Glute pains :[

me and my friend were workin out a few weeks ago
and we were doin decline crunches
and everytime i went up
i would feel a very sharp pain in the top part of my glutes
i have no idea why this is happening
maybe im doin em wrong
i dunno
can anyone help me?

i used to have a hurt tailbone
or i guess it was my tailbone
everytime i sat down or somethin it would hurt real bad
but that was a couple years ago

You were probably just putting pressure on your spine in a funky way.

Don't do that exercise if it causes you pain -- and you are probably fine, just a little tweak that will be healed in a few days at most.

Just don't put yourself through pain for any exercise. No exercise is so productive that it is worth risking an injury for.

but i cant do any good ab exercises cuz of it..
