Currently lifting 4-5 days a week, just splitting bodyparts : Chest/Back/Legs/Shoulders/Arms - roughly 45imns-1hour for each body part, except arms which is 30mins

Current Supplementation:

Multi and Whey. Thats it.


Goals:

Some slight diarehea intitally, but this has subsided.
Also, change in urine color, but I just need to up my water intake.

Updates

These will be more regular now. I've been travelling in New Zealand and just started snow boarding. There's a gym at my resort, don't worry, still training :)

So far so good. It's certainly quite different to the old diesel test in its effect, by end of week 2 I hope to have a good idea of where we are at.

You have used almost every version back to the 2005 yellow label, so its nice to get ur imput.

Can u do some type of updat on dosage for each day ur on it. Are u taking 3 a day, 4, 5 what?

edit, didnt see ur dosage. Wait till u bump to 5/6 per day.

BIG Apologies - had a MASSIVE Snowboard stack

SOrry for the late updates guys, had a nasty snowboard stack a few day back and suffered some bad concussion. Anyway, I'm back on my feet now and all things are going well. I'm back at the gym (whilst on holidays) and doing well. Finished up snowboarding today in NZ, and heading home in three days. It will be great to get back to my home gym and starting training people again.

Effects from Diesel Test

INSANE increase in libido, absolutely phenomenal. Where talking 2X and 3X increase, its great.
I've noticed increased recovery and very solid fullness when training, its fantastic. It's hard to gauge my strength, as I am away from home, and training in a different gym.
I'm on 5 tabs a day now, its great. :)

I'm back and smashing it

Good to be back at my home gym. Hit Legs yesterday and shoulders/biceps today. Strength is solid, legs are fried, DT is doing its job.

Libido is still totally high, its awesome. And especially good as my girlfriend returns from Europe on Sunday :)

DAMN sore !

Well coming back from my holiday I decided to hit the ground running HARD at the gym. Been every day since I been back, four in a row, and it's hit me for six :)

Strength is a little down on what it was for back and legs, but thats normal as they didnt really get a great workout while I was away, just a lot of cardio while snowboarding. But all other bodyparts are feeling strong. I can see this week really hammering.

DT Effects

My G/F returned from Europe today and DT did its thing :)
Certainly feeling very FULL from DT, great effect, and great solid pumps.
Mentally, noticing a few changes, kind of a focused/positive feeling.
Looking forward to weeks 4-6 :)

Did I mention I'm horny?

Well I am. LIke, really, really horny. But in an OK way, like its not crazy, but it feels like I am 18... And there aint nothing wrong with that :)

Did I mention I'm sore ?

Totally killed legs yesterday and shoulders today. Training was looking like this for the last two days.

Legs
Lunges
Leg Press
Leg Extension
Hamstring Curl
Standing Calf
45' Calf

Shoulders
Seated Mill Press
Front Raises
Rear Delt Machine

All massive sets. Feeling really tired, sore and fatigued. Time to take a rest day. Strength is stil steady, its up, and sort of at a level about 5% above normal, which is fantastic for a natural product. I also seem to be able to get out just a few more reps on each exercise than normal. The pump is great, however it feels lkike a 'normal' pump, not like a NO thing or anything, and fraknly, thats kind of nice, sometimes those NO pumps can be too much to handle, or maybe I am just soft :)

Side Effects
Urine is back to normal, upping water to about 3L a day plus 1-2L while training training helped.
No Acne this time around, excellent :P)
Very focues, all of the time, and even a little bit more relaxed. This is a hard one to quantify, but I definately feel mentally more positive, in a subtle way.
Erectile function is perhaps slightly above normal, but not by a huge amount. It's the whole wanting to copulate part that is really jacked.

Comments from ppl at work

I work as a PT with lots of other PT's, so we supplements day in and day out, and mostly all of us just stick to the staples of protein, creatine and some aminos if we can afford it. However, the guys have been asking me about Diesel Test, as they have noticed a difference in my attitude, training, strength and even perhaps some body recomp. So we have two guys willing to give it a shot, which is fantastic given the type of people PT's are. Now Chuck, who is your reseller in Australia, or is it USA ordering time?
There's a possibility that we could put this stuff in all of our Gym's in QLD and Australia, depending on what the trainers and fitness director think.

Wrap Up

I'm convinced it's a solid product and approx 15-20% improvement over the last formula. I'll be upping my dose to 6 caps from here in, and stretching out to 6 weeks. I've had my BF taken by a PT today and it sits between 13 and 14% and I'm really happy with that, having just come off holidays and had a kneee injury only one month ago ( limiting cardio ). I'll continue to CLEAN bulk as I have been through week 6 with a major priority to be no % fat gain above 2%, so 16% is my max and that will be fat on my frame :). Given I have started cardio up again I expect this to get down to 10% should I get my diet dialed in. I know a bulk and fat loss sounds like its too hard, but I really think I can do it, I've got a nutritionist on board, and can eat carbs all day really and not gain fat, so I have great genes there. The only thing holding me back is the number of hours sleep a night as it conflicts with work. I'm shooting for 8 hours minimum no matter what in the next 3-4 weeks. For me, sleep is what makes or breaks me.

Gym

Focused. I just took two days off then came back today to do legs, it was great. I hate legs, mine are shonky, but it was a great workout. Doing lunges and I wanted to do more.. Fantastic.

Tomorrow's update should be solid! Chest!

I want to totally smash chest tomorrow. I'm hoping for some great numbers on dumbell press. I'm gonna get some sleep and pray for growth :)

It's Game time

I gotta say, I'm loving it. On top of my PT business, I'm training hard as nails, and making good strength gains. Strength is up, recovery is up and libido is up.

Training

Splitting Body Parts.

Weight Increases

Decline Bench - Up 5KG
Bicep Curl - Up 2kg
Front Squat - Up 5kg
Chins - up reps

Bodyweight

Fluctuating between 93 and 94KG. Bodyfat is the same.

Libido

Crazy, everyday is awesome. Lucky I got a GF.

Great strength gains today.

Did Arms, which I havent done solo for ages. Libido is still crazy, pump is great and stamina is up.

Well I took the weekend off training to do some much needed drinking, sexing and partying. Hit the legs today with the following:

Legs
Squats
Front Squats
Lunges
Leg Extensions
Calf Press

Great workout. Good weight, pretty much same as last week but a few more reps. I'll be honest, I need a little more sleep and I'll be smashing it. Considering I am only on 6hours each night at present, I'm doing real well. I've moved a few clients around in the morning so I can sleep in.

Diesel Feeling

Ohh yeah.. Focused. Libido is just crazy, like 18year old crazy. I need to get a handle on it sometimes. It's hard being at the gym 14hours a day and keeping it together :)
Strength : It's solid at present, pumps are still good.
A little acne, but that just may be diet/sweat, hard to say. its starting to come out of winter here so it may be there.

Looking forward to any questions from anyone on this stuff. Needless to say its a fantastic product.

Flat Flyes : 22.5KG.

In some serious pain after that workout. It was fantastic. Trained with Necro, was great. Mind was totally focused, energy was there and went balls to the wall, thanks mr Diesel :)

Pumps are still good, libido has levelled finally. Sleep is good, could do with more though. No Acne so far, excellent.

20Rep Sets.. totally cained it. unreal pumps, smashing weights, totally killing it.

Libido is still higher than high. Bodyfat is around 13%, weighing in at 95kg. Fantastic feeling. just need more sleep.

Side Effects

A little acne turning up.
Slightly oily skin.
All good otherwise!

Recap

Week 5 was insane. Trained 6days outta the 7, totally smashed :) I took a much needed rest day today (Monday). I was getting good sleep though and a fantastic diet.

New Records

Leg Extensions : DId the whole stack at the gym for 10reps :)
Weighted Dips : Did 1RM tonite with 60KG between my legs. For those in the US thats 132LB :) I was doing a dip comp at my gym between me and another PT. He did 1RM at 80KG, or 180LB :)

DT Effects

Acne has subsided. Pumps are great. Can I stay on this forever :)

FAST Chest workout but great weights

Flat Barbell : 2plates a 5kg a side. 110total :) Fantastic.
Decline Smith : 2 1/2 plates a side :)

Back today

Full stack on lat pulldown, plus a heap of drop sets, but I kept plugging away. Pumps are great and libido is still awesome. Morning wood every morning, and sometimes at work, it can get a bit much at times, but I'm not complaining :)

Any questions from lurkers so far? I will post photos next week.

3 Days OFF, then CHEST/BICEPS Today

Needed the rest guys, i was HAMMERED.

Todays New's - Step Over and watch the lifts go up!

Put up 50KG Dumbells for the first time today. Thats 110LB for the US boys. Massive lift for me. PR all the way. Fantastic.

Plus a whole host of other exercises in a workout that can be described as absolutely crazy.

Flyes, Pushups, Dips, Presses, Decline Smith.. Too much to handle
Plus Biceps. 21's, Hammers, Drop sets, straight sets..

Diesel Test - Can you stay forever

I'm impressed. The libido has levelled and even dropped a little from what it was two weeks ago, but I suspect thats a result of not enough sleep and not the product itself.

Strength : fantastic. Absolutely fantastic
Size : pretty steady, maybe put on 1-2kg since beginning, but thats lean and I'm REAL happy with that.
Sleep : Been goign well, but I am struggling with 6-7 hours a night. My job as a PT is taking its toll, I'm doing what I can do fix up my schedule to sort that.

have there been any changes to your weight, or BF %? What about strength gains?

Oh Chuck, I didn't get to log this DTH, I've been off on the dosing, my schedule has been off with the training, sleep, and diet due to work. So I don't know what impact DTH has had this go around. I can say I get better pumps on this DT (veins popping out a lot more)

6 Caps a Day. Morning, noon, night. (2,2,2)
Plenty of water.

Lifts

My strength is up, way up. Part of that is my new training reigme and always training with a trainer. The Second part is DT, all the way. I'd proabably attribute 40% of my strength gains to DT, its that good.

Mental

Excellent focus. Good feelings all round. It's something of a 'positive' feeling mixed with 'alpha male'. Enjoyable. I'm ordering 2 more bottles this evening.

So how have you been taking it? Just hear and there?

at first I worked up to 6 a day, but maybe for only a week and a half, then it's been roughly about 4 a day. I have no problem in the morning, but afternoon or evening was a problem with me. I'm self employeed, so hopefully afterwhile, things may be back on track soon, I hope. I like following a routine, then I know what is different, what's working or not (like did I eat enough carbs, get enough sleep, and etc). But when everything is off, it's hard to tell what's what. I'm half way through my second bottle, then I will lay off a month, before my third. The second bottle I stayed with 4 a day just to keep it in my system. In between the 1st and 2nd bottle, there was a 2 week break. I felt less aggressive /intense, libido fizzled just a little. Since the 2nd bottle I notice some acne on my back, (which to me is a indicator test levels has increased). Routine is not quite on regular schedule(especially sleep). I would like to on my next bottle kicked it up to 6 a day

Damn it's good to be a PT

Huge week, fantastic training. Record for the week:

Deadlifts : 3 1/2 plates a side. For 12 (Haven't done deads in 2 months so i was stoked).

I am taking a MUCH needed break from training for 2-3days. My CNS is toast and I haven't been getting enough sleep. I'm knocking back my work schedule from 75hours a week to 65, as it's just getting in the way of my recovery. I'm really strong at present, but not the size I need to be. Last week I spent $650 on food and I'm still not growing the way I should. The reason has to be sleep.

Week 7

I'm looking forward to next week. I'm going back to Total Body Training Chat Waterbury style for 2 Weeks to take advantage of my planned extra sleep ( I'm shooting for minimum 8.5 hours a night ). I think at present, I'm injury free, strong and eating a lot, TBT training and some of it twice a day can really help me get to the next level, and that level is 100KG's :)

Goals for Next Week

Dips : To Dip Bodyweight + 70kgs.
Run : To run 5km at 13kmph constant.
Deadlift : 4 plates a side :)

Man.. its been a tough week. I've been training Mon/Tues/Weds and I'm taking today off (Thursday). just feeling burnt.

This seems to happen after you have a few weeks of gold, you gotta stop somewhere, and it's here for me.

However! Libido is still up, concentration is pretty good and strength is fair.

I'll let you all know how my workout goes tomorrow, after a night of good sleep, it should be solid!

Fantastic workout, trained with QLD No.1 Natural BodyBuilder INBA for 2006.

Frankly, I never feel totally hammered after just training arms. But I did today. Jason is fantastic to train with, real motivation and focus on form. I know now that aspiriing to be great, rather than just 'normal' means consistency coupled with absolute dedication and concentration every workout. No second best, its the best you got EVERY day. Thats where it happens. That's the secret and its also the curse. I gotta step or just shuddup.

Full body workouts also this week. Man, I don't want this ride to end.
