RECIEVED MY NO-ETHER LAST NIGHT AND WILL START MY PRE-LOADING THIS EVENING...NO REASON TO WAIT.
Some info about me:
Around 170lbs.
Diet: 2000-2500 daily (mostly clean..about 40-40-20)
H2O Intake:1-2 Gallons daily
Height: 65"
Experience: Lifting since 04
Supplements while on log: NOS-ETHER.
(I don't count protein or other vitamins as supplements being added, as we all take these)
What I expect from NOS-ETHER...STRENGTH GAINS. Plain and simple. I have recently hit my PR on almost all my lifts. Looking for more :)
Lifts I will be keeping track of (mostly) in this log but am giving it my all overall:
Db Incline Bench Presses: PR 2 sets of 90x8
Standing (straight) BB curls: PR 80x4
Db Shoulder Presses (seated): PR 80x4
I lift a minimum of 5 days per week more if I can get it in...cardio daily when lifting..Off days (when I get them) are total off days.

SUN-LEGS
With sat and sun being maybe's if I have the time but M-F is a definite.
15 min cardio after each workout session...ALSO...I workout at 5am..if that matters to anyone.
Taste---very good...have tasted alot worse.
Mixed ok in a shaker with 10oz. tap water. Didn't notice any resedo(sp).
Oh yeah...btw...I would like to that Chuck AND Diesel Nutrition for this opportunity for my opinion on this product.

Is complete as of this morning !!!
Can't wait to start using this as a pre-workout sup.
I will be taking the NOS-ETHER roughly 45 minutes before my workouts at 4:15am on an empty stomach.
So far all I can tell you is about he taste...no bad.
No stomach issues and I haven't noticed any bloating. It does foam up a bit in the shaker but nothing to bad.
I mix mine in 10oz. of cold tap water.

Now that the reverse loading is over, this morning I had 2 scoops in 10 oz tap water around 4:15am..and hit the gym at 5am.
Starting off with Hammer Strength Deads.
90 x 12 (2 sets)
180 x 12 (2 sets)
270 x 8 (2 sets)
180 x 12 (2 sets)
90 x 10 (1 sets)
Seated rows (v-grip) supersetted with Hammer strength Lat machine.
rows (plate #10) x 10// Lats 90 x 12
rows (plate #11) x 10// Lats 140 x 10
rows (plate #12) x 8/// Lats 160 x 8
Now I take my 1 scoop post workout of NOS-ETHER then I do 15 minutes cardio.
To early to tell about effects, strength wise but I have yet experienced any stomach issues or bloating. No excess gas after taking it either. (burps)
Taste and mixibility is ok.
Mental focus...pending

4:15 comes pretty early in the morning and sometime Im just not in the mood (like today). Still I pressed on....

I have a good base to go by and right now I am just starting with it since it is only the first couple of days.
At 4:15, it seem it is really hard to tell what is good mental focus and me just waking up..I REALLY didn't feel like lifting today, maybe the reason for lower reps (who knows)..I finished my sets and did my cardio nonetheless so I guess there was a little drive there.

Like I said, I felt REALLY GOOD this morning. Looked forward to this workout. Family was out of town so I got some good sleep in. I was ready to go at 4:15 this morning.
Taste is ok. I do notice that when you use a shaker to mix, it produces a little gas (not bad) so watch removing the lid.
Got a good pump this morning and I seem to be a little more alert than normal, even now.
Can't wait to see what week 2 brings!

Thoughts: I like how I felt this morning. Really pumped. Felt strong and the weights felt heavy but movable. I seem to be recovering a lot fast with hardly any soreness in my muscles. My weight is dropping but my strenght isn't, which is a good thing.
15 min of cardio after the workout on a bike..went for 4 miles. Up a mile for last week in the same time frame. So my endurance is kicking in also.

Did some other bi movements, curls and whatnot...a little pressed for time.
Thoughts after 15 days (about half way)..My strength is increasing and my recovering time is decreasing. UNLESS I really push the workout..I still felt Mondays chest workout until yesterday and Wednesday legs until Friday. Normally, I feel it from a couple of days after the workout.
Not sure about muscle size. (didn't measure). My intensity and focus is right where it needs to be. I am focused at the task at hand and NOT thinking about anything else.

Day #16 was an off day..I haven't had one in awhile. Felt good. So I followed the dosage for an off day for 190# and below.
Day #17. Chest day this morning. Well rested from the day off yesterday.

FRIDAY AUG 3. (DAY #21).
Work has been a pain to deal with messing with my workout times having to switch for mornings to evenings then back to mornings. I have been lifting/dosing regularly. So here is an update from Monday.

Thoughts so far: My strength is improving, I AM getting stronger. (my diet really isn't helping matters) or mabey it is..I seem to always be hungry and it gets worse as the day goes by.

So far I have hit PR's on most of my lifts this cycle of NOS-ETHER. A little tweaking in other areas of my routine and I could see great things here.

No workouts for the past 3 days. A lot of work on the weekends.
I did plan on it Friday. Took my 2 scoops at 3am, was PLANNING on a evening workout. Planning being the operative word in the sentence. I get home and the wife says we have to do some shopping and I have to go.
Sat and Sun was just long days of work.
I do plan on hitting the gym this evening.

Did an evening workout last yesterday.
Took 2 scoops of NOS-ETHER at 3pm BUT I didn't acutally hit the weights until 4:30pm. I used a workout partner last night cuz I wanted to go heavy and he was running a little late.
I started with 3 sets incline Db presses, which turned out to be a warmup.

Went home a took my 1 scoop post workout NOS-ETHER. I sure hope it helps with my recovery cuz I am going to be sore the next couple of days.: )

Today is Day #25 on NOS-ETHER.
Did another evening workout, so I took my 2 scoops pre workout at 3pm and hit the gym at 4pm. That is when I starting lifting. No partner tonite. Flying solo.
Felt like something new, so I worked shoulders only tonite.
Started with 2 sets of Db shoulder presses for a warmup

Been out of NOS-ETHER for a few days now. Just haven't been able to get online.
Took my last doses of NOS-ETHER on Friday and did an all out full body blast.

Past products I have used, from what I can remember. NO XPLODE...WTF PUMP'D...VASOCHARGE..NO MONSTER..CELLMASS.
A comparision of the NOS-ETHER to the above is as follows:
To get the same results as NOS-ETHER, you are going to have to stack the CELLMASS and the NO XPLODE, which makes in itself a pricey combo. I haven't used this combo in a while ($$) but from what I remember I did make some decent gain from it but it took twice as much as the NOS-ETHER. ie..about 2 tubs of each of the BSN products compared to the NOS-ETHER. Actually this is the same as with the others as well.
One tub of the NOS-ETHER gave me more gains than a single tub of the other NO products. Thats not to say that I didn't like the others, they have their place.
VASOCHARGE gave a good pump and made me more vascular. Got a tinglleing feeling when I took it too. Could also take it during workouts.
