ok my goal is to get my body fat % down as much as possible before i start semi-pro football next spring. so i hope you all come along and watch my journey there ill be doign a simple diet where i will be eating 40% protein 40$ carbs and 20% fats. Here is what my daily intake should look like......Starting the diet tomorrow so i will post for eevry time i eat....thank you
Protein: 180 grams = 680 calories
Carbs: 340 grams = 1360 calories
Fat: 68 grams = 612 calories
