ActivaTe Xtreme represents not simply a progression but a massive evolution from its predecessor, ActivaTe. Still harnessing the awesome power of Divanil, ActivaTe Xtreme goes significantly further by providing total testosterone enhancement, adaptogenic support and estrogenic control. To simply state it, ActivaTe Xtreme is the future of testosterone optimization. ActivaTe Xtreme is designed to promote testosterone release and enhance free testosterone availability, assist with libido and sex drive, improve mood, promote recovery-enhancing pathways such as ATP synthesis, and optimize estrogen metabolism. So all that's left is for you to experience and try it out for yourself.

Great workout today. Strength was down on barbell bench, I haven't done them in a while and have been focusing on DB presses. I will focus on bringing my bench up over the next. Calf training went very well. I always ffocus on a strong 1-2 second contraction at the top. The burn was intense, but felt good.

I have noticed an increase in hunger today, I will pay more attention to this over the next few days.

Strength also felt good tonight, I am hoping to beat some PR's over the next couple weeks.

Another great leg day. Not as many sets as normal, but the intensity was there and I pushed myself hard, enough that I had to throw up soon after getting home. Strength was up since last week, and I'm getting close to hitting a PR on squat.
THOUGHTS FOR TODAY:
Sleep had been great, very deep and refreshing, even on less hours than normal. It appears that my muscles are fuller and I look a bit leaner. Nice #'s on all lifts!
I was crazy lethargic yesterday afternoon. I wonder if the recommendation from Mike to increase calories or carbs, cant remember which one. Anyway I wonder if that will help with the lethargy? I have added 2 extra cups of oats throughout the day. I think my feelings of lethargy right now are just normal due to lack of sleep all week.

After going over the logs, you guys are all lifting tons of weight, setting new personal records left and right and most of you arent getting very good sleep. Your body may need a few days to catch up with what you all are doing.
I can understand it. You guys feel great, so you push yourselves and set all the new PRs, then because the sleep is so restful you guys are getting by on much less then you may be used to when lifting these weights.
Take a day off.

Finally hit my squat PR, and I'm psyched!! I really didn't think I was going to have it in me tonight either, especially after two previous 12+ hour days of moving furniture, and having a terrible diet all day, because I was at a theme park. Looks like I need to bump the weight a bit more for squat. I was also very happy with my second set of 225, and I could have gotten several more, but I wussed out at 20 reps. Ozzfest is tomorrow so I tried to get a bit of chest training in, but I was't feeling it. I will try and squeeze chest in on arm day Wed.
THOUGHTS FOR TODAY:
Sleep has been great, but no vivid dreams. Libido is great. I am still getting a very warm feeling after doses, I am still feeling very warm post workout and I took 2 caps ActX at 7:00 and it is now 10. Hunger has not been up lik eit was, but seems normal now. Things feel like they are really kicking in now and i'm excited to see what the next 2 weeks will bring.
I won't have time to get chest and calves in tomorrow because I am going to see Ozzfest, and more importantly Lamb of God, so I will try and squeeze them in on arm day.

That would have been a great show! The bands at ozzfest have gotten much heavier over the years, but I'm a complete metal head, so I enjoy most of it.

I move furniture. So all day I walk into a house grab a dresser, armoir, box, ect and take it to the truck. Back and forth back and forth all day, then unload. Lots of carrrying, heavy lifting, light lifting, and stairs. Days can be 6-8 hours, or like this last week 12-14 hours days.
I work full time during summer and partime during the school year.

Do you get good calf hypertrophy just doing seated? Seems like you'd want a bit more gastroc focus on top of the soleus isolation.
Regarding the temperature......unbearable here, too. 91 with 98% humidity is hideous.

I prefer standing, and usually do both standing and seated. Seated works well for me, as I always use a full ROM. I focus on going slower than most other exercises and hold a strong contraction for 1-2 seconds at the top.

I had to cancel back and shoulders yesterday and tonight. I will do both tomorrow when I have a day off. Work has been very rough these last days with the temp and long days, so I figured I would wait for an off day to make up. I have noticed a great amount of endurance this last week though. I am abe to constantly jog for most of the day at work and have pretty much been doing cardio all day at work. I am less tired throughout work and after work.

I am down a couple lbs since the beginning, but I appear leaner and my vascularity has increased. Unfortunately, my fat tracker broke, so I will not be able to accurately say hpow my BF has changed. I do know it has gone down some.

*DrnkMnky's ActivaTe Extreme Review*
http://designersupps.com/static_site/images_writeups/activatex_md.jpg
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h4/TeatMan311/activate2label.jpg
First off, I would like to thank Uhockey and the rest of the DS crew for giving me the opportunity the test Act X. I have been happy with every DS product have used (Sustain, Melting Point, Basic Cuts, NO Limits, ActivaTe) and ActX is no exception.
Observations:
Increased Hunger - This came on very strong with on the first week, but then seemed to fade.
Pumps - Huge pumps on most days. These were achieved the best when taking 2 caps on an empty stomach 45-60 min preworkout. The pumps were not as great as NO Limits, but much better then other supplements I have used.
Acne - I noticed a definate increase in back and shoulder acne over the 30 day period.
Oily Skin - I also noticed that upon wakinh my chest and shoudlers would have an oiy feeling to them. I mainly noticed this in the morning after sleep.
Weight Gains - None. I went from 176 to 171 while eating 3,500 - 4,500 calories daily. This goes to show how much work effects my training. Unfortunately, I had to go through 2 of the hardest week I have ever been through at work in 4 years working there. This, no doubt, had a negative effect on my training. Although, I do appear leaner and my overall body image appears better.
Strength Gains - These came on a bit slow the first few week, but really kicked in the last 2. Work plays a huge role in how strong I am when I get to the gym, I am never 100% when I train. This said, I felt my strength was great many days, and I was able to hit several PR's. At this body weight I have never been as strong. I am especially happy about my squat PR, 315 x 11 followed by 225 x 20
Endurance - Again, this improved greatly as time went on. At week 3-4 my rest time between sets was minimal and I was able to increase intensity and cut my workouts down 15 minutes.
Libido -Throughout the first week and on I noticed a pronounced libido boost. It has been several days since I have taken Act X and I still feel my libido is elevated.
In the end, I would highly suggest this product. I can't wait to use it again when school starts up and I get some off days at work.
Ending Pictures:
I am disappionted in how these pictures came out. You can't really see much difference at all, but according to the mirror I am a bit leaner and vascularity has improved.
