Information About me:


I'm a sprinter for a division 1 school and I'm currently in the offseason. I just came back from a week long cruise which was amazing to say the least. Anyways I just finished a cycle of Halodrol-50 which ended yesterday. Today starts my PCT and Day 1 of Diesel Test Hardcore where I am hoping to keep all my gains and gain some more mass. I will be upping my calories even more compared to during my cycle since I am also starting my summer sprint training (lots of day 1s for me today.) Workout Plan:


I just got my workouts from my coach over the weekend and they vary each and every day. Since the lifting schedule provided to us involves a 3 day split and I plan to lift 5 days I will be tweaking it somewhat to cater to my goals. Therefore, I will simply be updating everyday with specific workouts which include running as well as lifting. Working a 9-5 job, lifting, running, and having a social life will be hard but we'll see...

Well today began my official preseason training for track. I will now be doing the workouts by coach has emailed to me which I will be posting throughout this log for people to get an inside look of how a Division 1 sprinter lifts. This was yesterdays workout and the pyramid method used in the squats definitely kicked my ass as I'm surprisingly sore this morning. But overall my workout was pretty intense with of course nothing to report of the DTH as of yet.

Today was another intense workout. I definitely don't feel like I'm on PCT, my mood is up and energy levels are above normal. I was a little moody on cycle and that is subsiding. Today is the first time in two months I have been on the flat bench with the barbell so it was a little awkward but I still completed the bench portion of my workout no problem.

Another solid workout today. I was a little lethargic throughout the day and slightly into my workout I won't lie. I feel as if I need more sleep now as I'm getting the same amount of sleep and sleeping well but I'm a little more tired during the day. Regardless I made some PR's in Pull Ups, and lat pull downs which was cool.

Hahaha, did u post a link to ur log on the sign up page? Now they have a sponsored log section, I believe logs (sponsored) will get read less because logs on a whole started getting followed less when they sep. the logs from the product reviews. Back in the day logs went in the supplement section but when companies starting doing alot of promo and sponsoring like 50 logs at a time the company promo and log sections came up.

Anyway PCT is always fast and good on DIESEL TEST!

Today was a great workout and I feel like the lifting oriented effects of DTH are starting to kick in. My energy and strength were both definitely up during this session as well as aggressiveness. After switching to 5 pills the libido is crazy and I'm sleeping better than ever which is great.

I was considering getting 6-oxo instead but now that i see your log i think im keeping it. Plus having increased libido is not a bad thing at all.

U have to look hard to find someone that says there is a better stand alone herbal test booster than DT Hardcore. None of these other test boosters are producing across the board results (when used without stacking with this or that product) in strength, training intensity, feeling "on", and libido not to mention better erectons. No one on 5/6 DT Hardcore a day is saying, "mabye its working" or "I think its working cuz I got a pimple on my ass" like with some of these other herbal or new test boosters.

Today was a sick workout with a few PR's in the bench, press downs and I did more Dynamic Pushups. I was definitely more aggressive and confident during the workout which fueled me throughout it's entirety. I'm looking even better in the mirror as well and this is PCT which is great.

Had another good workout despite of having to rush through it because I had to make a family dinner haha. But yea I was able to recover quite nicely between sets since I had to rush through it. And even while I was rushing I managed to make a few Pr's which was solid.

Hey just looked at your meals... do you eat any healthy fats with your meals? Maybe include some almonds or even a teaspoon of natty pb... helps the nutrients get to where they're supposed to and helps digestion as well.

Thanks for the suggestion...I do get in a decent number of healthy fats, sometimes at night in between meal 6 and 7 I snack on some peanuts, oh and my chicken breasts that I eat at lunch are marinated in olive oil and seasonings I just forget to put these things down haha.

Today was a decent workout. I started working out with my brother as well so there's 3 of us so there are more distractions in the gym but nothing that hurts the workout. I'm STILL making PR's I just wasn't as focused during the workout due to the chatter but no big deal, still had plenty of intensity.

Today was another great workout. I seem to be more focused and aggressive than ever which is sick. I completed my workout with ease and will be increasing my target weights for next week. All of my benching weights are calculated around my estimated max which for today was 280 but it will be increased next week.
