Which pro or amatuer athletes outside of weightlifting would you liketo see try there hand at it/ who do you think would have been or could still be a good lifter?
Please state reasons why you think a certain athlete would be a good lifter .Please dont just start naming names and saying o well hes gifted athletically or she is a natural athlete thats why.....

Many national level throwers, both men and women, would probably be very good at it. All are explosive, and most practice the quick lifts, or at least portions of them.
What we need in OL is a stronger recruiting base. In other words, more coaches actively recruiting, although this is very difficult to do.

Exactly ^^
and it comes down to school recruitments wich is what were doing here, we go to school and demonstrate and pick up a few potentials.

David Beckham: rumors are that he can bench a **** load. Well, with this totally buff body, he must be able to!

Nah, seriously, I would like to see him lift just to prove how weak he is to all those who think he is 'buff' and 'strong'.
Others that I would like to see include; swimmers, sumo wrestlers, WWE wrestlers, gymnasts, sprinters, long distance runners and throwers.

Why would a football player need a big bench? His body is right for the sport he plays. What's the problem? It sounds like it's with people making claims about him, rather than the guy......
