Hey everybody, I am new to this board.
I have been going to gyms for the last 7 or 8 years but I just started going to this new one and they made a workout plan for me. They also checked my bodyfat, which is 18% right now. I weigh 62 kg and out of these 62 kg, 11 kg are just pure fat. Now I don't know if this trainer really knows what she is talking about but when I told her I want to see more definition (especially I want to see my abs) she said that it would not be healthy to go under 16% of body fat. Is that true?? It can't be because I've read so many times on this board that females have 11% or similar. Then she told me that it is not necessary to change my diet. I am already slender. I would like to get more toned and add some mass but get rid of my body fat. I already tried to get more Protein. I drink lots of milk. I also tried nitrotech but it almost made me puke.
What is your opinion on this?
I could tell you a whole lot about the workout plan she made for me but that would be too much...
