hi
my hubbie and me workout at 5:00am in the morning we are having .5 scoop protein shake with .5 banana (well, me , he is having more) the question is, can we prepare our shake the night before?

we struggle to wake up at 4:30 am ,prepare& drink the shake and then get some rest for another 10 min ....it makes it difficult to get up,.. would the protein shake loose its properties if we prepare it the night before? any other suggestion for quick absorbing pre snack workout?

Directions on my whey say to drink immediately. Try getting a shaker bottle and load it with the powder, the you can fill it with water and hit the road, shake and drink on the way, and you're there. They never taste as good as with a blender, but I workout first thing in the morning too and it's the only way I can get mine without waking my kids with the blender.
