need advice on competing

I've never been in a competition, but am beginning to consider it. I don't have very much mass but I cut easily. I know I'm not ready now, and would need some time to try and bulk up. I'm a very hard gainer though. I know nothing about competitions that are available.
I live in Texas, am 45 years old next month. My current stats are:
Height 5'7"
Weight 155
Chest 43
Waist 29
arms 14.75
legs 21
attached are some pics.
Any advice on what I would need to do in order to get started would be appreciated. What kinds of competitions are available? Are there competitions for 'old' guys like myself? etc...

I think you could. You just need to decide which show you would like to do and figure out when to start your prep. You can go to http://www.npctexas.org/ to get info on NPC shows in Texas. Good Luck!

I have patterns for them. :) So yes...I can. Craig won't squish in one right now. LOL Says he is too heavy and that his bellie wouldn't look cute in one. You should come over to the over 35 section on here.
