I am trying to lose 25-30 pounds and become more defined. I heard that you cannot lose weight and gain mass at the same time. But if I diet will I lose the strength and size that I have already developed?

Eat plenty of protein and try supplementing with glutamine to prevent muscle loss. Change your training routine to help you get cut up and up cardio some.

You will loss some strength and some mass. Its just the nature of the game.

Glutamine helps, keep your protien intake high. That will cut down on the muscle loss.

i second that glutamine helps alot during cuttin
i use 5 grams when i wake up 5 after workout and 5 b4 bed

I will increase my protein and glutmine intake and see what happens.
