i have been an avid weight lifter for several years now, i recently just started back on my lifting regiment. even though i am making great gaines in my lifts i am having trouble developing the size and tone that i want. last year i bench pressed 450lbs and now i have set my goal for 500lbs however i am not gaining fast enough. i have combined several different kinds of workouts from what i have heard over the years and now i am trying to find some new material. so if anyone has any ideas, any at all, on how to gain size, tone and strength, i would greatly appreciate it. if it is not possible to post here you can e-mail me at chandlerwar@yahoo.com . i would gladly return any of my personal workouts for new knowledge. to specify i am looking to build my entire upperbody from back to forearms, biceps to chest and of course the shoulders and tris. thanks.

look up west side barbell. They have a good routine.
Ontariostrongman.com has a lot of programs on their site
don't neglect your legs. You'd be suprised how much stronger your upper body will get if you are proportioned.
