BBGolfer's Shred xs HARDCORE Log

First, I want to thank Millennium Sports for letting me test this product. You guys make some fantastic stuff, and I can't wait to try this out.

Shred xs HARDCORE

Incinogen-XS 525mg ?
Proprietary Blend Of Caffeine Anhydrous, Phenylethylamine (PEA), Theobromine (99%), Hordenine, Synephrine.

Adrenaline-XS 920mg ?
Proprietary Blend Of Ashwagandha (4:1 Extract), Siberian Eleuthero (4:1 Extract), American Ginseng (4:1 Extract), Pantothenic Acid (1500%), Sodium Ascorbate, Panax Ginseng (Standardized To 80% Ginsenosides)

I am not so well versed with "fat burners" per se...but I have sampled quite a few and will try to do a comparison as best as possible. I have tried a few products with PEA/hordenine and have found that they do a damn good job of knocking out my appetite, which is a good thing since I am obviously cutting.

I will be basing this log on a few different things:

-Overall energy and crash
-Overall sense of well-being
-Appetite suppression
-"fat burning"/weight loss

About Me

Male

19

5'9

154lbs

My diet recently has been pretty clean with the occasional hiccup. My grocery lists normally look like this:

Diet

Lean Steak (top sirloin, flank etc)
Lean Ground beef (93% lean)
Chicken breast
Shrimp
Tuna
Eggs
Chicken sausage
Natural PB
Splenda
Oats
Whole wheat bread
Whole wheat bagels
Whole wheat cereals (Kashi etc...)
Whole wheat pancakes
Peaches
Broccoli
Green Beans

You get the idea... Here is a rough estimate of my macros:

Workout days: Pro:200g Carb:200g Fat:50g Cals:2100
Cardio Days: Pro:150g Carb:<60g Fat:80g Cals:1700

Workout

I do a three day split four days a week. I try to do 2-4 excercises per body part and around 4-5 sets per excercise. I also like to do 10-15 minutes low-moderate intensity cardio post workout.

Mon:Back/Bis
Wed:Chest/tris
Fri:Legs/Shoulders
Sun: Back/Bis
etc...

As of right now I am doing 3 days of HIIT cardio. For this I do 10 sprints up about a 15-20% grade for about 70 yards.

Supplementation

Preworkout:

Shred xs: I haven't decided yet on the dosing.
Primal N20: 2-3 scoops

Postworkout:

8 Beta Anabol: 1 scoop
Bulk Leucine: 5g
Giant I-pro/WPI: 1 1/2 scoops
Storm: half a scoop

Cardio:

Shred xs
TP.com BCAA: 4 scoops(~16g of BCAA)
Primal N20: 1 scoop

Pre Bed:

Muscle Milk C&C: 1 scoop
Syntrax Matrix C&C(bought before the whole lawsuit thing): 1 scoop

Other:
Multi
Fish oil: ~4g/day

I also have some bulk powders that I sometimes throw in just for fun. Right now I have:

Taurine, DL-PA and some Glucuronolactone

I have been cutting now for about 2 months and I really started out slowly to get out of the groove of eating 3000+ calories. I have lost around 10lbs and kept plenty of muscle and have seen no real strength losses. My goal for this log is to lose around another 8-10lbs of fat. I know that is a pretty strong goal, but I really want to get down to 8-12% BF and I would guess I am at about 14-15 right now. Please, I welcome any constructive criticism on my diet, workout or cardio.

Nice! Hey you might know, or maybe Matt would have a better opinion, but I got a free sample bottle of PEA from Unique Nutrition a while back and have been waiting to use them until I got a product with hordenine. What would you think if I added like 250mg of extra PEA for every like 3 caps of Shred?

Yea, for a while I was doing the whole super low carb/high fat thing, and I just felt unhealthy so recently I have been lowering the fat and raising my carb intake. But I would say 75% of the carbs I eat are pre, post and then like 2 hours post workout. On workout days I have probably 60g pre, 35g post and then another 40-50g after that, and thats usually all before like 3pm. Most of my fat comes from eggs, olive oil, meat, PB etc...But thanks for the critiques!

You won't have a problem doing this, BUT; I'd rather you didn't for at least the first 14 days until you see how things feel on the Shred-Hardcore alone for the purposes of this log. The product was formulated with synergy in mind and adding more PEA will definately skew the mood enhancing effects and throw the overall synergy off.

If you feel you absolutely have to add it please state in here when you add the additional PEA and give total milligram count so we can better decifer your log.

No problem Matt. I started dosing yesterday, and will update later tonight after my workout.

Days 1&2

Diet

Yesterday was a low carb/cardio day and my diet was not the best, as I only ate 3 times and my last meal was a BBQ beef sandwhich :o Today my diet has been much better and on par with how it should be. So far today Ive had three meals including my PWO shake and my macros look like this: 140g pro, 135g carb, 20g fat. I plan on eating twice more and getting ~50-60g protein, 40g carbs and another 20g of good fat in.

Shred xs initial thoughts/dosing...

Yesterday: I took 2 caps pre cardio just to get a feel and test the waters, then I took my 3rd cap about an hour after my cardio. 2 caps didn't do too much for me in terms of real high stim energy, but it gave me a nice smooth boost and a slightly heightened sense of well-being.

Today: Again, I took 2 caps about an hour pre workout just to get a feel, and I experienced pretty much the same thing in terms of energy and mood. I took my 3rd cap just post workout. Obviously nothing to report in terms of fat loss/side effects quite yet.

Thoughts: I think I will continue with two caps pre workout because I am already taking a pre workout product that contains caffeine and I don't want to over do it. But from now on I will be taking all three caps pre cardio unless someone from MS has any suggestions on how I should dose them. I also had some good friends in town so my sleep really suffered. SLeeping on the ground one night and sharing a twin bed the next is not the greatest idea ;)

Thanks for following guys/girls.

I got horrible sleep last night and woke up feeling like absolute garbage. I just got over strep throat less than a week ago, and felt like it was going to come back or something. So obviously I didn't make it to the gym today, but Ive loaded up on Vit C and I am feeling better already. Hopefully I will be 100% by tomorrow.

Day 3

Well I still felt like crap yesterday and I couldn't make it to class let alone a cardio session. Because I didn't do any real activity yesterday and wanted to get plenty of sleep I decided to not even dose Shred. My diet was decent yesterday even though I felt terrible.

Protein: 160
Carbs: >60
Fat: 100
Cals: ~1500

Day 4

Today I am feeling about 85% so I decided to give the gym a go just for a light workout. I did two back excercises, two Bi excercises and some weighted crunches. I also decided to dose Shred again because I am feeling better.

Preworkout:

1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup skim milk
tbsp nat. PB
35g whey/casein blend

2 scoops Primal N20
2 caps Shred

Postworkout:

~10g WMS(used the last of my stash)
Half a scoop of 8 Beta
~30g WPI
5g Lecuine
5g Taurine
3g creatine

Thoughts:

As of right now, 2 caps of Shred isn't doing much for me in the energy department, even with 2 scoops of Primal. However, it is helping with my mood and gives me some decent focus. Who knows, maybe 3 caps will be the magic dose. Hopefully I will be 100% tomorrow so I can finally do the full 3 caps before I get in some much needed cardio.

Did you run any probiotics after your course of antibiotics for your strep? This would be an important step to rebuild your intestinal flora and might be part of the problem with how you are feeling.

No, I didn't know probiotics after antibiotics would help anything. Just FYI, it isn't my stomach that is bothering me...I felt like I had the flu (achy, fever, sore throat, lots of nice stuff in my throat (no homo)...) You still think probiotics would have helped??

I think probiotics will still help. The antibiotics kill off all bacteria including healthy bacteria. The healthy bacteria is a large portion of your immune system and keeps other pathagens from becoming overgrown and infecting you. If you don't run probiotics after an antibiotic you open yourself up to other bacteria or viruses that can take hold or a relapse of the original ailment. Without the flora intact to crowd bad bacteria and virus out you are more susceptible to getting sick.

Interesting..I didn't know that. I think its probably too late now as I am already getting over this bug. But next time I go on antibiotics I will definitely pick up some probiotics. Thanks Matt!

Day 5

This morning I decided to do a completely fasted cardio instead of my normal fat/protein only cardio.

Supplementation:
3 Shred SXH
16g BCAA
1 scoop N20

Cardio:

-6 sprints for 60-70m each with a 15-20% grade. I rest about 45s-1min each.

-Light jog up a slight grade for 1/4mile then down the same grade for the same distance.

Diet: Well, one of my dip**** roommates left the gas/range on all night, so I decided I didn't want to use it to make my normal meal of eggs/chicken sausage. So instead Im going to have a can of tuna with a spoonfull of mayo :D.

Thoughts: Well I definitely felt the Shred better this morning. I think the full dose on an empty stomach definitely helped. It gives me a different kind of energy than I am used to though. I guess I would say that most stims give me a "warm" energy...and this gives me a "cool" energy...very hard to explain. I guess it makes my head feel more awake/active than it does make me excited/jittery. I also got some nice Shred burps too :D

Liking the sound of cool energy as the warmness can get annoying when doing hard cardio at times.

Day 5 Diet: I thought I would update with what my diet was like yesterday...

900am: 1 Can tuna, 1 spoonfull mayo

1130am: 1 scoop muscle milk, half package VPX MRP

230pm: 6oz chicken breast, 1oz mozzarella

400pm: handfull pistachios (shell on)

630pm: 5oz fillet :D, 1cup snap peas

930pm: 6 slices deli turkey (yea I know :(), 2oz mozzarella

Totals: ~180g pro ~40g carb ~70g Fat ~ 1580 cals

Day 6

WEIGHT: 151

Front leg raises: 44 reps
Walking weighted lunges: 32 reps/strides

SHOULDERS
Front DB raises: 40 reps
DB presses: 25 reps
EZ bar upright rows: 36 reps

energy:Got a little better energy this morning, perhaps the adrenal support of Shred XSH is kicking in!

mood: Same ol' same ol' here, a nice relaxed, focused mood, good stuff.

Sides: excellent on the sides so far, nothing to report..not even the slightest crash so far.

Day 6 Diet:

830am: 2/3 cup oats, 1/2 skim milk, tbsp nat. PB, 6oz chicken breast

11am: 30g dextrose, 35g WPI

200pm: 7oz turkey(real stuff), 1/2 cup (dry) multi grain pasta

800pm: Steak Baja Ensalada from Baja fresh(romaine, steak, little cheese, dressing...pretty damn good, and REALLY filling)

Macros: 190g pro. 120g carb 70g fat CALS: 1940

DAY 7

Pre-cardio
3 caps Shred XSH

Fasted cardo
~20min of running at 50-60%
16g BCAA
1 scoop N20

So far I haven't eaten anything today, so I cant really give you my diet :p

Thoughts:So far the only thing I am a little disappointed in is the energy given by Shred. Now, this may be entirely my fault because I am pretty desensitized to stims and perhaps because I actually like that slightly jittery energy. I haven't decided yet if I am going to stick it out at 3 caps or increase the dosage. Maybe the guys from MS could weigh in on this.

DAY 8

Pre Workout:

800am:2/3 cup oats, 1/2 cup skim milk, tbsp PB, 5oz chicken breast

930am: 2 Shred XSH, 2 scoop Primal N20

Workout:

DB Bench: 50 reps

Cable crossover:55 reps

Low cable crossover: 45 reps

Rope pulldowns: 50 reps

rm extensions: 25 reps (each arm)

Eliptical machine: 100 cals, ~9 mins

Weight:152

Energy:I don't know why, but today was the best so far in terms of pure energy. Got a great boost, and was even tapping my legs and shaking my arms in between sets :D

Focus:Great focus and great mind/body connection.

Mood:I don't know if its my workout or if its the PEA, but this stuff puts me in such a relaxed mood after my workouts. Its a really good feeling.

Thoughts:I am thinking about messing with my dosage a bit to elicit a better "all day" type effect on my cardio-only days. As of now I am taking all three caps pre cardio, but I was thinking... because on these days I am eating much less carbs and calories, maybe I could use the extra energy/mood throughout the day...so I was thinking of dividing my dose evenly throughout the day and see how that goes.

Looks great, brother! For future reference, I recommend you tapering down on the stims. Of course, it's entirely up to you, but it's not good to rely on stimulants so much. I was to the point where I was taking 2 caps Venom Hyperdrive and 2 caps Stizm and still wasn't getting the energy I wanted. Things only get worse. I took two weeks off of the stims completely. Granted, I dragged ass in the gym and in life in general at first, but, it got better over a little time. Now, I only use them on occassions, and I can have kick ass, high intensity workouts without them 90% of the time. Just lookin' out for you, bro.

Hey man, thanks for looking out. I actually didn't plan on using so many stims as of late, it just sort of turned out that way :o Its also hard to cut out the stims when the product you are testing contains quite a few of them :D But I know my tolerance is super high right now and after this log I need to cycle off for at least 2 weeks. Hopefully after this, I will be done cutting for a while so I won't feel like I need the caffeine etc... But I really do appreciate you looking out. You guys at MS are alright...:D

Heh, no problem, man. Obviously it'd be pretty hard to do it now, but in the future, possibly. I'd imagine it's damn hard for you especially 'cause you're slashing carbs. I'm sure when you start to bulk it'll be easier for ya when you're housing the carbs and cals. :D

DAY 9

Weight:152

700am: 3/4 cup Kashi Heart to Heart, 1/2 skim milk, 1/2 VPX MRP, 1 scoop Matrix

930am: 2 eggs, 1 piece WW bread, 1oz mozzarella

1030am: 3 caps Shred XSH, 2 scoops N20

11: workout

1230: 30g dex, 5g leucine, 35g WPI

WORKOUT:

T-Bar rows: 48 reps
Lat pull downs: 44 reps
Weighed lower back raises: 44 reps

Preacher curls: 52 reps
Low cable curls: 44 reps

Thoughts:I think three caps pre workout and then 3 caps spread throughout the day on cardio days is definitely the way to go. I honestly believe the adrenal support herbals are working...Every time I take this product the energy boost is better than before. As far as appetite suppression goes, I haven't really been able to take the product throughout the day to really see that type of effect, which is another reason I decided to change my dosing. However, I think the combination of my diet as of late and this product is helping me lean out like I would like to. I feel a lot leaner in my arms and in my love handles. Hopefully I can burn off another 5-7lbs of fat before this log is up!

DAY 10

830: Fasted cardio

900: 3 whole eggs, 1tbsp smart balance, 4g methylcellulose

300: 1 cap shred

500: 1 scoop Matrix

630: 8oz flank steak, 1tbsp olive oil, 1 white peach

930: 1 scoop muscle milk, 1 scoop matrix, 4oz 2% milk

Protein: 164 Carbs: 46g Fat: 88g CALORIES:1626

Cardio:

12g BCAA, 1 scoop N20, 1 cap Shred XSH

5 sprints for 70yds up 15-20% grade, light jog for 15 min

Total time: 30 min

Thoughts: So far so good...You may notice that I added a fiber supplement to my diet. I thought this would just help for overall health and to help keep me full. I also split up the shred into three separate doses. I didn't really see/feel any appetite suppressing going on, but we will see.

I may also be getting a new running partner :D Me and my roommates just adopted an 8month old lab/hound so once she is spayed, I will post some pictures.

I have noticed that when I take all three caps in the morning, I get a little irritable in the late afternoons...but it's nothing major. It might be a slight crash, or it might be I am cranky from not eating like I want :D.

Congrats on the weight loss so far, brotha!

I'm curious as to how that mix tastes as well. I could see myself getting something close to that if the taste is right.

Day 13 Diet

800: 1 cup whole wheat/oat cereal, 1 cup skim milk, 2 scoop matrix

1130(PWO): 25g dextrose, 35g WPI

100: 6oz chicken, 1 medium apple

500: Here is where my diet slipped a bit :( I got a cheeseburger and fries from a restaurant. It was a pretty damn big burger and it was delicious but I definitely felt guilty afterwards...

800: 1 VPX MRP

So my diet was decent besides the one meal, I guess I can live with that.

Day 14

Weight:150

Fasted cardio:

-40 min on the eliptical trainer. ~450 cals
-22g of the BCAA mix I eluded to in my previous post
-1 cap Shred

ThoughtsWell, despite my slip up yesterday, I am down to 150 maybe even 149. Well today I decided to take some extra PEA(250mg) with my two afternoon doses of Shred and I will say that it does help in the mood department. I felt a more pronounced sense of well-being and sort of like my extremities were very soft and loose(after sex type feeling :D.) I am still going to play around with the PEA and maybe even some DL-Phenylalanine. But so far so good on the Shred.

Small BCAA review Well, this is definitely not the best tasting stuff I have ever had. My last mix didnt have any hydrolyzed whey or as much ALCAR and it definitely tasted better than this. The flavor would be ok if it were about 3-4 times as strong. It tastes like VERY watered down and leucine-ey :p lemon lime gatorade. Needless to say I picked up some crystal lite powder at the store today. I really wanted to try Core ABC, but for some reason I like creating my own stuff :D

-22g BCAA mix(4g WPH, 4g ALCAR, 14g BCAA)

Afternoon cardio:
-Ab work
-Eliptical machine-~25min, 300 cals

Thoughts:I decided to do double cardio sessions now, one fasted shorter session in the mornings and one non fasted lower intensity "gym" session. I have also been taking the extra PEA and it really has a great effect on my mood. It doesn't kill my appetite like I suspected it would, but the mood effects I get from it are just fine :D And I definitely need it as I haven't been too cheery lately (personal problems). But I digress...I am still leaning out a bit and hope to do so even more with the extra cardio Im going to be putting in for the second half of this log. I don't think I will get down to single digit bodyfat, but hopefully it will be somewhere that I am really pleased with and will be a good starting point for a nice, slow bulk.

10 min on the eliptical machine, ~125 cals

Thoughts: Well as of the past three days or so I have gotten some blemishes(4-5) on my back which is pretty odd for me. I have no idea if this has anything at all to do with the Shred, but its definitely worth noting. Perhaps Shred is a test booster as well :D ;) But I am still trucking a long, my workouts seem to be more productive than ever, even on restricted calories. I really feel excited to be in the gym.

100: 35g WPI, 30g Dex

300: 7oz chicken, 1 WW bun, 1 slice american cheese

Day 19 Cardio and Diet

Fasted cardio:
-5 100% sprints for 60yrd up 15-20% grade
-slow warmup for 10min
-22g BCAA mix

Other cardio:
-Ab work
-30min eliptical machine, 400 calories

Diet

900: 1 can tuna

1200: 8oz Carne asada

200: 7oz dover sole, 1 large apple, 1 tsp olive oil

400: 1 scoop matrix, 1/2 scoop Muscle Milk

600: 3 whole eggs, 1 chicken sausage

830: 7oz chicken breast, 2oz mozzarella, 1 large apple

Protein: 210g Carbs: 65g Fat: 50g Calories: 1550

Thoughts: Well for some reason I ate more carbs/calories than I really wanted to, so I made sure my diet was extra clean today. I am just becoming so insensitive to stims that I barely feel the Shred anymore. So who knows if its having any effect on fat loss. But spreading the Shred throughout the day with some PEA really helps me stave off any crash that occurs when I take all three together.

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of updates. Ive been unusually busy lately. My diet has been really good, and I am still doing double cardio on cardio days. But anyways, I won't bother with my workouts as they are pretty much the same as usual. I will get back to the more thorough updates tomorrow.

Try GXR later on if you want as users have reported that when taken PreWO with a stim, the effects are more noticeable.

Day 23 Diet

1000: 3/4 cup whole wheat cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk, 2 scoops matrix

100: 20g dex, 35g WPI

400: 7oz 93% lean ground turkey, 1 WW bun

Protein: 210g Carbs: 122g Fat: 46g Calories: 1763

Workout:

Iso-Lateral hammer press: 48 reps

Machine chest press: 42 reps

Pec Flys: 50 reps

V bar pushdowns: 48 reps

Tricep Extensions: 55 reps

Cardio: 10 min eliptical machine

Thoughts:Well my weight has dropped somewhere between 149 and 150, hard to tell on the scale. I am definitely getting leaner in the midsection and my upper chest. I realize that three of my meals were shakes or had a shake in them, but thats usually how my workout days go. Because I like to get whey in pre workout and then obviously post workout, thats a bunch of cals early in the say, so I really don't have as many calories to devote to whole foods. But on cardio only days, I usually only have one shake if at all. I am still getting decent energy from Shred with a slight crash later in the afternoons on the days that I take all three caps at once. Thats all I've got for now.

Thoughts:Well I kept carbs super low today and really the only carbohydrate based food I ate today was one slice of WW bread. I am still feeling good on the Shred...my mood and energy are still up with only the slight afternoon crash. My goal is to lose another 5lbs of fat before this log is up, and I think I can manage if I keep the cals low and the cardio up.

Day 26

Diet:

900: 1 turkey sausage, 4oz chicken

100: 7oz ground turkey

430: 3 whole eggs, 4oz chicken

730: 1 can tuna, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 cup WW cereal, 3/4 cup skim milk

1030: 1tbsp nat. PB, 1 cup skim milk

Fasted Cardio:
~22g BCAA mix
~15-20min 50-60% running/jogging

Afternoon cardio:
~Ab work
~30min eliptical, 350 cals

Thoughts:Well up until around 730 I had only taken in about 2g of carbs and it really took a toll on me. After I finished my afternoon cardio session, I was really weak and craving carbs BADLY. So I wolfed down a bowl of whole wheat cereal with my tuna. I don't really feel like I cheated because it still fit within my macros and my body really needed it. Remind me to eat more than 2g of carbs in a day :D

upright EZ rows:

Thoughts:Well I studied for basically half the day today for my last final(The economics of money, banking & credit  ) so thats why my meals were kind of spaced out and also why I only ate four times. Also, half a pound of ground turkey can really fill you up :D So, like I said I will be taking my last final tomorrow (yes, Saturday  )and then I will be going back home for like 2-3 weeks before school starts again. But that really shouldn't affect my log too much as I only have a few days left anyway. I think I am going to keep cutting until the end of summer and then I will start the bulking process again. My weight is still right around 148.

good luck on the final, bro!

Thanks man, final went ok, I just never know with those...:(

I am now back at home so my diet has changed, its still good, I just don't have as much control over what I eat until I go to the store so its hard to keep track of portions etc... Today was an all cardio day and I did one fasted session for 20 minutes and one afternoon session of 35 minutes. Tomorrow I will be finishing the last of the Shred and will hopefully write a final review sometime tomorrow.

Final Review

First I want to thank Millennium for letting me log this product and to their reps for being readily available. You guys are a great company with great products. Ok, now on to the review...

Weight/fat loss: I started this log at 155-154 and I am now down to 147. So that is 7lbs of fat in a month, pretty solid. Who knows how much was my diet/cardio or the Shred...but even if the Shred had little to do with the physical fat loss, I always enjoy taking products like these even if its for the simple motivation I get from taking them, or even placebo. But 7lbs in a month is very good by my standards and I think Shred had something to do with this.

Energy/Stim effect: I really wish I had known sometime in advance that I was going to be doing this log (ncangey made me aware that they were testing like 1 day before they picked testers :D) so I could ease my way off the stims a little bit. I was pretty hopped up on caffeine so I don't think I got the full effect out of this product like I had hoped for. I still definitely felt a stimulant effect from the product, but I feel like it could have been much stronger. But I had noted earlier in my log that the energy I got from this product was more of a "cooler" energy compared to the crack head type feeling you get on something like Stimulant-X (which I didn't like BTW). I usually like that jittery type of energy, but this was a very cool, different feeling.

Appetite Suppression: For me this was the weakest part of this product. I have tried other fat burners with PEA or other similar ingredients and they really knocked out my appetite, Velocity XT especially...but for me, I didn't notice any appetite suppression with this product.

Mood: I really like the PEA/hordenine combo and shred gave me some nice mood enhancing effects that I noticed especially once my workout or cardio was finished. And this effect was only enhanced when I added in the extra PEA. It was a fantastic feeling almost euphoric and VERY relaxing, which went nice with the "cool" energy I got from this product.

Thermogenic effect: I never really noticed too much of a thermo effect but I suppose that could be hard to measure without taking my body temp. over a few days or something. And it would also be hard to gage this as I was usually taking the Shred around times when I would be hotter anyways (workouts or cardio)

Ingredients: Overall I think this is a pretty unique formula especially with all the adaptogens you guys at MS love so much :D I especially like the addition of the PEA/hordenine and theobromine. But I would have liked to see some more "fat burning" ingredients like green tea, raspberry Ketones or even kept the Cha' de burge in there. But overall, its a very decent, unique formula.

Overall: In general I really did like this product. In hindsight I wish I wouldn't have been so tolerant to stims so my adrenals could have had a little break, but oh well. Honestly, I always consider Millennium products for future purchases and this product will be no different. The only reasons why I wouldn't purchase this sometime in the future is because I am relatively unversed in fat loss products or if MS comes out with something better by then :D But seriously, thanks again Millennium you guys a great keep churning out the innovative products and I hope you continue to branch out and grow.
