I would like to know who has tried tribulus terrestris who it worked for in terms of work out benefits not sexual benefits, and what brand(s) they used.

Tribulus is a WASTE of your money.

It was just as bad in the 90s when it was being promoted heavily as it is now.

The reason people are asking about it again and there is a buzz is because many of those who sold pro-hormones (and the like) are now scrambling to find something to fill the void created by the ban and they are deciding on tribulus based products.

It is a SAD TESTIMONIAL on the state of the supplement business that this sort of thing occurs.

Not sure boys Ive taken tons of this stuff and like it. In fact I had been drinking way too much and was feeling weak and soft i my chest. I took some Biotest with german trib diindolymethane rhodiola rosea and something else in it only on a 2 week cycle. I have felt great and have been ripped back up ever since. Sex drive great. im about to take the vitrix product named earlier. Someone should do dome blood tests. I researched and so far supposed to be safe. Can do 8 weeks on 2 weeks off or 5 days on 2 days off which I prefer for a month to be safe. Doesnt shut down natural production, in fact people are using it after they are done with their phormones to restart their normal production. I like this stuff and its all I need. Its the main ingridient in all of this new viagara stuff they have out. Dont believe me chec it out for your self, and for best brand who knows, some say sopharma but its pure Id cycle with chrysin or something to be safe.

well, week two on Forza t. Am taking the recommended dosage, no more, no less (I think it's 300mg's = 3 Tabs at night).

I'd hate to think this stuff is just an expensive placebo. But something is definately going on.

Strength is noticeably up. I seperated my shoulder last May and had 5 months off shoulder training. When I came back, I had to stay light for an additional 2 months and Had to switch to the machine shoulder press cause power cleans aggravated it badly. Two months ago, on the machine press, plateau'd at max of 150 lbs for 5 reps. This week, I just did the entire stack, 200 lbs (I think) for 6 good reps. This is a very good sign, cause I've incorporated revving/spinning three times a week into my routine as well (spinning is high endurance and hard freaking cardio work on a stationary bike).

In the past, when I'd incorporate ultra intense cardio, my strength would always go down and it felt my test levels did as well. It should be noted that I'm training with a work out partner, first time in years. So, he's a part of my motivation too.

My weight is yo-yo'ing a bit, but for the most part, I think the results will be good. Good size (200-205 lbs), power and endurance, all at 34 years of age. And the morning rockets are also a really good sign too. Wasn't getting them for awhile. The wife is walking funny quite a bit lately.

Am running this along side 4AD, day 1&2 are over, I guess my recovery is slowly coming up. Many bad reviews for ON saying that the active ingredient is missing. I am taking trib with 50mg zinc a day.

You could try thermolife tribasten, it is supposed to have the highest quality trib in it. Not saying they got it and no one else does but it just seems to me that they must have a good product that might be worth checking out.

Just for anyone who likes Trib. They sell the stuff for 17.99 per 100 grams. Less $$ if you buy over 500 grams. It is extracted to 90% Furostanol Saponins which is twice as much as some of those "big name brands." Definitely recommend taking chrysin, stinging nettle leaf, or another anti-estrogen/anti-aromatase formula. It is nice because you buy it bulk and then encapsulate it to whatever strength you want. Well happy lifting........

agreed. Age plays a big role when it comes to trib products, as well as general test and activity levels. That being said, I've heard positive reviews of Unleashed and Diesal Test. When it comes to trib products...there's no guarentee if it'll work or not.

Plain old tribulus in my opinion does nothing.

However, I may take some flaming for this, but I do feel the original Tribestan by Sopharma was a good product. Not Tribosten or Tribastan, but "Tribestan."

It is not intended to give you a pre-workout energy boost, but when taken over time I believe will cause the production of additional Leutinizing Hormone, which will lead to increased test production. (along w/increased estrogen)

I've tried several different brands of Trib but I must admit the best I found was Vitrex. It helped me in the gym and at home LOL. Now however, I am using and really like this new Blue Rhino which I bought here. As a herbal combo of Trib/Avena Sativa/LongJack/Yohimbe It has fueled my test and stacking it with some Rebound XT, I am getting PH type results. The Blue Rhino will be a staple of my supplementation for along time.

as much as i hate to say it i think i wasted my money, this brand is absolutely SH!T and im not noticing/feeling anything.
ive been taking two pills twice a day as suggested and yeh as mentioned, not noticing or feeling any change. mind you tho reading the contents of each pill i dont think this brand has any real tribulus herb content in it, cost me $20AUD and there is this brand out there (TRIBEX) that i have heard is the real deal and it costs like $70AUD, like they say "if you go cheap, u end up paying twice" :(

Those are the reasons I suggested the new Blue Rhino. It is Tribulus, with Avena Sativa and LongJack (ie Tongkat Ali) and also some Yohimbe which is another respected test booster.

Tribestan is a good product and if used with Tongkat Ali its really effective. Libido is sky hi like never before.

Tib gives me a rush better than caffiene. I first tried just some cheap off brand ~40% pure, and I had a huge rush off of it. I ordered some Vitrex and should be in soon, w/ double the concentration I cant wait to see how I react.

Hey, I have tried a few T Boosters recently in consecutive order, so here was my experience:

First, here is what I am constantly cycling besides the T Boosters:
NOXPlode Stack (w/ Nitrix + Cellmass) - recommended dosing
Flax Seed Oil Geltabs 3x daily
High Performance Multi 2x daily
Protein w/ glutamine 200-250g daily


I started in the beginning with 6-OXO and I really wasn't able to distinguish anything, possilby from just starting on the NOXPlode stack. Took it all the way to the end of the bottle, but did get good gains.

When I run out of a bottle of any T-Booster, I usually try different brands, kind of on the lookout subconciously for the 'nastiest' one.

Anyway, after that I got on Forza - T, which although the bottle looks cool, anything that Stallone seems to touch today is junk (it's his company InStone). Ever watch the Contender? I didn't notice any difference.

After that I took TwinLabs Tribulus Fuel, and I think I was a hell of a lot hornier after that, but as far as gym results go, no real performance increase. Possibly because I spent more time ****ing looking at girls asses in spandex then commit my full focus and energy to my workout.

I am now on a bottle of NXCare's Nitro T3. I think they're pretty scandolous looking pills, but I've never been one to give a **** about anything like that.
If the crap works then, **** it. I've only been on it for a few days, so I'll post some results later. I have noticed my libido running my life again, which is a bad thing. My dick gets me into to much trouble.

I've tried a variety of brands and I like it in combination with Eurycoma Longifolia Jack and ZMA. I particularly like Vitrix and Blue Rhino, but I've also had good results with Ultimate Nutrition and BioTest Tribex, with BAC's Long Jack, although it's a pain to measure and take... I'm willing to pay a little more for a convenient and high-quality supplement I'm more likely to take consistently...

Other excellent ways to boost test are to train explosively, especially the legs and other large muscles, and sleep at least 8 hours a night. All these strategies work synergystically: Good, balanced supplements, combined prudently and cycled correctly, in combination with good weight training and ample rest.

When I take care of myself, I'm freaking horny as hell, shoot spectacular and frequent loads, feel aggressive at the gym and generally good about life at 47...

What do you train for? Training for 3-4 hours can't be usefull in terms of strenght, bodybuilding and even "getting toned".

Just to add something here. All you people who masturbate alot, and are looking for new boost for training don't need tribulus products. You just need to be not masturbating before workout, not at any times before workout. Trust me, it works... I know.

Personally, I don't think it raises your testosterone levels. I didn't gain a single pound on it or feel any stronger. It does makes you HORNY like a rabbit!haha So, your girlfriend will love it. I too had good luck with ZMA + Trib + estrogen suppressor. I didn't grow big muscles, but I was a CHAMP in the bedroom!

Tribulus terrestris is pretty much useless. What you want to do is take Tribestan by Sopharma. It's the only product of its kind backed up by studies and thousands of testimonials. You can read all about it on their website but this paragraph sums it up:

"If Tribulus terrestris is the source for the active ingredients in Tibestan, why not just take high dosages of Tribulus terrestris. It's cheaper and does the same thing, right?

Wrong. Tribulus terrestris, on its own, doesn't do anything. There's not enough protodioscin and protogracillin in the plant to have any positive effects at all. But if someone tried to take a bottle of Tribulus terrestris in the hopes of getting the effects of Tribestan, they could get sick."

For what it's worth, my ex girlfriend works at a medical lab. I had her test my sperm count before I started taking Tribestan, and then again after an 8 week cycle. My sperm count went up a LOT and I was getting wood a lot more. I'm in my late 30's so maybe a young dude wouldn't get the same effect. But in my case, I was ready to go any time my lady wanted it, which was a bonus as I haven't morning wood in quite a few years. Now, my purple headed yogurt slinger is back, as though I were still in my mid 20's.

i have tried many trib products. i noticed some effectiveness with high doses but nothing comparable to pro-hormones. i don't waste the money on them anymore. try M-1 p, M-1 AD, and Formadrol Extreme for explosive pro-hormone like gains.

I loved Forza-T by Instone, but it's pricey. I tried TZ3 because I generally like Sci-Fit products, but I got nothing from it - a total waste of money for me. Nutrex was the same - no gains, and it gave me a sick stomach. Now I am running Diesel Test along with 6OXO (just started today).
