starting keto today lets see how much fat i will loose by the end of this , starting weight 293
My meal plans look like this
Meal 1 - 2 sausage patties and 3 eggs
Meal 2- Tuna and cheese
Meal 3- chicken and celery and peanut
Meal 4- 2 beef patties and cheese
Meal 5- Tuna and cheese

today went by fairly good except for the beginning morning i felt a little sickness to my stomach but other than that i had no real foggyness and no head aches yet for my work out i did Squats, leg press , leg extension, leg curls , and calf excerise and ab workout and did 20 mins of cardio

day 2 so far is going good towards the end of my workout i felt a little tired but i had just woken up and i worked 11 hours yesterday so that could have had something to do to it i think i am showing signs of getting into keto because i am pissing a lot and my breath is starting to stink a little but so far i have not had any head aches today i plan to eat
Meal 1 - was 3 eggs with cheese and 2 sasuage patties
Meal 2- is going to be tuna with mayo
Meal 3 - is going to be 1 hamburger with cheese and some celery with peanut butter
Meal 4- is going to be 2 chicken breast and some celery with peanut butter
Meal 5 is going to be tuna and mayo
Meal 6 is going to be 1 hamburger with cheese

Good luck to ya, the content of the diet looks good but you should also keep track of cals and macro's of what you are eating, right now its probably not that important, but later on down the road knowing makes it much easier to make adjustments, when fat loss slows down.

cool thx well i did figure out that my percentage looked about 60 30 10
but right now i am just trying to shed some pure weight and fat i know it takes time so i am not in any rush but i do want to be at my goal when i turn 22 i would say 21 but i got a month left before that

So far it is going well for day 3. I did 30 mins of cardio this morning, and
I plan to eat pretty much the same thing as day 2. I have my first weigh in on Friday still feel pretty good with enegry i think i am in keto now because my piss smells now i am buying some sticks on sat i am broke until i get paid. Yes another 11 hour day for me at work I hate over time but love the time and half.

For my workout i did 30 mins of cardio and abs yeah tommorrow is my first depletion workout yay i bet that will be fun i feel a lot better then i did when i was eating carbs, so far I feel more alert I do get tired sometimes, but I think that is because of my job because it is so boring i do the same thing every day so about half way threw work i just start to go to sleep in between calls. I am excitied to see how much i have lost. Im going to spring river this weekend doing some camping that should be fun.

Day 5- I did my depletion workout and I weighed in at 284 today so in 1 week went from 292lbs to 284. I am going to skip the carb up this weekend and wait till the second week.

Day 6 went well it was a busy day though, but i still manged to eat right and i was moving my stuff out of my apt so i kind of got a added workout
Day 7 went well I ate my normal meals and we finished up moving the stuff out of our apt
Day 8 July 30,2007 did legs and abs and so far i have eaten 3 eggs and 2 sasuage patties i have ready for my work tuna for my first meal then hamburger and chicken for lunch and then another hamburger on my last break.
I have decided to not weigh my self until aug 30 hopefully i will be at 270

Day i have totally lost track of the days but i did my weigh in today and i am weighed in at 264 lbs another 14 more pounds and i will be at my first goal.
