I Have been involed in bodybuilding for many years, have entered many contests I would like to get some input from all of you on the best cut diet for me. I am 40 years old been a competitive bodybuilder for many years very serious the last five years I have a off season body weight of 260lbs. I would like to compete at 218 to 220. I have included my off season diet along with my daily work-out rountein to give you some idea of what I am about. Thanks in advance for all of your help out there in BB land.

have you tried the bodyforlife?

Look at saturdays schedule hamstrings and lower back...

wildbill..it is obvious that you are a newbie with the whole thing..no flame..but I persoanlly have assisted 1000s . I know my shiznet and alot consider me the best.

Heres the 411. So start with bodyforlife. or slide over to Ar and let the experts..like my self hook a brother up.

Thanks to you all for coming to my defense.

This loser has been banned, but we all know how people love to sign up yet again to start ****, so we'll have to see what comes of all of this.

I'll be around here to help out and assist, so people will be able to differentiate between myself and this 4th grader. (Or so his posts reflect a 4th grade writing comprehension)
