How much saturated fat should one intake on a cutting keto diet?

Just eat a varied diet and you'll be fine. Saturated fat is not a health hazard. In fact, you need plenty for good health and enough testostone. But you also need Omega 3, so eat your fish. Olive oil will give you plenty of Omega 6 and 9 as well.

What would you say though is a minimum then in grams for saturated fat, I'm interested in this as well....I currently take in about 20-25 grams/day of it

Alright, that sounds good enough. I took about 35g yesterday, so I was just making sure if I had to pay close attention to it. Thanks. :)

wen u look at everything in the body that saturated fat is responsible for, id say make it 50% of ur fat intake. my cholesterol levels are apparently great and i eat maybe 70% saturated fat. and with how much i eat that can range from 150grams to 200 grams.
dont hate, my blood test was done before surgery, it was real, in a hospital, my cholesterol levels were apparently excellent :P
