I read in muscle and fitness Urlacher right before entering the NFL maxed out on power clean at 405lbs and on back squat at 555lbs and has gained strenth since then but doesnt max out any more for fear of injury.

If he had good technique sounds about right...
I mean the guy is 255-60lbs and has like a 38 inch vertical...thats alot of raw power.
Who is kidding who there is at least 3 guys in the NFL at any given time who could GENETICALLY give Rezazadeh a run for his money if from 13 yrs old they were training only for OL and had all the support f our country to bankroll them and give them unlimited coaching and diet and training and medical and...etc. etc. in Colorado or whatever.
You think some of these guys who lift for football haphazadly and still put up 350+ lbs couldnt go 500 lbs plus given specialization cmon dont be that naive.
The NFL is the greatest pool of fast twitch potential in the world...look at someone like Stephen neal who was a top 3 wretler in the world and quit to be a mediocre to good undersized starting guard in the league...Ogden was the next great olympic throweg before he quit for football...Orlando Pace ran like a 4.88 @ 325 lbs....There was a 290 lb Dlineman fron FSU who had a 40 inch vertical....cmon guys these dudes are so genetically gifted they dominate most any strength/size sport they engaged in.
