Hey everyone, I just started working out about 2 months ago, and already i'm seeing improvements and size gain which is awesome. I'm gonna post my routine so anyone that has any advice all will be taken cause well i'm still new to working out haha.
K my routine is based on 5 weeks, I have limited gym access, only to my school gym so I can basically only go Mon-Fri. But this is what I came up with...

Monday: Back, Biceps, Forearms
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Legs, Abs
Thursday: Same as Monday
Friday: Chest, shoulders, triceps.
After 5 weeks the monday and Thursday routines are going to change with the Friday routine so i'll be doing chest etc. twice a week.
For supplements i only take creatine and protein.

Measurements 2 months ago:
Arms: R-12"
L-11"
Forearms: R-9¼"
L-9¼"
Legs(quads): R-18½"
L-18½"
Calves: R-13¼"
L-13½"
Chest: 35"
Waist: 29.5"
Weight: 120 lbs

Measurements now:
Arms: R-13"
L-12.5"
Fore: R-11"
L-10 3/4"
Legs(Q): R-20 3/4"
L-20½"
Calves: R-14"
L-13¼"
Chest:36.5"
Waist: 29.5"
Weight: 130 lbs
