Nice site Deanna! Are you going to be posting any progress pic of youself? As a longterm goal, I would also like to compete in figure. I am thinking maybe October of this year. I am note sure though I am soooo scared and I still need to decrese my bf quite a bit before i would be happy with the way I look. I just started a pretty strict program so if I stick with it, hopefully I will reach my goal sonner than I hope. Anyway, I bookmarked your site so you'll have at least one person following up on you!

That is great news!! I also plan to compete in Sept or Oct.
I feel your pain on the bf thing, thats what I am most concerned with. I have always lifted but never this seriously. Before I got married the first time I was in the best shape of my life, I even had a sixpack, lol. I know that there is muscle underneath all this and I just have to find it again.

Thanks for bookmarking my site. I plan to add some things today and I would love some opinions.
