Well i figure its about time for me to start writing down what im doing so here it goes....

a little bit about myself: Im 18 years old currently a personal trainer at Bally total fitness. im currently training for a show in may and am actually doing pretty well

5'10
176 lbs
BF % 21%

Breakfast: 1/2 oatmeal with plenty of splenda and cinnamon and 4 or 5 eggwhites...depending on how many i can get down

meal 2: protein shake (any whey by optimum nutrition) with water and skim milk with a spoonful of no sugar peanut butter

meal 3: 6 oz chicken and a half a can of green beans

meal 4: 4 oz chicken, half a can of green beans and 1/2 cup brown rice

meal 5: same as meal 4

i also will eat a table spoon of PB with at least 3 of my meals which is the highlight of my day....lol

let me know what u think im definetly up for suggestions!

where in the country are ya?
i would love to see your workout plan. possibly some measurements and pics.

Im in CT. my workout program is

monday: Back and Biceps 30 min cardio
Tuesday: Legs 30 min cardio
Wed: 30 min cardio
Thurs: Chest and Tri's 30 Min cardio
Fri: shoulders and calves

abs are done usually 2-3 days a week in between sets

half the time i dont keep track of the excercises because i workout with on of my co workers who has competed in the past as by the time we get chatting i forget what ive done and havent done

i forgot sat and sun

sat is 30-45 minutes of cardio and sunday is my beloved day off
