Hi, im a 6'3 male and ive been lifting for 5 years now.I have fast metabolism so its hard for me to keep my weight up naturally.In the beginning of Nov I recieved a bunch of supplements that some people recomended.The supplement were BSN nitrix, CEX by VPX, MASS tech, MHP up your mass, EAS myopro whey, M1test, Mega man multivitamin, Tribex and vitrix.I was at 180 naturally benched 225 lbs X 3 and squatted 205 x5.I work out 5 times a week for an hour and a each day, I always superset and dont do cardio.
First 2 weeks: Nitrix + CEX as recomended.
M1Test 10 mg+ MASS tech twice a day
Eat real food 3 times a day
total calorie intake 3500- 4000 cals
2 Weeks off cycle: Nitrix+ CEX as recomended
Tribex as recomended
Myopro whey 40 grams twice a day
Eat real food 3 times a day
total cals about 3000
5th and 6th week:Nitrix + CEX as recomended.
M1Test 10 mg+ Up your mass twice a day
Eat real food 3 times a day
total calorie intake 3500- 4000 cals
7th and 8th week:Nitrix+ CEX as recomended
Vitrix as recomended
Myopro whey 40 grams twice a day
Eat real food 3 times a day

After 2nd week ive gained 10 lbs (190 lbs)
After 6th week ive gained another 10 lbs (200 lbs)
I bech 225 X10 and squat 225 X 5 (ive had a back injury so i dont go heavy)
