How can you gain muscle with "Now I try to keep my calories to around 1400-1700 per day during my cutting phase." I thought this article was about having it all. However, I enjoyed the reading so much I read it twice.

OMFG. disregard this article. He gives you the most terrible advice i have ever heard. First, i will start with his training split. omg. your bench will be dramatically weak with sore bicepts and forearms. Working out 5 days in a row + cardio will completely drain your body. It is a horrable horrable idea to fatigue your back the day before a BACK workout. THis kid is severely overtraining
"Also, forget about all those confusing "optimal fat burning heart-rate" formulas" You cant be fricking serious.
ya go ahead and burn your muscle away. Optimal fat burning takes place somwhere between 65-75% max heart rate while not using muscle as energy. Its called use the max heart rate formula to ensure your body will undergo lypolsis dude.
"For a good pre-workout anabolic, I find that you cannot beat Universal's Animal Stak. It gives you all the prohormones you need and then some"
Ya great fricking idea. tell teenagers to mess with their hormones as a teenager. i give you a 2 thumbs up on that brilliant statement. Replace your bodies androgens with synthetic androgens that are less potent than your bodies own hormones.
also for cardio, he did not mention that you must not eat for 1-3 hours (depending on your current bodyfat). as soon as you eat, lypolsis(fatburning) will stop
i think this article should be ripped out of this site and hidden forever.
you need to do some more research dude. i feel sorry for any newby who has taken your messed up advice
i dont know if he is doing cardio and weighttraining in the same session. some people do it but it is heavily not reccommended
