Over the years I have made some decent gaines, nothing special bodybuilding wise at least not by my standards. I have done well in sports all my life, but bodybuilding really apeals to me. Mostly because its very rebelious, and exellence in this sport is not easily achieved. Over the next year I will do my best to document my quest to achieve all my goals.

I thought it would be a good idea to use a log, because it keeps it will keep me motivated, and if everything goes right maybe I can motivate someone. Also suggestions from others will always be welcomed. After all there are some very bright people on these boards.

So let's get this thing going!

I am currently at a solid 220 pounds. Not bad considering I have not really trained at all since sometime in July, maybe some pickup basketball, but that is it.

Here are my current numbers and goals. Not that we should only go by that, since after all I will be posting pics every 3 monts.

Here are some current pictures, I will post more as soon as I can, but after that updates will only come every three weeks.

Hello and welcome!

Looks like you have some major goals for the next year - adding that much mass is going to be a task...

Now - Although you are more than welcome to continue your journal here, I thought it polite of me to let you know that this is the female journal section. ;)
