not sure but i would do a brisk session, of about 70-90% maxes and making sure
you get plenty of rest before and alot combine with a great nutrition plan. Do not train days before the event as stress in training should decrease before an event. You could try to max but don't injure yourself and make sure you get plenty of rest.

I would stretch like crazy all week , take a few warm baths ,get your sleep and as far as lifting goes maybe hit 85% of your max for 3-5 singles 4 days out.It really comes down to all the work you have been doing leading up to this point , you should for the most part focus on tweaking any little technique issues and keep your body and mind fresh.

Yes carbohydrate loading as your event date increases increase your carb amount and eat good amounts of protein. Yes stretching would be good but dont stretch 2 days before event. On the event take stimulants soem red bull or coffe.

You could also work on pulling under the bar, since you are essential power-snatching and cleaning. Should give you much bigger numbers, assuming you can work out your jerk-related issues.

What is the difficulty with the jerk?

Well then the solution to your problem with the jerk seems fairly obvious.

you dont have very good form for someone who can do good weight haha, you should be landing in more of a squat position, i think now that youve jsut competed you shoudl work alot on form going light for a little hwile, once you get that down i guarantee your numbers will shoot up
