Weight:155
Experience:4 years
Diet:Anabolic Diet, maintenance calories or slightly above on most days
Other Supplements: Too many various things to name, but I've stopped creatine and beta alanine a while ago. No other supplements specifically for performance enhancing other than protein and poseidon by Nimbus which I will only take at least several hours before or after a workout. Just basic health stuff like Zinc, fish oil, cod liver oil, DIM, Curcumin, Calcium D-Glucarate, Maca, Spirulina, Vitamin C, ZMA, Copper, GLA, and so on. Most of this I've been taking for at least a month so anything new that I notice should come from just the Nos Ether.
Measurements - All measurements except arms were taken relaxed, first thing in the morning, pre weekend carb up. I'll take measurements after the weekend as well as carb loading may affect things.

About Me/Goals: I have been training seriously for about 4 years. In that time I've gotten up to a bodyweight of close to 170 pounds from a start at 118. I have sense cut back down to around 155 and gained strength in order to maximize relative strength. For about my second year or so I made minimal gains but sense have improved my nutrition, worked to correct lacking nutrients, and have been making very good progress in just about every area.
My "gym" goals with NOS Ether are to increase strength in squat, deadlift, rows beyond where they have ever gone. I am about as strong as I've been on these lifts so anything significantly better than where I'm at and I will be very pleased.
Squat: My max squat is under 300 which is really sad. I've done 275x3 before and today in a fatigued state I managed a very solid single at 275. These are are very deep squats. I found my squat depth is about 6 inches or less from the ground as measured by a foam roller. So even though this is a very sad number, it is in very good form. If NOS Ether can improve my squat to a solid number over 300, it will have made me a believer.
Deadlift: Although better than my squat, it is still very sad to have under a 400 pound deadlift for as long as I've been training. I can max at around 355 with good form. If I can deadlift over 375 after this trial, I would be very happy.
Rows: My 3RM is around 175 with back parallel, wide grip with pinkys at rings on bar, and pulling until it touches my upper abs. I want this to get closer to my bench press weight, but I don't row the way many people do throwing the weight up while standing almost upright. I hope to get a solid 200 or more max row.
Bench Press: My best lift. I can get 275-285 for a solid max. No bouncing or huge arch in back. Just a solid descent, touch, and lift to lockout without any help from start to finish. Being shorter makes it easier and my pressing muscles are heavily developed to the point where I only want to maintain or slightly improve so as to not further create an imbalance between my pressing/internal rotators vs. my pulling/external rotators.

I currently workout in a gym twice a week. On my off days I workout at my apartment doing various bodyweight and gymnastic type exercises. This does not mean 50rep pushups or anything. It includes exercises like working on an iron cross, front lever, back lever, planche, rope climbing, handstand pushups, one arm pullups, one leg squats, "reverse" squats, sandbag work and so on. This means a lot of heavy training with low reps and very difficult isometric holds. By all means I can get just as sore or more with these workouts and my strength gains have been great.
My "non-gym" goals would be to achieve a back lever and generally improve in working towards an iron cross, planche, one arm pullup and so on. It is difficult to measure these things in number, but I should hopefully be able to tell whether NOS Ether is benefiting me above and beyond normal when working on these skills of relative strength.

I will be following as closely as possible the Waterbury Method.
http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=534922
I will be working mainly in the 6 rep range although sometimes heavier and sometimes lighter. From a bodybuilding standpoint, I will try to increase the size of my side and rear delts and my upper/inner chest. Whatever arm size comes along with it would be nice as they are easy to measure, but its not a goal. I hope to NOT increase the size of my legs too much unless they get a lot stronger as well. I've had my legs much bigger than they are now but I don't feel like my leg size is in proportion to my leg strength. Plus heavy legs limit my gymnastics training.
NOTE: I want to be a lot bigger overall (including in my legs) as a long term goal. 155 at my bodyfat is nowhere near the size I'd like to be. However, my current focus and short term goal while on NOS Ether is getting stronger, getting in great and productive workouts, bringing up my weak points, and basically using this as a performance/strength/recovery enhancer while taking whatever size will come with it.

I took my first dose (2 scoops) after my workout today. There is not much to report as this is just the starting phase. The only thing I can comment on is the taste. I could really care less as it can't be worse than the cauliflower and spinach juice I've forced myself to drink in the past. It does have a carbonated beverage type taste to it and it was not at all bad. Nothing to get excited about.
TASTE: 7.5/10

Thats it for now. I will post my actual workouts and possibly food info starting on Monday. After this next Monday, I won't have access to a gym for over a week. Don't worry though, I'll still be engaging in some very hard and heavy workouts at home working on one arm pulls, rope climbing, single limb work, levers, ring pushups, ring rows, and so on. This stuff can make gym work seem easy and it really challenges my maximal strength. I hope to see if this product can deliver when it comes to maximum strength work. Feel free to ask any questions or make any comments. Thanks!

I started the reverse load after my Friday workout and continued through the weekend. So starting today I took two scoops before my workout. I took this a little less than two hours after eating (low carb meatloaf) and about 30 minutes before my workout due to time constraints. Here was my workout for today.
10 minute cardio warmup
10 sets of 3 at 235 low bar wide stance squats with 70 secs rest.
My hamstrings were still sore from my Friday workout and my squats have been getting weaker possibly due to inadequate recovery. Today however my strength was back and the bar felt "lighter". Its too early to tell whether it is the NOS Ether or not, but I got through all ten sets with excellent form and power in each rep.
Superset 4x6: Incline Dumbbell Flyes (35lbs) and High Cable Rear Delt Flyes (4) with 1 minute rest between each set.
I could really feel the flyes in my chest and even in my lats a little. I kept constant tension on them by not going all the way up and got a great stretch. I haven't done these exercises in a while so its hard to tell where they stand.
Superset 4x6 Decline Dumbbell Tricep Extensions (35lbs) and Barbell Curls (70lbs) with 1 minute rest between each set.
I bumped up the weight 5 pounds per dumbbell on the extensions and 10 pounds on the curls from the previous week. I kept pretty good form but I struggled with the last reps. Overall I felt strong but once again its still too early to tell whether its the NOS Ether or not.
After only three days of taking this it seems to be promising. My legs were not nearly as fatigued after doing my squats this week and I went up 5 pounds from the previous week.
Power/Performance/Strength:7/10 I noticed an improvement and the weight seemed lighter on squats, but its still too early to tell how much is from the NOS Ether. I feel like this product may have some good things to come.
Pump:3/10 Not much of a pump at all. The reps may be a little on the low side in addition to longer rest periods. Later this week I may be doing some higher rep work so I'll see how that goes. Plus I can't expect too much after three days.
Energy:4/10 I know this isn't meant to be on the same level as a stimulant, but in case anyone is interested, I didn't noticed a huge increase in energy. I felt pretty good and focused, but nothing like you would expect from an actual pre-workout stimulant product. Basically I wouldn't expect this to replace an "energy" supplement, but then again that isn't what it is really designed to do.
Endurance: ? No endurance work this workout so I can't comment.
Recovery: ? I'll have to wait and see for this.
I took one scoop immediately after my workout followed by a protein shake about 30 minutes later. I'm not feeling nearly as worn out as I was last week after the same workout. I'll update after my next workout.

Exactly, that's where I got my rings from as well. Working on the front lever and iron cross really hits the lats.

I trained with a guy last week that had a pair of these. He doesn't use weights any longer, just these & plyometrics.

After my monday workout, I was less sore the next day. Just a little soreness in my upper outer pecs and my glutes. Its possible that NOS Ether is helping, but still too early. I took two scoops on my off days. One before breakfast and one before lunch on an empty stomach.
My wednesday workout was a home workout using rings and rope climbing. All in all it was a pretty crappy workout. I felt good at the start, but then my energy and motivation just left me and I really had to force my self to do each set. I ended up stopping before doing legs. I got a good nights sleep and a large breakfast, took the NOS Ether two hours after eating and one hour before working out. Maybe I just wasn't recovered enough. Sometimes I do have these crappy days and it may be my body's way of still adjusting to the Anabolic Diet even after a couple months. I don't blame it on the NOS Ether as it happens without it, but it certainly didn't do anything to overcome it.
10 sets of 3 ring pushups with the rings set wide for peak contraction.
My energy levels were good for these. By setting the rings wide, I can get a good peak contraction and really increase the difficulty of the exercise by changing the leverage on the muscles. Basically sets of 3 can become hard for pushups even if I can knock out 50 "regular" pushups.
Superset 4x6: Bodyweight ring pullovers (BW) and ring dips (BW) with 1 minute rest between each set.
The bodyweight pullovers are where I tuck my legs in while holding onto the rings and basically do a pullover type movement for the lats. They are sore as I'm typing this. The dips gave me a slight pump in my triceps and I hit failure on both of these by my last set. Rings make dips much harder than usual.
Rope Climb
I really didn't want to do anything more. I was feeling kind of weak for the rope climb and it may be because I hadn't done it in a couple weeks. I did a couple of climbs up to what I would think is maybe 15 ft or so. Then I called it quits.
This was a bad workout. I just was unmotivated and feeling weak. Not like my previous workout on Monday. I won't blame the NOS Ether, but so far the NOS Ether hasn't exerted enough of an effect to overcome my fatigue.
Power/Performance/Strength:4/10 About what I would expect. I felt a little weaker. So far I can't say the NOS Ether did anything to improve my performance as far as this workout goes. I still realize its early so hopefully after about another weak I'll really see it kick in.
Pump:6/10 A little better this workout. I got a slight pump in my triceps and lats doing the dips and pullover type movement.
Energy:2/10 After my first set, I was completely unmotivated. Not the NOS Ether's fault as it happens sometimes, but this product won't immediately replace any sort of stimulant.
Endurance: No endurance work this workout so I can't comment.
Recovery: I'll still have to give it more time.
I'll wait another day before my next workout to increase recovery. Hopefully after my carb load I'll have some more energy. So my next workout will be Saturday.

My last workout was probably bad due to the mid week crash I experience when I go way to overboard with my carb loads. I've cut the carb load down to just Friday and I think my energy levels should be much better. I've also been really busy moving apartments so my updates are a little slower. Once things get settled in this next week, I should be more on top of it. I've been taking two scoops on the off days before meals. Usually my first two meals, but sometimes I end up getting my second dose later in the day.
My 3rd workout for the week was after a long day of physical work. It ended up being a pretty good workout. Strength was about what I would expect. My gym workout tommorow should give me a better understanding of where my strength gains are as I can directly compare the new weights/reps with the weights/reps I used the previous week.
My Saturday workout (Day 8, 2 scoops before, 1 after)
10 sets of 3 ring rows.
Superset 4x6: Psuedo Planche Pushups on Rings (BW) and one leg calf raises (20lbs) with 1 minute rest between each set.
Superset 4x6 Explosive Pullups on rings (BW) and pistol squats with 20 pounds.
Finished with some external rotation and rear delt work.
I felt like I had a pretty good workout for being wiped out from all the work I did that day.
Power/Performance/Strength:6/10 Pretty good, but nothing extraordinary.
Pump:6/10 Still nothing special. Maybe its too soon or the reps are too low. I got a little bit more of a pump with the higher rep rear delt and external rotation stuff. I'll have to add in some higher rep arm work (8-12 reps) tommorow to see if I can pump above and beyond what I could normally get. Personally, I could care less about a pump.
Energy:7/10 Pretty good considering I should have been wiped out from working and doing heavy lifting all day.
Endurance: 7/10 Good endurance on my higher rep stuff. Not much as much of a lactic acid burn, but still a little too early to tell whether its from the NOS Ether. I may start adding in a little high rep work at the end of my heavy sets to get a guage on this.
Recovery: I should be able to get an idea on this soon. Once I repeat my workout from last week, I'll have an idea as to how much stronger I'm getting and how my soreness compares. I'm getting sore, but its not too bad and subsides by about 2 days.
My legs are a little sore, but how I do on my 10 sets of squats tommorow should give me a pretty good idea as to whether this stuff is kicking in or not.

Today was more or less a similar workout to my Monday workout last week. I had a pretty good workout. Solid energy levels despite having been busy with non-stop loading/unloading/unpacking because of moving apartments.
10 sets of 3 at 245 low bar wide stance squats with 70 secs rest.
I was going to go up 5 pounds, but I decided to put the NOS Ether to the test and go to 245. Somehow I managed to get through all ten sets and I got all the reps. I also got in minimal leg work due to home workouts the last week. So NOS Ether may be kickin in here. Its looking good.
Superset 4x6: Incline Dumbbell Flyes (40lbs) and Dumbbell Rear Delt Flyes (25) with 1 minute rest between each set.
I'm glad I managed to bump up the weight on the flyes and keep the form good. This also looks promising. I was at my limit last week with 35 by getting a huge stretch and keeping constant tension. I did the same this week with 5 pounds more.
Superset 1x6,2x8 Decline Dumbbell Tricep Extensions and 1x6, 1x8, 1x6 (reverse grip) Barbell Curls with 1 minute rest between each set.
I dropped the weight and did some 8 rep sets to try to get a better pump. Still not a huge pump with the heavier weights, but it was enough that I could feel tightness from the blood flow when I was trying to stretch.
Power/Performance/Strength:7.5/10 Starting to kick in. The weights were still difficult and I wasn't exactly blowing past previous bests. But its looking like I'm getting a little stronger than I would without it.
Pump:6.5/10 More of a pump. I may have to go to the 10-12 rep range for more sets to test this.
Energy:7.5/10 Good enough to really push myself, but I wasn't bursting with energy or hyped up. Not bad considering a slight lack of sleep and all the work I've been doing.
Endurance:7/10 If you can count 10 sets of squats with lower rests periods as endurance.
Recovery:7.5/10 Soreness not lasting for more than two days and only at a moderate level. Getting stronger with each workout. Still a little hard to put a number on.
Its looking good. With better diet, rest, and workouts coming up I hope to really see what this can do.

Today was a pretty messed up day. I had pretty good energy all day despite having only gotten about 5 hours sleep when I'm used to at least 8-12. I took my NOS Ether, then took a nap, then got up an hour later to workout. However, I had to fix something on my computer which took up another hour so I didn't get to workout until 2 hours post Ether. My elbow then started hurting so I had to adjust my workout and take it pretty easy. I used this as a chance to try out my new apartments all machine gym.
3 sets of 3 Handstand Pushups on rings.
Didn't get the last rep of the last set.
Various attempts at levers on rings only to further hurt my elbow.
3x3 Machine Overhead Press
4x6 Pulldowns
3x6 Machine Press
Superset 2x6 Leg Curls and 2x6 Leg Extensions
Rear Delts flyes for a set of 12 and cuban rotations for about 8 reps or so.
Power/Performance/Strength:6.5/10 Not bad on the handstand pushups. About what I could do before but getting a better range of motion.
Pump:2/10 Virtually no pump. I probably worked out way too long after taking the Ether. Plus I was taking it easy.
Energy:6.5/10 I probably would have really cranked it out had I gotten more sleep and the inflammation in my body was less severe. Not great, not bad.
Endurance:Can't even really tell with this workout.
Recovery:8/10 Based on my last workout, I still have some sore glutes. My chest is not nearly as sore despite the heavier weight. Most of the soreness is gone now. So it seems like I'm recovering faster that I use to and beyond just normal workout to workout adaptations.
I am running out of fish oil so I wasn't really taking very much. I can tell the inflammation all over my body is acting up. I am ordering more (fish, cod liver, krill) tonight and I'm going to take everything I naturally can to try to heal myself. Too bad I'm just about out of Cissus.

Sorry Chuck, I thought my post was easier to understand, but I realize how one can be mistaken. I'll take this chance to clear some things up.
First of all, my rating the effects of ETHER is an all encompassing thing. Not based on a single workout. I rate my workouts individually, and then explain where I think ETHER played a role. If I'm weak, I'll say I was weak. If it was because I messed up the dosage on ETHER, didn't get much sleep, didn't eat all day or something like that, I'll mention that so no one gets the idea that ETHER was to blame. The only thing that really matters in the end is the final evaluation where I look at the overall effects based on the course of many workouts and where I think I would have been without NOS Ether. If this isn't how you want it, please go ahead and explain how I can make my log better.
It wasn't an all in one machine (rather a gym with just machines in it), and it wasn't 30%. I went to *failure* on my bodyweight overhead press, *failure* on the machine overhead, *failure* on the pulldowns, close to failure on the press, and pushed myself as hard as I could to really crank out the reps on the leg machines and probably couldn't have gotten another rep. I most likely couldn't have gotten 6 reps on the leg extensions or curls if I did another set. I couldn't have gotten 6 reps in the first place if I wasn't trying as hard as I could. I'll post the weights used on the machines if wanted, but I find the numbers on one brand of machine to another don't usually correlate 100%, so I left it off.
To better explain the taking it easy, I couldn't do the *ring* exercise as the intensity of straight arm movements and bodyweight exercises hurt my elbow. Machine movements allowed me push myself with less elbow pain, but I still worked out harder than I should just to rate this product. Basically, I consider using machines to be taking it easier, and this is where I wasn't clear. To me, doing machine overhead press vs. bodyweight overhead press on rings would = taking it pretty easy. Try the two and you'll get what I mean. I didn't mean to say I wasn't going hard on the machines (that didn't hurt my elbow) as I went to failure on all but one of my exercises. I only meant doing machines instead of the normal high intensity ring workout I had planned was like a walk in the park in comparison. Normally it would have been a skipped workout all together.
I posted that the pumps weren't there and blamed it on being late with the NOS Ether so people could clearly see NOS Ether wasn't to blame. Likewise I post that lack of pumps in previous workouts were more likely due to parameters than the product. I assume a pump can be commented on in any workout, and then I'll post whether I got a pump, whether that pump was normal, or whether that pump was beyond what I would normally expect. If I did no endurance work, I'll assume it isn't neccessary to give a rating for endurance as there is no way I could. I'll leave pumps off if you only want me to only comment on them when they apply. That would make sense to me as well.
I'll leave stuff off if you want, but I prefer to just say my results and then explain the details so the reader can understand whether a certain lack of or gain of results is related to the ETHER. I'm trying to be 100% honest and detailed and I clearly said where my shortcomings were with this last workout so people can blame me and not the product.
I appreciate any feedback you have to offer Chuck as you are to thank for the product and I want this log to be 100% to your pleasing. I have been diligent with my workouts and diet as always, and have been overall gaining from where I started. If you or others have ANY feedback on how to make my log better, more clear, more detailed, or whatever, please let me know.
By the way, my elbow is much better after drinking the last of my cod liver oil. Hopefully it won't act up again. Not sure what it was. Hasn't been much of a problem in the past. But it was hurting all day yesterday even before my workout without any particular stress.

Day 15 2 scoops pre, 1 scoop post
Wow... This is what I have been waiting for. I guess my body is starting to get loaded with the ingredients in NOS ETHER. Today I blew past all my expectations in terms of strength on my lifts.
10 sets of 3 wide grip rows to lower chest/nipple area with back parallel to ground.
I always try to keep good form on rows. These aren't the typical closer grip with back 45 degrees and throwing the entire body into the lift rows. These were solid and I only counted reps if they touched my chest with minimal momentum. I started out with 145 for the first 5 sets, but that wasn't enough, so I bumped it up to 150 for two sets. That still wasn't enough so I bumped it up to 155 for the last three still getting solid reps with a little power to spare. I did 135 last workout for these with some power to spare, but I didn't expect to be doing this much weight. If I can do ten sets of three in the 170s with equal form by the end of this log, I will be very very impressed.
4x6 Romanian Deadlift supersetted with 4x6 L Laterals.
I did 235 for the deadlifts which is what I did last time. Last time I only got 6 reps the first set, then they went down after that. This time I got six reps on all my sets going all the way down to maximum stretch (till the 35lbs weights touched) with a little power to spare. I even got a slight pump in my glutes. Last time I did slow tempo L-Laterals with 15s, this time I did faster tempo with a hold at the top with equal form with 25s and got all the reps.
3x6 Bench Press
I did 205 for all three sets. I'm not trying to improve this lift but rather maintain it. I felt that was good and I didn't want to hurt my elbow any more. The last set was right about at failure.
4x6 Pistol Squats supersetted with 4x6 Calf Raises
I did pistol squats with 30lbs added and got all the reps compared to 20lbs last week. These wear me out cardiovascular wise more than anything, but at the end I could feel it in my quads. The calf raises were ok. They were about the only lift I didn't feel much stronger on.
Pump Sets
I did 1x15 and 1x12 for high pully rear delts. Not much of a pump. I did 1x15 and 1x12 low pully flyes for chest, and got a little pump. I believe I did 2 sets of cable tricep extensions in the 8 - 12 rep range and 1 set of cable curls for 15 reps. My arms were pretty pumped for so few sets. Enough that I could feel it when I was trying to stretch and still after my workout. I figure a "bodybuilding" workout with more volume would really get you pumped. I may try an entire workout like this to really test the pump.
Power/Performance/Strength:8.5/10 Great! Starting to really see some solid strength gains.
Pump:7.5/10 Enough that I can tell with slightly different workout parameters you can get a very good pump.
Maybe next Wednesday instead of a high intensity ring workout, I'll do a higher rep (8-12) workout just to test the pumps and endurance effects a little more. I figured this product would take a little while to kick in, especially the creatine aspect, and it looks like its starting to do its thing.

Day 17 2 scoops pre, 1 scoop post
I was still feeling a little sore from last workout. I usually have an extra recovery day in between. I knew last week I was at my absolute limit and was thinking about using fractional plates instead of bumping the lifts up 5 pounds each, but I decided to really test the ETHER and see what would happen.
5 sets of 3 Wide stance squats with 250, 1x2, 4x1
I got all 3 reps on the first five sets. After that I did a double and finished with singles. I felt pretty strong on the first sets, but with only a little more than a minutes rest, eventually my body just can't keep it up. I felt like I had a little more or about the same strength I would have had normally. Keeping in mind I was still sore, this was pretty good.
Superset: 3x4 Incline Flyes 45lbs and 3x4 Rear Delts Flyes 30lbs.
These movements need to go up in smaller increments, so I did 5 more pounds and less reps. I figure if I can get all the sets and reps by the end, I'll be in good shape.
4x6 Rope Cable Pushdown and 4x6 Strict Barbell Curl 80lbs.
My elbow was acting up so I did pushdowns instead of dumbbell extensions. I didn't get all the reps on the last two sets of curls, but it was 10 pounds more than last time.
4x6 Hanging Leg Raises
Power/Performance/Strength:7.5/10 Considering I was yawning on my way into the gym and still a little sore, I got in a pretty good workout.
My gym is going to be closed for all of next week. I have been trying to keep my main lifts the same week after week to measure the progress, but this will be impossible next week. I'll have to do home workouts instead. I will use this as a chance to do some higher rep and volume work to really test the pump I get for the ETHER. Next time I'm in the gym, hopefully I can see if I will get all the reps I needed at these weights I was using today.

I didn't feel like working out today. I really can't wait to load up on omega 3s so my inflammation goes down. Anyways, a solid workout today with slightly better than usual strength gains.
3 sets of 3 BW overhead press on rings, 1 double
I added another rep to my third set and did a double on my fourth set. Pretty good, but nothing extraordinary.
Superset: 2x6 BW Pullovers plus 20lbs and 2x6 ring dips plus 20lbs followed by 2x6 for each with BW.
The pullover type movement was really hard. I'm sure my lats are going to be sore tommorow. My elbow started acting up so I dropped the added weight (couldn't have gotten 6 reps on my next sets with it anyways) and finished the sets with just my bodyweight.
4x6 Leg curl and 4x6 leg extension.
These felt stronger than last week and I managed to add two more sets with the same weight I used last week.
4x6 Wide Grip Pulldown
Solid reps going down until I touched my chest. Felt a little stronger than last week.
Power/Performance/Strength:7.5/10 Pretty good. I was hoping to do a lot more on the BW overhead ring press but it is a tough exercise that takes everything I've got. The rest of the workout I felt stronger than I had in the past and improved. I would say I'm making solid progress here, but nothing crazy.

Today was another weird day. I layed in bed after having slept 10 hours trying to sleep more but I couldn't. I just didn't want to get up for some reason. Later when I hit the gym was yawning between all my sets and didn't have much energy. Nevertheless, my strength was still a slight improvement over last week.
10x3 Wide Grip Rows to Chest with 160lbs.
I felt weaker on these, but I managed to get all my reps.
Superset: 4x6 Romanian Deadlift with 245 and 4x6 L-Laterals with 25.
I forgot my wrist straps for the second week in a row so I only got 4 reps on my last two sets of the deadlifts. I felt strong enough that I maybe could have gotten them all with straps. I did the L-laterals with the same weight but a slower tempo and longer pause. I barely got all the reps.
3x6 bench with 205 and 3x6 calf raises.
Bench felt about the same as last week. I'm just trying to maintain strength here.
I finished with some ab work.
Power/Performance/Strength:7.5/10 For feeling crappy, the numbers still went up or stayed the same. I can only imagine how it would have been with more energy.
Next week I will be doing a bodybuilding split with muscles worked once a week at a higher volume. I didn't want to change my program at all, but sense my gym is closed all of next week and I'm forced to work out at home, its not like I can do heavy squats, benches, rows, or anything like that. Plus this will give me a chance to evaluate the pump and endurance effects of this product a little better and give my joints a rest.

Today I did chest at home due to my gym being closed. I decided to test the pump and endurance effects and I ended up getting one of the biggest chest pumps ever.
2x12, 1x10, 1x8 Semi reverse grip ring pushups. 90 sec rest
These are halfway between a supinated and neutral grip and they really hit my chest. I got a pretty good pump after the first two sets. Its also a very hard variation so the last 2 sets I barely got the reps.
Superset: 3x6 Ring Pushups 3x6 Ring flyes no rest between exercises, 90 sec rest between supersets
I can probably knock out 50 or more solid pushups on flat ground, but just the 6 reps of these took everything I got. My chest was starting to get almost painfully intense contractions with each rep. No complaints.
3x6 resistance band flyes holding peak contraction.
These should have been easy, but I could barely do them after my previous sets. I just did what I could and cheated a little to get the reps.
1x25 dumbbell flyes. I finished of with a set of high rep flyes to stretch and pump the chest with 20lb dumbbells.
Pump:9/10 Normally I woud have gotten a good pump from this workout regardless of what I was taking, but I can't recall the last time I've had a pump this intense. The biggest thing is how long its lasted. Most pumps for me die within a few minutes. I had a good pump for about 30 minutes after my workout with lingering feelings even now. I can't think of anytime where I've had a pump last so long.
Its hard to guage endurance because I don't usually do this type of workout so I have nothing to compare it to. I would say it was on par or better than what I could usually do.

Today was back day. I don't usually get much of a pump in my back unless I'm focusing on lats. Today however I did a bunch of various movements which didn't hit one particular part. I felt like I got a good workout and my back was really worn out, but I don't know whether I got much of a pump or not. Its something thats hard to feel in a large muscle group like the back.
5,4,3,2,1 rest pause for two sets of BW Rows on rings
1x10,1x8 Chinups
1x10, 1x8 Bw Pullovers
1x12, 1x10, 1x8 Ring rows with feet on ground
Then a few various light weight trap and row movements with a dumbbell.
These were a little lower reps than my workout yesterday which I'm pretty sore from. I felt like I had pretty good strength but I was spent by the end of the workout. I didn't have much left in me. Its kind of hard to say how the ETHER effected me for this workout. My strength and endurance were good, but nothing worth noting.

Today I did legs at home and it ended up being pretty brutal. I didn't have a lot of energy going into it and it took a lot to get through the workout.
4x12 bulgarian split squat with 40lbs with 1 min rest between sets
Superset 3x8 high step up BW and 3x8 single stiff leg deadlift 40lbs with 1min rest between sets
I was going to finish with some dumbbell leg extensions and curls but my legs were shaking and so weak by this point I had to stop. I hate high rep leg work and it felt like my heart was going to go through my chest. Nothing was really at total failure, but I was really fatigued. It wasn't a lot of weight or sets, but I guess the shorter rest periods and never usually working my legs above 6 reps got to me.
My legs got an ok pump and a pretty good burn. Overall its a little hard to guage how the ETHER affected this workout, but my endurance was good. Better than when I've done these movements before despite not having done higher rep leg work in a while.
Tommorow is shoulders and arms which are two of my favorite muscle groups to work, not to mention the most "pumpable".
Just to note, I started Reset A.D. for adrenal support today. Being tired all day and not feeling like working out has made me want to try this. I figure sense it is a very unrelated supplement it shouldn't be a problem, but if this should be saved for after I finished my ETHER, let me know.

Well ur almost done with ETHER right?
Yeah, I should be done sometime next week. I've been dosing at 3 scoops on workout days and 2 scoops on off days sense my bodyweight is mid 150s. Thats why I figured it shouldn't make much of a difference. I'll be back in the gym to perform some lower rep strength moves attempting personal bests to get an idea of how much my strength has increased compared to when I started.

Today I did shoulders and arms. I got a pretty intense burn in my shoulders. They seemed pumped, but I was focusing on my medial delts and its hard to "feel" a pump in them. Arms were pumped pretty good. As much that if they were pumped anymore, it may be more than what I want personally.
Static stretched my anterior delts to minimize involvement
6,12,20 drop sets of shoulder laterals 20lbs - 10lbs - 5lbs
3x10 dumbbell V press 20 lbs (press out in a V shape rather than straight up)
1x12, 2x10 bent over laterals 20lbs
A set of external rotations for a few reps
1x15,1x12,1x8 Rev Dumbbell curls with 20lbs
1x12,1x8,1x6 dumbbell curls 20lbs
1x8 Hammer curls 20lbs
Behind the back overhead standing tri extensions 1x15,1x12,1x8 20lbs
Across body tricep extensions 1x10
Kickbacks 1x10, 1x6 20lbs
Bench dips 2x15 BW
If I superseted my bis and tris I would have gotten an even better pump. I had about a 1/2 inch of growth in my arms from the pump after my workout, and that was mostly from my tris as my bis were dying down in terms of the pump.
Pump9/10 A pretty good pump. I can't really give anything a 10 unless it is out of this world, but it was certainly a solid enough pump that I don't think the ETHER lacked in anyway.
I will be finishing my log sometime next week. So far I've noticed changes in the mirror in terms of size increases even though that isn't what I was going for in particular. Next week I'll give a complete rundown.

I've finished my bottle of NOS ETHER and now its time to give a final review.
Once again I'd like to thank Chuck for giving me a chance to try this product. I missed maybe 2 or 3 scoops throughout the entire log and got in every single workout to make sure I could give it an honest evaluation. That being said, I'm going to be as straight forward as possible and try not to sugar coat anything.
Strength Gains/Performance Gains: Most of my workouts I noticed a solid increase in strength from the previous workout. This is comparable or slightly better than regular creatine plus a good workout nutrition plan. I wasn't training specifically to increase my 1RM, and I didn't do so on any of my exercises. Therefore, I can't fault the ETHER for that, nor can I give it credit. For the rep range I was working in, I got what I would consider better than usual increases in strength and power. However, it took time to notice this effect. It was only after a couple weeks that I started to really feel the ETHER was doing something for me.
Overall: 7/10 Solid strength gains, but comparable to regular creatine. I wasn't blown away.
Pumps: Although this product is supposed to be great in the 6 rep range or so, I noticed it took higher volume to get a pump for me personally. For maximum pump and endurance effects, a full body split is probably not going to be your best route. Rather a bodypart split seems better to take advantage of this aspect. The pumps were intense and lasted longer than any other pumps I would get with an NO product. I haven't experimented with very many NO products, but compared to Nitrix, I was impressed. If getting a good pump is what you are after, then this product is worth a shot.
Overall: 9/10 As much pump as I would want personally, but I haven't compared it to enough other stuff to give it a 10.
Endurance: I don't usually do much endurance work, so I don't feel as though I should comment on it.
Lean Muscle Mass: Although this product seems to be touted as a performance enhancer, I myself would use this for bodybuilding purposes. Towards the end of the cycle, my weight and measurements were up and I could see a difference in the mirror. They have sense dropped back down due likely to a decrease in calories and training. The combination of a pump, unintentional muscle gain, and strength gains in a hypertrophy training zone on a maintenance diet seems like this could be a great product for sheer size gains.
Overall 8.5/10 Pumps plus added size without a lot of extra calories made me think this product was more of a bodybuilding enhancer rather than strength enhancer.
I gained about 1/2 inch on my chest, about 1/4 inch of my right arm and maybe a little bit on my left arm. My legs increased by about 1/2 inch each. My weight went up about 3-4 pounds but has sense dropped down to about 156. Waist size is the same.
I took pictures but they didn't turn out very good. Plus I'm in a different apartment with different lighting. There really isn't that much of a difference, but if requested, I will take new pics.
How does NOS ETHER stack up against other creatine/NO products or other products in general? Although I am very thankful to Chuck and I want to say this is an unbelievably awesome supplement, I have to be honest. It was simply good. Solid pumps, solid strength gains, but I have taken other products that have given me good pumps and strength gains as well. I can't say I got anything really special out of ETHER that sets it above and beyond other supplements.
If I were reading this review, I would take into account that my routine consisted of total body workouts for all but one week. I think this product is better for bodypart splits and bodybuilding routines. If that is what you do and you want to get great pumps, then I say this product is right up your alley. Likewise, some people respond differently to supplements. I haven't read much of the other reviews on this supplement, but I would consider the collective insight of other reviewers. If they say they got a lot stronger on this product as I'm sure some have, then the performance enhancing aspects may be better in some people or on certain programs. So don't consider a lack of overwhelming results on my end to blow past previous strength barriers to mean this product won't work for you.
Overall, I give it a 7.5/10. If I cared about pumps, it would get an 8/10.
If anyone needs anymore information, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks!
