumped that I felt like they were going to explode off.

Focus/Energy: 9.0 out of 10
GREAT FOCUS! GREAT ENERGY. But....still no "insane" energy that I crave that I experience with NO-Shotgun and Ragnarok. Those who have took those two realize what I'm talking about.

1 mile run

Summary of Workout:
I had the insane energy that I wanted on the car ride there, but it drifted off into a strong focus throughout the workout. Towards the end of the workout, it even drifted off into just a decent focus. I'm pretty upset with the energy aspect of White Flood, BUT, i love the strength gains. Since I usually do Incline DB Press first and then Flat second, I switched it up by doing Flat first and Incline 2nd. I couldn't lift as much on the Incline (i usually go up to 80's), BUT, I did pass my plateau on the flat (3 sets of 185x5). The strength was extremely high, but I'm upset with the energy levels....I want WF to be as strong as supps such as NO-Shotgun and Ragnarok.

Strength: 9.5 out of 10
Sick strength on the benches today. I passed my plateau...nothing more needed.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.0 out of 10
Great pumps in my chest. Upper, middle, AND lower were all pumped.

Focus/Energy: 8.9 out of 10
I would have given it a solid 9 if the energy hadn't drifted off. Oh well, still solid.

Overall: 9.13 out of 10

Seems like WF gives a softer, gentler type of energy boost than other NO supplements. (no shill) If ya want a real kick in the crotch, try NOX Surge by CEL. WOW, one hellacious energy kick, but look out for the crash afterward...

I liked that mad energy at first, but man it got old quick! I think there are still some samples available over in the Company Promo section. Try it out after completing this log and I think you'll come to appreciate the less intense type of energy that WF gives ya.

Of course, there is always the fact that you may be stim resistant...

Great focus and smooth energy. I will NEVER give this section a 9.0 or above until i feel that extreme energy. I'm going to try to drink a 1/2 gallon before my workout and see if it kicks in then. Otherwise the 8's will continue.

The energy was flowing and I was definitely in my zone. I felt like the alpha male. I've never experienced such extreme pumps in my biceps. It just hurt so much, but it hurt so good! My strength was definitely up as well as my mind to muscle connection.

Summary of Workout:
This was almost the worst workout I've ever had in my entire life. Now, I am not blaming it on the Green MAG or White Flood. It was all my fault due to excessive partying the night before. I should not have lifted today and should have lifted on Tuesday. I felt completely ignited before my workout, due to the huge amounts of water I took in. This will be noted and done before my workouts from now on. My energy levels were great. My strength was absolutely terrible. I couldn't hit my flat benches nor my incline. I was so f'ing pissed it ruined my day. I made myself run 3 miles instead of 1 to burn off the excess calories consumed the night before.

Strength: 5.9 out of 10
Absolutely terrible. Couldn't get my lifts at all today.

Vascularity/Pump: 8.4 out of 10
I had a nice pump in my triceps due to the dips but not a strong pump in my chest.

Focus/Energy: 8.9 out of 10
Perfect energy in the first 20 minutes, then it dwindled off into a steady focus after that.

I hear ya man. My dad used to always tell me he would run like 5 miles if he drank the night before because he would always be pissed at himself lol.
Its ok to party every once in awhile, just make sure its not the night before you lift! Don't sweat it. Theres plenty of more days left on White Flood to rip the muscles apart.

Dont let it happen again though or I'm gonna drive over there and smack you and steal your white flood.

This was a great workout to say the least. Now i don't get too hyped up for this day since its just Shoulders and Traps but i did have some ridiculous energy and focus flowing throughout my body. I was definitely in my zone today. During the workout my left shoulder was really hurting. As in I was really pushing it to its limit. Can't say if it was a shoulder pump but it definitely felt like i needed to stretch it. I set a new PR on the Hammer Strength. Now all i need to do is get 3 sets of 40's on the military press.

Strength: 9.4 out of 10

This was a great workout today. I had such an insane pump in my lower back, upper back, and biceps. I felt extremely focused and everytime i closed my eyes i felt like i was in my zone. That obviously started to drift off towards the end into just a small focus. I feel that I am becoming tolerant to the stims in White Flood so I'm kind of worried. Anyway, I felt very strong today and I hit my goals.

Strength: 9.2 out of 10
Felt extremely strong especially on the two toughest exercises; db curls and lat pulldown. The rest of the excercises felt like a piece of cake.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.5 out of 10
INSANE vascularity today. My biceps are looking ridiculous after this workout. Not only is the vascularity coming along on my right bicep, but they felt extremely pumped and full as I checked in the mirror. Also, ive never felt such an insane pump in my lower back as well as my upper back. Sick pumps.

Focus/Energy: 8.9 out of 10
I had the insane focus in the beginning, but it drifted off towards the end.

Regardless, I managed to focus in and get a solid wheels workout in. My squat has been going up dramatically every week and im constantly trying to push myself harder and harder.

Great last set on the squat rack. My strength was high and I was feeling unstoppable at the gym. THE alpha male.

i usually take green mag 30 minutes before i lift and then take White Flood like RIGHT before i go and workout. The energy/focus lasts about 45 minutes into the workout but just drifts off towards the end. Im thinking of taking White Flood and CarbSlam immediately before I lift and see how that works.

Quick comment on the energy/focus of White Flood.

I am not liking whats going on right now. Although I have excellent strength, endurance and stamina, the energetic effects are wearing off. Now I'm just at a strong focus. I then decided to take CarbSlam (Waxy Maize Starch) immediately before my workout and White Flood right after. Now the most obvious answer to this would be, cycle off WF for a week and come back on it. Well....to comment on that, I posted a thread about this specific issue on what if it would happen. I was told that in 50 workouts, I wouldn't become tolerant to the stims. Unfortunately I am. What now?

Also, dehydration would result in what you are describing so stay hydrated.

Summary of Workout:
WOW what a workout. Although my back wasn't feelin its fullest potential due to a f'in cold that I have....my biceps ripped it up today. By upping the weight on the DB curls, I realized my vascularic potential. I felt so pumped in my back and biceps.....probably the most i've ever felt. Very happy with this workout.

Strength: 9.6 out of 10
Although I wasn't feelin that strong with my back, I felt ridiculously strong with regards to my biceps. I felt like I couldn't stop.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.8 out of 10
SICK vascularity and SICK pumps. Probably the most i've ever felt.

Focus/Energy: 9.0 out of 10
I had controlled focus during the workout, but it didn't have that explosive energy.

Summary of Workout:
This workout was definitely up there. People should know by now that I love this day cause of chest and triceps. I hit 195x3 on the bench which was great. I won't give it a PR because I had help on the 4th rep so I only counted to 3. Also, I've never felt such a pump in my triceps in a long time. It was ridiculous but I loved it. I crave the pump and i was successful.

Strength: 9.4 out of 10
Felt strong as hell on the benches but not at my maximum potential.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.5 out of 10
I would give it a higher score but my chest wasn't as pumped as usual even though my triceps killed.

Summary of Workout:
Excellent workout to say the least. I had felt such a nice pump in my shoulders that when i tried to lift my water bottle to drink, it would hurt like a mofo. I'm also seeing some great definition coming thru in my delts, especially the front delt is coming along nicely. My energy died towards the last 20 minutes of the workout but I pushed thru and kicked it up mentally.

Strength: 9.3 out of 10
I felt moderately strong today. No complaints in this department. I was able to add a few more reps to my exercises as well as going up in weight on the standing front laterals.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.5 out of 10
Really nice in this category. Sick pumps in the delts as well as improved vascularity across the delts.

Summary of Workout:
Back and Bi's are always the toughest workouts for me due to the intensity and the amount of exercises. Its really brutal and White Flood really helps me to push through the pain. The pumps I experienced today was unbelievable. My back was hard as a f'in rock and my biceps were so pumped that It hurt to lift a v-rope. My strength wasn't up though and I'm kind of shocked by this. It was harder this time through than last week. I'm more of a mental in-the-zone kind of person rather than just stand there and lift the weight. The more focused I am, the more physiologically stronger I feel that I am...if that makes any sense.

Strength: 9.0 out of 10
The strength was definitely up there but I didn't feel as strong as last week.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.5 out of 10
My vascularity is getting better and better. Obviously that means that my bodyfat percentage is dropping. Furthermore, the pumps in my back and biceps were insane. I love it

Sick workout today. I felt the strongest I've been in a long time for this particular workout day. My focus was there and i've never felt such burning of lactic acid in my life. The pumps were off the wall and the vascularity is getting better and better with every workout. I'm leaning out and i'm seeing the true definition of my quads and hamstrings. Also, there are some nice veins along my calves and the separation is also apparent.

Summary of Workout:
I was feeling pumped and ready to go today. I had taken about 3/4 gallon of water before I went to lift and had about another 1/2 gallon between pre and during workout. There WAS some energy spurts from time to time, especially during the Incline Bench, which i hit a new PR in. Pretty excited about that. The pumps were insane in my triceps and had a nice pump in my chest. My abs killed at the end of this workout and to top it all off with a nice mile run. Solid workout baby. LIGHT WEIGHT.

Side note, I am so pissed that Ronnie lost to Jay again. Its such a downer. He also said that he's not competing in the Olympia again....WHAT BS!!!

Strength: 9.7 out of 10
Hit a nice PR on incline DB. Flat and Decline were solid and the triceps felt strong as shizzle.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.4 out of 10
Really nice pumps in my chest and triceps. The vascularity was definitely present, but nothing amazing.

Focus/Energy: 9.0 out of 10
I'll give it a 9 for today since I finally had some spurts of serious energy. People were staring at me as I had two 80lb DB's in my hand because I was pumping myself up like crazy. Also, I had my Controlled Labs Blue T-Shirt on, so people knew something was going on inside my body haha.

Summary of Workout:
Well this was an amazing workout for shoulders. Heres the story with the PR on the DB Military Press. I got all 3 sets done and was on my 4th set with the 60's, but my dumbass partner pushed my arms up the wrong way so I dropped them and took 30 seconds to reset myself. Second time through, I usually get to the 3rd and can barely lift it...this time I hit 5 solid reps. Definite strength gains here. The rest of the workout was solid but I was clearly running out of steam towards the end. The focus had drifted off even with some intense music pumpin. Regardless, it was a sick workout and I'm happy.
....
BUT! As I came back, I started my shake up and it looked good as ****. All of a sudden, as I was turning the shaker to put it into place in the machine, the bottom cap came off and the entire ****ing shake poured all over my desk and floor. I usually don't get pissed about things but when events occur that affect my pre, during, or postworkout...I flip! My roommates realized how pissed I was. So I left the **** everywhere, dumped in a brand new shake with blueberries and no ice, blended and chugged that ****. I spent the next 30 minutes cleaning everything up. Never again will that happen.

Lost in the shake demise:
1/2 scoop of green mag
1.5 scoops of Carb Slam
2 scoops of Whey
1/2 cup of milk
5 strawberries
Ice

Regardless, heres my thoughts.

Strength: 9.7 out of 10
Hell yea strength was up. I hit a PR with 2 added reps since the last 2 weeks.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.4 out of 10
Really nice vascularity across the delts...they're comin in nicely. Also, the pump was ridiculous...not as insane as last week but enough to give this category a 9.4

Focus/Energy: 9.0 out of 10
I'll give it a 9 due to the fact that the focus and alpha male mindset was poppin during the first 30min but died down for the last 30.

Summary of Workout:
AMAZING WORKOUT. Probably the best shoulder workout I've ever had. I felt so focused and pumped up today, which is weird because I was about to fall asleep in my last class of the day. I think its because I started taking 24g of whey before my workouts....dumbass me never did that before..only after the workout. I hit two PR's today and felt strong as hell with my shoulders. I'm guessing the BA is kickin my carnosine levels way up and that is giving me this out of nowhere strength. That, or I was just feelin it today.

OH! and....I killed my abs today. I usually don't mention my ab workouts too much because they are pretty straightforward. I squeezed the f out of them and theyre hurting as I'm typing this.

Summary of Workout:
Since I came home for a family wedding, I lifted at my old LA Fitness gym at home. This gym has way more effective back machines than my college gym so I took advantage of my surroundings. This definitely was a great workout overall. I felt extremely strong today with both back and biceps. The pumps were amazing like always, and the vascularity is getting better and better. The veins in my arms are expanding and becoming more and more noticeable as time pursues. The only cons about this workout was the energy level. Didn't feel focused too much today. Had to really dig it in.

Strength: 9.4 out of 10
Felt really strong today..nothing PR wise, but definitely feeling some added boost of strength.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.5 out of 10
The vascularity continues to impress me....as well as the mind blowing pumps that hits my arms. I have to undue my wrist wraps because the blood is flowing so fast that it hurts.

Focus/Energy: 8.4 out of 10
Ehhh....nothing really much happening here.

Summary of Workout:
Leg days are the kind of days that are the most mentally stressing for me. They require the most inner strength to get me through the workouts. White Flood wasn't really giving me the boost I needed to go above and beyond my last leg workout. The energy and focus levels weren't up at all and wasn't feeling too strong today. Regardless, I had the usual insane pumps in my quads, hamstrings, and calves as well as the definition and the vascularity.

Strength: 9.0 out of 10
Felt almost as strong as I did last week....just wasn't feelin it today.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.5 out of 10
Always a great category when it comes to leg days. The pumps were extreme and the veins were popped out like crazy.

Focus/Energy: 8.1 out of 10
I had alittle focus to get me through the workout....but no aggressive anger to pump my ass up.

Summary of Workout:
I wasn't feeling any energy from the White Flood today. At most, I had a smooth focus and was laughing at times. I miss being in the zone and wanting to kill the weights while my aggression is fueled up. This never happens with White Flood, which I've come to realize. Regardless, it was a solid chest day, unfortunately wasn't hitting my reps since last week. I did have a really nice pump in my chest as well as really tight pumps in my triceps. Next week I'm shocking it up again and starting with Flat Bench first and seeing if I can get up to 195-200. Would be nice....we'll see.

Strength: 9.0 out of 10
Didn't feel as strong as last week, but I was pumping out some nice reps regardless.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.1 out of 10
Nothing amazing here, but I did love the pumps I experienced in my chest and triceps. The pulldowns really help pump those tri's.

Focus/Energy: 8.0 out of 10
I just had some smooth clear focus. Nothing else. This really killed my workout.

Summary of Workout:
Really really great workout. I set a bunch of PR's....although I didn't hit the same reps on the DB Military press. Odd... Anyway, I wasnt feeling too pumped to lift today but once that White Flood kicked in...I was in my zone. I felt strong today and my delts really pulled through. I got a sick pump in my delts after those front raises. The abs are really coming in nicely. By summer I'm hoping to have the bottom two finished to make an 8 pack. Wish me luck.

Strength: 9.6 out of 10
Would give it a solid 9.9/10 only if I had either set a PR on the DB Military or at least hit two more reps on the last set.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.4 out of 10
Great pumps in my shoulders. Definitely getting some quick blood flow on the delts. The vascularity was great overall. I'm becoming more and more defined in the shoulders. Always a plus.

Focus/Energy: 9.0 out of 10
I was actually liking the focus today. Energy was here or there, but no complaints.

Summary of Workout:
Freakin amazing workout today. My strength was pretty high but I never experienced such great pumps in my back and biceps. Man was I burning. I got thru this workout with ease and I usually tire out towards the end. I was in my zone and it was great. My biceps are really coming in nicely and my entire upper and lower back were feeling tight as all hell. Thanks to White Flood, I could achieve these pumps and focus.

Strength: 9.4 out of 10
Kicked it up on the DB Curls and really pushed it here. With the back, I felt really strong today. Excellent results.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.8 out of 10
RIDICULOUS pumps in my lower back, upper back and biceps. The vascularity in my left arm is amazing, the right arm is coming in and is so close to be bulging out. Next workout it should be bulged out in both arms.

Focus/Energy: 9.0 out of 10
I had controlled focus during the workout. It was solid shizzle dizzle.

Summary of Workout:
WOW what a workout. I increased my squat and front squat by 10 pounds on each WHILE maintaining the same reps as last week. Very happy with this strength gain. Not to mention the fact that I had some of the most intense leg pumps I've ever experienced in my life. They were hurting so much that whenever I walked, I limped and was definitely noticed by everyone else around me. Made me probably look like an idiot but who the hell cares, I was in my zone and didn't give a f about anyone but lifting those weights. Yeah Buddy!

Strength: 9.6 out of 10
I felt extremely strong today. This leg workout was one of the best due to my increased weight and reps.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.8 out of 10
Unbelievable pumps in my quads, hamstrings, and calves. The veins are becoming more and more "popped". I love it

Focus/Energy: 9.0 out of 10
I was feeling pretty good and happy throughout the workout. Not really aggressive. Most likely due to the GABA and L-Huperzine.

Summary of Workout:
I put my diet and water intake above everything from the time I woke up to when I lifted. I wanted to maximize my strength and reps for this day. I love chest/tri day and you can see why. I hit a sick PR on the Incline DB Bench. Last week I hit 80'sx4...this time, 85'sx5. Ridiculously good. Unfortunately the Flood is running out and I only have 2 more workouts left. Regardless, the workout was intense, quick, and great overall. The energy seemed to die down towards the end of the workout...but its all good. I had the focus I needed to get through it.

Strength: 9.7 out of 10
Great strength today especially with the PR. Unfortunately my shoulders were holding me back from maximizing my strength. They gave out the first out of all of my muscles.

Vascularity/Pump: 9.2 out of 10
Vascularity and Pump were decent here. Nothing dramatic for the chest, but pretty good pumps in the triceps.

Focus/Energy: 9.0 out of 10
Focus and energy levels were very high for the first 25-35 minutes, then tapered down towards the end.

I don't know why but I get really pumped up for my shoulder workout. Or maybe its just wednesdays. Regardless, I had a great workout today. My strength was extremely high. For personal/health reasons, I decided to give blood to get some testing done. This has nothing to do with White Flood...I just care about my health and wanted to see how my numbers are looking. These are the tests I ordered (for free :) ):

Creatinine
Glucose
TSH/Thyroid Stim. Hormonal
CBC (Complete Blood Count) and Differential including Platelet
Lipid Battery
Ferritin
Iron and TIBC
Cortisol **
Testosterone Battery **

I will post the numbers when I get the results in.

Summary of Workout:
The final workout of my white flood log was a definite success. I hit a nice PR on the Dumbbell Curls, which is awesome. I was soo pumped today....my back and my biceps were killing me. Coincidentally, my right bicep's vein has finally popped out...which is a small goal in itself. What a better way to happen then on the final workout day.

Strength: 9.4 out of 10
Felt very strong today. I hit all of my reps in all of my exercises and hit a nice PR on the DB curls.
