That doesn't look like many calories at all! What is it? Around 800? That's not enough!

I dont eat oats, quinoa, rice, potatoes, etc.... I love fruit (berries and apples) ....i also dont eat cottage cheese, red meat, chicken or turkey. I like yogurt but not sure if good for cutting.... So just need some guidance.

Try adding some beans and legumes - a good option for those who don't want too many starchy carbs.

Make sure to vary your intake of fish and greens. Eat different kinds of fish (salmon, tuna, tilapia, mahi mahi, swordfish). Eat mustard greens, kale, spinach and several varieties of lettuce. Eat more variety of vegetables have green beans, broccoli, bell peppers (all colors), tomatoes, zucchini, radishes, snap peas, snow peas, cauliflower...

As low as your calories are, please eat the yogurt (make it plain, add fruit and a touch of honey if you need the sweetness.)

You could add some olive oil and avocados.

How about an apple with peanut butter ?

Double your portions of fish.

Basically, you need to be eating about twice as many calories as this (not sure of your portions, but you need to be aiming for closer to 1500 calories.)
