BACKGROUND INFO:
Before I start anything, I've used the orginal NOS ether powder in the past (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=648432), and it was one of the best muscle/strength bulding products I have used. This time the formula is back, and as quoted from chuck "it's the same formula just with a few extra goodies, 50% more D-Ribose and 2x the creatine." My standards are already set real high based on the previous version of ETHER, so I'm really expecting a great run from this product. I've also have always been a fan of Get Diesel's product line, from the R4W to the NOS products. Heres my little stash (R4W was missing):

ABOUT ME:
Pre-Ether:
Before this log, I was left on a bittersweet ending. During April I hit a big plateu in my training, and decided to cut in may. In June I realized I felt too small and weak, and starting training Dogcrapp style, doubled my protein intake, and dropped all supplements but the basics. I trained like this for 3 or 4 weeks and was progressing FAST like nothing before. Unforteanetly, I hit a really bad stage and started to suffer from terrible anxiety/panic attacks late June. The cortisol that takes place with that, combined with a real **** diet (no appetite), and absolutely no exercise, lead to real fast muscle atrophying :(. After 2-2.5 weeks of hell and a ****load of tests, I finally got a grip back oin reality and am ready to mark my return to the gym. That marks today. I have two goals for this log; to get back what I lost, then surpass that. I think it will be impressive on how ETHER can help a situation like this.
Training:
I train using the DC methods. I'm not going to explain it, you can research it if you don't know what it is. The workout days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, always with extreme stretching and slow negatives. I restpause as opposed to straight sets WHEN the exercise permits, and it is a must for me to "beat the logbook".
Diet:
I only count protein, I aim for around 300-350 grams of protein a day. Some bad days I hit 250, on a great day Ill hit 350 grams. I aim for 5-7 meals a day.
Supplements
Centrum Multi
Optimum Nutrition Whey
Fish oil
0aFmRujHSwU
I'll be reverse loading the ETHER for the first 3 days as reccomended. I have not used any other creatine or supplements for atleast a month now. Any effects recorded are courtesy of the ETHER.
Thanks once again chuck for the chance to test this awesome product, and thanks to pu12 for creating the kick ass banner.

Hammer Preacher Curls: 135lbs X 10RP (-1 rep)
Reverse One Armed Cable Curls: 40lbs X 15 (+10lbs)
Calf Raises (on leg press): 280lbs X 12 (+10lbs)
Standing Leg Curls: 80lbs X 18RP (+10lbs)
Leg Press: 360lbs X 10 (+2 reps)
Notes:
First workout in a long time. It felt awesome to be back in the gym. This workout has nothing to do with the ETHER, cause I hadn't even taken it yet. I had to even skip out on the 20 rep set of legs becuase I was so exhausted and my anxiety problem was really getting to me.
Took my ETHER after this workout, and felt like I accomplished something. Im surprised at how much my strength retained, and how I even went up on some things, yet how much muscle mass was lost in comparison. Very good workout though. Too early to say what the ETHER is doing.
The Taste of the ether was great, brought back memories. Very easy to take, and absolutely no clumpings with this one compared to the first ETHER. Had my second day of this on my rest day, took before meals 1 and 2. Too soon to tell any effects.

That gif and that container of fuel with the NOS label is crazy! reps. I did an ad for DIESEL FUEL with the label on a gas pump something like that a while ago.
You got civilized balboa, gotta go back to the basics, what works.

Notes:
Another real good workout. Still too early to tell, even with ETHER in the system, it still hasn't fully kicked in. This workout was great, really intense, I was sweating balls in the gym. The ETHER and being in the zone with my IPOD made a huge difference in my focus zone today. Unfortenatuly, I was so worn out, especially with this only being my second workout in a few weeks, that I was starting to have a panic-like attack towards the end of the workout. I was too beat down, so I skipped my last back exercise and called it quits, went home, had ether, them my shake, and relaxed until I was good again.
Since my strength still isn't 100%, I add weight and get less reps, because that feels much better then using the same weight but getting less reps. Atleast I'm progressing, even without my strength being a full 100% (if that makes sense to you guys). This is the reason why I got some PR's today and on mondays workout. The "real" progress will come very shortly.
This marks the end of my reverse loading. From now on I will be taking the ETHER pre workout.

Notes:
Today, for pay, me and some other people had to move a 350lb 11 foot wide conference desk up 31 floors for an office building. Two hours later and exhausted, there was no way I was working out after that effort. i was amazed at how hard it was, to get just a table desk up an office building. It was so akwardly long, it wouldn't clear staircases at times. Walking up 31 flights of step is a bitch in itself, but with a large object it sucks much more. Heres how high up we went:
http://img126.imageshack.us/img126/5332/highdh0.jpg
The next day I took two scoops of ether, and my mind was put in the right mood to workout, like if you take a couple of AMP, or something among that. I was too sore to actually workout, so I just am going to put it off and wait till sunday. It is still my first week back, so soreness is a problem. I also decided to ditch DC for now, becuase I need the volume and less intense sets at this time in my life, especially to get back my strength/size faster. Diet will still be loads of protein.
Overall, pretty good so far. By now, Im sure my body is saturated with creatine, so I can't wait to throw in a big ass workout.

Intense as **** workout. The intensity of the supersetting, combined with my conditioning level at the moment, on top of my anxiety problems in a packed as **** gym was nuts. When it was all over and I relaxed at home, I coudln't help but think, what a damn good workout. Strength wasn't all that far down, and I loved the new exercises I added in today.
My training is now going to be high volume, high intensity, calves everyday old school workouts just like the one I had today. I feel this will be quicker then DC training in getting back size and strength, and will help me out way more in this situation.
Had 2 scoops of ETHER pre and post workout. I feel it helped keep me going, but didn't see any super explosive gains, so I still have to give that a bit of time. Lots of protein today in my diet, overall a great damn day. Feels great.

This workout was ****ing awesome. Had plenty of stamina and a second burst of energy. The shoulders and traps took a huge beating today, supersets felt great. My callouses are coming back which is good, cause on dumbell shrugs and barbell shrugs, my hands felt like peeling right off.
As far as the ETHER goes, the performance today was amazing. Im looking "full" all day, and feeling great. Im gaining mass back at a real fast rate and im only a week and a half in. ****s exciting and is exceeding the original ETHER's results.

Another awesome workout. I been looking awesome in the mirror too. This workout I had a huge pump, worked out in a beater and looked great. The ETHER is really helping with the pumped look. Strength is going back up, slowly, but its getting there. Size is mostly back, I been looking huge lately, and lean.
I have also been playing basketball out in the sun, I play with one other person full court just so we can both sprint the majority of the time. That probably explains why I feel leaner.

Real good workout. Worked out in a differnet gym, and bull****ted for a bit once I got my main superset done with, but I was very impressed with my strength today. Did some other stuff but I dont remember it.
Already Im gaining so much of it back, my incline bench is double what it was last week in terms of reps, so clearly this is working great for me. Everything felt easy and was up today. Looked good in the mirror too, saw striations in chest during the crossovers.

Great day in terms of working out. The day before this was a rainy day, went in to workout, diet was **** the day before, the weather outside made my left rotator cuff feel injured, I was tired as hell, only ate one meal that day, and didnt have enough carbs. went to go do 315 on incline and barely got one. The next day came, and something happened in a personal situation with me, and I was so ****ing angry I didnt know what to do with myself. All my anxiety problems immedatily cleared up, my adrenaline was pumping by the boatloads, just to kill some of it I did 10 pullups with every rep with my body above the bar like absolutely nothing. Decided to kill the rage in the gym after having a bad day the day before, and hence, this workout was born.
its amazing how hard freeweights are after using smiths, machines, and cables for so long. The 100s felt crazy trying to unstabilize, and this is coming from someone who used to flat dumell 125 like cake. I also did a few light sets of benching, and even 225 was hard to stabalize. Smith machines are great for mass, but I guess it is true that they dont hit the stabilizers.

Pretty good workout today. Just was going by how I felt, and decided to have a simple pump kind of workout. The pumps were awesome, and I felt really full. Vascularity was great too. I really need to get a solid leg workout in, its been almost 2 weeks. Once again, the benching with freeweights felt weird, 225 was easy, but at the same time hard to stablize. More of a nuisance then anyhting else, thats what I figure I get for using Smith machines.

I've taken the past days off. I haven't been feeling up to par, still been taking my NOS ether though, as prescribed on off days. I just been feeling a bit run down, these off days were neccesary. Feel a bit smaller becuase diet wasn't on par these days, but still looking and feeling pretty great! I got probably a good week or almost 2 left

Awesome as hell workout. Strength was down on a few things by some reps or so, but thats becuase of those extra rest days combined with bad diet those days. I even went up on some exercises today. Plus the freeweight exercises are finally feeling much better, since my stabalizers are coming back into play more. The pump was unbelievable I felt so big and thick today. Funny story for the day.
A few older ***s were playing on the basketball court, i go in there to get a drink i hear them laughing saying **** about "diesel" or soemthing, then i realize im wearing my "Get Diesel" shirt. I went to do cable flyes, got the biggest chest pump, took off my shirt (had a muscle beater on), and went right back in to watch those herbs play basketball. needless to say the looks on their faces were pretty priceless.

Another awesome as hell workout. My chest is so damn sore from the other day, It feels like i didnt workout for months then did a heavy workout. Already from this back workout, my forearm and biceps are tense and sore, Im going to be feeling this really strongly tommorow morning. Just had a great mind and muscle connection today.
I'm noticing a few of the testers have finished there logs. Mine came a bit later then everyones, so this log started a week afterwards, which is why my log is still going. Also for some reason. I still have a good bit of ETHER left....dont know why. I already done like 16 workouts or so on this product. This product is great, feels like a mild steriod with no sides. This stuff is fully kicked in too, so Im just laying back, enjoying the fullness, vascularity, and gains im making with this product.
Something I also want to point out is the note of PRs. I have been PR'ing in this log, I just haven't pointed it out when I have. Alot of exercises I am not PR'ing on and just working my way back up on strength on them. Those exercises have less to do with gaining back muscle memory, but more with the fact that I havent done the exercises for a long time. I also sometimes stay incosistent with exercises, and when I go back to them, Im weaker on them obviously. But overall, i'm back in the 204-205lb range at the gym, and over 200lbs on my home scale once again.

Hard ass workout today. My back and forearms are so sore, so I coudlnt go to the gym to do a heavy power shoulder and arm workout. Instead, I did what I could do and did a bodybuilding type workout.
Just did core tricep and bicep compound exercises to stabalize form, and get some blood and pump going. The shoulder superset was nuts though, my front delts were poking out so much. The pump overall is great, and the vascularity is so awesome its amazing. I can't ask for much else, this is going great. This is the end of week 4. Week 5 begins monday, good ****!
I actually got a headache for the first time today. Might be from anxiety, or might be from the ETHER. Been eating like hell too. Feel awesome. The nutrient partitioning effects on this product are great, cause IM staying the same BF, and even feeling leaner, but getting bigger and more vascular. I assume thats from the banaba ( spelling?).

Notes:
This workout would have gotten a 10 out of 10 from me, but I was interupted by the chance of injury 3 damn times today. Shoulder/chest can be expected sometimes, when I push real heavy and hard on them, and don't stretch enough (I have torn my chest and injured my shoulder before...). As for the calfs...no explanation for that. Good thing i have some CISSUS coming in.
but damn, felt awesome making some PRs and going up on everything today. Diets been as of monday, cleaned up my diet and am getting in more protein. Feels great. Still got alot of me ETHER left, so thats pretty good.

Hey bro, I see you follow the DC type format to your diet. Which means you only count protein, how do you feel that has worked for you in terms of size well still staying lean? Do you just kind of eat whatever else you want and try to keep it healthy and just make sure you get enough protein?
Cause you look pretty jacked bro. Good work

hey younglifter 2 (haha just kidding), good to see you stop bye. I was only following DC training for the first week of this log (before this log, I had a couple week layoff, but before that, I was doing a good 3 weeks of DC too.) So I only done a month of DC, I feel right now this is more effective. My body can handle more volume and intensity, and I was progressing slow with DC, especially since I was building my way back up (after a layoff). So it made more sense to train more frequently and use more exercises. I did like it alot though.

I did like it alot though.
i see, well do you still use the DC type of diet as your approach? If so how do youl ike it?

Sweet, I am going to have to try that out. Im guessing you dont count carbs and protein and just do carb cutoffs.

Once again, a great workout. The soreness is dying down, I'm not getting severe DOMS anymore, just noticable DOMS. Vascularity was sick today also. Hard to gauge a back pump, but my lats were poking out into my armpits. A great day.
The ETHER is going to last me the rest of this week then its done :(.

Notes:
Last workout on ETHER and it was great. I didn't want to workout, but forced myself too, and went in and had a pretty good workout. Last time I did a shoulder/arm workout in the gym real heavy like this was nearly a month ago, but I still managed to mantain or only lose a rep or so on these exercises/weights. So thats great. Got a great pump, and just felt awesome overall. BUT this is the last workout ON ETHER. My final review will come sometime tommorow.

LEAN MUSCLE MASS
This was honestly such a great part of this product, probably the best part. After coming back from what happened to me before this log, the muscle from muscle memory + additional muscle looked so awesome. It was during the summer, so that combined with the tan, and the leaness+fullness I was recieving from this product, I honestly feel I looked my all time best. And this is back from august, its late september now and still feel I looked better back while on this. Maybe it was a bit due to the tan, but it was also the crazy LBM.
ENDURANCE
I didn't do any running or real endurance type activities, but you know it did help in the department of lasting longer during sets. By that I mean doing more reps. I didnt even do one cardio session on this so I cant vouch for that, but I rememebr when I had to move a huge desk up 40 floors of stairs that I had the endurance for it, and got a huge pump out of it.
RECOVERY
This was a great part of the product. I wanted to workout everyday, I was so motivated from this stuff + how I was looking, and combine that with the recovery on this product, and I wanted to workout everyday basically. I really did have great results, and Im glad I have this detailed log to show for it, or no one would believe it.
STRENGTH
This was probably the second best part of this product, (first being lean mass gains and fullness). I was going up on strength really quickly, especially when considering that long layoff I had pre this log. So I had to build up my old strength, and was even able to blow past that.
POWER
This is similar to strength. I just felt like a lifting machine, and heavy weights felt like nothing as I pushed through them, pushing myself to the limits. Same deal.
PUMPS
one of the best things of this product. I didnt feel the intra workout pump was that great, but the fullness and 24/7 pump I had all day was just unbelievable. I felt like a thick lean machine. This combined with the tan I was getting from the summer, and I really felt that was my peak in size and definition. I've fallen off a bit since then.
overall thought: felt like a mild ph
awesome 10/10 product. I know how a mild PH feels, since I have used the old jungle warfare (before those sleezy bastards came out about it being a steriod). This honestly felt like the same effects, (leaner while getting bigger, and always full/pumped).
go buy it! 50+ dollars may seem like alot, but no one has problems paying 25+ bucks for a creatine and another 25+ for an arginine/pump product. This is the all in one and real deal. and this ETHER > the old ETHER in clumping and results. For my log on the original powder ether, see here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=648432
Also based on the results seen from logs, this new ETHER > the capped ether. So if you used any of the previous ETHERS, def give this a go. Buy it here:

was $35 on a 5 day sale (I dont think bb.com price match sale items anyway), now something like $40. Its going to be $42.99 here........whenever they put it back up on the site....they "accidently" deleted it on 23 October and its still not back up. So I really dont mind, thats just another place thats going to get the sale, but I put bb.com's logos in my ads and it is saying discont. and I know if someone calls the phone rep is going say "oh NOS ETHER.....its discont," versus "it got deleted from the cyber store for some strange reason."

Yeah its no use in having a great product if people wont even try it out because its over $50. It was orig. like $64 at bb.com in early August. I just dropped the margin alot on it on our side hoping the volume will offset it. Its not like trying to sell a garbage product, but if you are not in all the mags with pretty labels, you gotta make great products at the same or lower cost than the comp. People dont pay for results anymore, they just pay a certain amount max. reguardless of results.
edit: Now that I think about it, the first price drop to $53 was because the cost of Coq10 went down a few months ago.

You are right about that, especially when talking about online consumers. People who walk into GNC generally have a much higher budget, and will spend whatever the product costs. Online, if it doesn't go for $32-45 max, people complain it is too expensive, no matter how great it is.
