its says im about 11.5% bodyfat..

my question is if im doing cardio 5 days a week and working out 4days a week how long till I can achieve my goal of 10%? I really want this, and my diet is in check perfectly. Ive went from about `14-15% to 11.5 within the last month so how long would you say it should take me to achieve my goal of 9-10%? thx.

like within a couple of weeks? I know the fat is gonna be harder to lose now because my bodyfat is getting lower but would 2 weeks to achieve my goal be too much to ask?

2 weeks is possible if your nutrition and training are spot on.

Can you post some pics... I'd like to see what 11 percent BF looks like for comparison. thanks.

It all really depends. Some 1 week others 2. Not very long at all though. You're right there. 9 should probably take 2-3.

I would say within 4 weeks. I am "assuming" you are losing some weight as well, make sure you adjust your calories slightly downward.

I went from 13% to 6.7% in about 10 weeks on an extremely strict diet, so you should be in that range as well.

It took you 10 weeks to lose 6.3% body fat yet it would take him 4 weeks to lose 1.5 percent body fat (which by the way is 40% of the time it took you to lose your 6.3%)? How does that even make sense?

1) The leaner you get, the more difficult it is to lose fat.

2) I don't know what tpye of calorie intake he is on

3) He also said 9-10%, so it's 1.5-2.5% BF

4) I also said "WITHIN" 4 weeks. If it takes him 2 weeks, that's great.

5) Everyone has different opinions, that's why he asked. You said 2-3, I said within 4, what's the BFD?

well ill keep you all updated, these bodyfat caliper readings arent accurate 100% so Im probably 11.5 to 12%. My goal is to reach 9-10%, so Ill cut until I am within that range. thx for the help and wish me luck lol.
