When you guys are coming down to the couple days before a show and are doing circuit training, what is your routine like? As in, what lifts, how many reps, how much rest, and how many times to go through the cycle?
Any examples would be much appreciated. I'm doing a full body depletion circuit workout today (2 days out) :) As Cartman would say, "you're breaking my balls"....
