View Full Version : 4 1/2 Weeks...Need to Drop More weight

Aright bros I dont normaly ask for Advice but im sorta in a Position I never ben In Before. I got 4 1/2 weeks till I do this photo shoot I was Offered. Im basicly in Great shape I just need to get the waist a little Leaner with more Definition. I was thinking of doing Sprints Every morning But Im trying to do this withought lossing to much mass. Im on a high Protein/Fat.... low Carb diet. Im not a Big fan of low carb diets But 6 weeks just turned into 4 very quickly and I need to push myself ****in Hard. Any Advice would be sweet ......Thanks

Up your protein, cut the carbs and do cardio.

Before your sprints, take about 10 gr of glutamine and between 15-25gr of bcaa's along with some l-carnitine. Do this during your weight training as well.While burning fat, you won't lose an ounce of muscle.

if you sodium/water/carb load/deplete you can really tighten up and make dramatic changes in your physique...this may be enough to achieve the look you're after.

If you have been loosing weight steadily and have been improving in a appearance, dont be hasty to change everything up. It is a bad idea to blow everything the last 4 weeks and panic. 1-2lbs a week is the most you should be loosing. If you try more its just going to be muscle. If you havent been loosing weight then adjust your cardio up to 2 X a day for 40 minutes. My 4 th show was my best yet and won 1 st place finally...but the first three I didnt diet early enough. 2005 Im only 20 lbs over contest weight and have 12 weeks for the showtime. Ive seen guys panic the lastmonth and end up like strungout beans on stage...drawn and exhausted.
