It has come to my attention that some of you are having a hard time coping with your newfound badunkadunk, while others share a pride that can only come from countless A2G & parallel squats. I believe that it is fair time that we unite and share the glory and merriment of acquiring a squat booty.

Share your tales of being a 'noassatal' survivor, talk of how your so-so booty became curvaceous & beauteous, or whatever suits your fancy.

This organization welcomes all of our sisters in Iron, thus adapting a revolving admission and alleviating the need to assign a number to each member :)

I also do a million other exercises as well for legs/bootay though so really I think a good combination is what you need for true bootyliciousness

Definitely not just genetics.. I had a flat ass before I was lifting. I really think sumo squats (bar across back, low bar) are the best thing since sliced bread (what's the bbing equivalent to that LOL).

Definitely not just genetics.. I had a flat ass before I was lifting. I really think sumo squats (bar across back, low bar) are the best thing since sliced bread (what's the bbing equivalent to that LOL).

My butt is SO big, it could lose some size now.. 39 inches around.

Yes, low rise are the key, but then you sit down and your butt crack shows! I get my jeans from a store called Buckle. They make their jeans by hand not to manaquin proportions, so each jean is cut a bit differently. I always find jeans there that fit, even when I had the size 16 bodunkadunk after my daughter was born.

Levi's 550 loose fit. My husband has big calves and has to wear them. They are the only pants he can wear. Well he didn't have any problems with BDU's because the way they are cut.
