is this an ok split
Day1-Legs
DAY2-SHOULDERS
DAY3-OFF
DAY4-BACK
DAY5-ARMS
DAY6-CHEST
DAY7-OFF Also i will be doing some cardio. what do you think?

what kind of lifting you do?? I am into bodybuilding and lifting decently heavy. Just curious. But looks good

If you work your arms well on Day 5, odds are you wil be approaching day 6 with still-recovering triceps, which will limit you on bench presses. I would either separate these two days or split arms and add them to your back and chest days.

thanks your responce makes me feel better, i kept changing things around but i did this split this week and i feel pretty good, i will continue with it for a while and see how it goes, thanks again for the replies. I will try to add chest in with the arm days.
