Goal For This Log:

Being a tester my first priority is to evaluate this product for what it is designed to do. After reading much of the previous feedback, this supplement seems to be mostly targeted at strength gains. That said, my evaluation will rely heavily on strength gains, although not solely. I will also evaluate this product for lean muscle gains and pumps. I will probably take a couple before and after pictures of a single training session as I have in the past with pre-workout products, to show the pump. I will give a one time review of the taste for those who are concerned with it, but it won?t factor into my evaluation of the product.

Starting Lifts:
***I have always had lower back issues. Due to that, I never max out on deadlift or squats***

Lifts from this week:
Incline DB Bench: 90s x 8
One Arm DB Rows: 120s x 8
DB Shoulder Press: 70s x 8
BHN Pulldown: 140 x 8
Deadlift: 315 x 3
Squats (ATG): 185 x 10

Diet/Training Schedule:
I follow a carb cycling diet, but not set up perfectly. I tend to lift at least 5 days a week during the summer, and have med/high carbs on workout days, and low/no carbs on off days. I usually will have higher carbs on leg and back day, and I'll carb up if and when I feel it necessary.

My training split also changes, but I'll keep it consistent for this log.

Start of the week may be Monday one week, and Sunday the next. But the split is essentially as follows:

Day 1: Chest/Tris
Day 2: Back/Bis
Day 3: HIIT
Day 4: Shoulders/Tris
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Anything that isn't sore, or hamstrings

Cardio is also performed to some degree almost every day.

All foods that I consume are basically 100% clean. I rarely cheat, if ever. I measure most everything, and count calories like it is my job.

Current Daily Water Intake: 2-3 Gallons

If you have any questions, feel free to ask, I am around very often, and will answer quickly.

I will start the reverse loading phase tomorrow following my chest/triceps workout.

Thoughts:
Today was a great workout, and should serve as a good bookmark in judging my strength gains.

My first serving was taken following this workout.

For all you "candy asses" as Chuck would say, I will give you my thoughts on taste.

Personally, taste isn't a big deal to me at all as long as it doesn't f*ck with my stomach. No stomach issues whatsoever. It tasted very good to me, hard to compare it to something after one dose, but I enjoyed it, and can't see taste being a determining factor for anyone not to purchase this supp.

Mix-ability was fine as well, no issues.

Tomorrow I will continue the reverse load, and workout back.

DAY 2 - Back/Biceps

2 scoops NOS ETHER PWO(Reverse Load)

Exercise Training Log
1. Deadlift [ 5 Sets ]
15x135 | 10x225 | 10x225 | 6x275 | 6x275 |
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2. Wide Grip Pullups (assisted) [ 3 Sets ]
10x(BW-85) | 8x(BW-70) | 7x(BW-70)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3. Chinups (assisted) [ 3 Sets ]
8x(BW-55) | 7x(BW-40) | 6x(BW-40)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4. One Arm DB Rows [ 3 Sets ]
10/10x100 | 10/10x100 | 8/8x110
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5. Cable Rows [ 3 Sets ]
10x120 | 8x140 | 8x160
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6. Straight Arm Pulldown [ 3 Sets ]
10x55 | 10x55 | 10x55 |
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thoughts:

Another very solid workout. I didn't have my straps today, so I didn't go too heavy on DB rows or deadlift so my grip didn't affect my strength.

This should definitely be a great benchmark for strength increases though, just as yesterday's workout was.

I also tested my chinup strength after warming up and before DLs, so I can test my increase in those. I got 6 with good form. Pretty bad I know, I've always struggled with pull/chin ups, so it'd be nice to increase that number a little bit.

Tomorrow is last day of loading, and I will most likely be doing just cardio, but possibly legs depending how they feel. BTW, unless otherwise noted I do 40-45 mins cardio every day in the morning, away from training.

Thoughts:

Legs felt great this morning so I decided to hit them hard today. I was tempted to take a dose pre-workout but decided it would be a good idea to get one last benchmark workout for comparison purposes.

I am very happy with my workout, I felt great, and really hit my quads hard.

Tomorrow I will be taking the pre and post workout doses, definitely looking forward to it.

My friend wants to go to the gym later so I may go with him and do some abs/calves, and light cardio, but we'll see how I feel.

Great workout, Brian! You should give one leg leg press a try. Everyone loves 'em :D

Thanks guys. I did actually do some very light OLLP while waiting for them to fix the leg ext machine, but didn't note it b/c they were only for the purpose of fatiguing the quads, not trying to push numbers or anything.

WERD!!!
Brian, you're my hero though; well except for them squats http://www.eventide.net/forums/images/graemlins/angry7.gif

I hear you, but I can't really train for strength on the squats due to previous back issues, and I seem to aggravate it whenever I go higher with lower weights. Therefore, the ATG's are with a decent pause at the bottom of every rep to get the max tension on the quads.

DAY 4 - Shoulders

2 scoops NOS ETHER Pre-Workout, 1 scoop Post WO

Exercise Training Log

| 3x240

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thoughts:

I finished off the workout with upright rows and shrugs, but just did them to burn out my traps so I didn't write down numbers.

Today was the first day taking this pre-workout, and I must say I am impressed. About 20 minutes after I took it I noticed a nice focused feeling, and some "non-stim" energy. I have actually noticed this the past 2 days, but thought it was just endorphins PWO. I didn't actually even think it to be the NOS, but it obviously was.

Pumps were very solid, my shoulders were very full/hard, and the vascularity in my biceps/forearms was impressive.

Strength is where I was really impressed. Last week used 65s for all 4 sets, and got 10,9,8,8. So as you can see, my third set was certainly a great improvement. The first set felt very light compared to last week, and got the 10 reps pretty easily, could've got at least one more.

The rest of the workout was more to fatigue my muscles, except for hammer press. I did higher reps last week, so can't note on an improvement, but the low reps should be a good way to compare strength to following workouts.

The real test will come next week to see if my strength continues to increase, but first impressions when taken pre-workout are certainly good.

I have a couple other general thoughts, however I will wait a couple more days before I discuss it to make sure it is the product.

I really like the "non-stim" energy of this product. I also felt it during the reverse loading, but didn't attribute it to NOS until the first day of taking the full servings.

It's a very subtle sustained boost that really has helped me push through my last two workouts.

Keep up the good work.

The Non-Stim energy is VERY noticeable, it was from the first dose. I prefer the dosage post workout though. It seems that pre WO i would prefer something like Primal N2O which gives me mild stim and intense focus pre WO and use NOS ETHER post WO. Nos Ether seems to make me immediately re-energized after my workouts but doesn't give me the high quality focus I've felt from other preWO supps.

DAY 5 - Hamstrings/Biceps/Abs

2 scoops NOS ETHER Pre-Workout, 1 scoop Post WO

Exercise Training Log

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Abs and biceps were supersetted at the end of this workout. I didn't record the numbers as I went very high reps, and felt it unnecessary.

Thoughts:

Normally for hamstrings I don't try and put up big numbers, but rather fatigue them and improve their endurance. I think it has helped prevent injuries quite well, as many leg injuries stem from weak/untrained hams. I also don't like to go too heavy on SLDL's b/c of my lower back.

Today's workout was very solid. I am definitely feeling a good clean energy from the product, and no doubt today my endurance was better than normal.

I usually lift for an hour tops, and possibly some cardio after. My workout ran long just because I ended up doing so many more reps for abs than normal, without really realizing it. I then jumped on the elliptical and did 25 minutes, and could've gone longer, but I was starving, and felt it unnecessary anyways.

The pump I got in my biceps today was incredible. Next week I will take a picture before I go to the gym, and after my last set. It was sick, and the veins in my forearms were incredible.

I can't really comment on strength today due to the nature of the workout.

I should note I am seemingly more motivated/focused as well. MMC was much better than usual for hamstrings.

Looking forward to the second round of workouts to see how I improve.

Like I said yesterday, I have some thoughts about the product in general not related to training, and I will sum that all up after day 7, as it is now apparent the effects are indeed related.

DAY 6 - Off Day

1 scoop AM, 1 scoop PM

Thoughts:

Today was gonna be a cardio day, but I ended up not making it to the gym.

Although I wish I coulda gone, I probably needed a complete off day very badly (can't remember last time honestly). During the summer I have more free time and make it to the gym basically every day, so this is probably a good thing.

Tomorrow I will most likely be hitting chest/tris as they feel more than fully recovered already, and like I said, hard to stay out of the gym.

The NOS gave me an extremely noticeable "clean" energy today. Perhaps more noticeable because I wasn't working out, I'm not sure. I also got a pump which was pretty cool for not doing anything. It was primarily in my biceps, which I worked yesterday.

Tomorrow I will have a week 1 write-up which I will explain some other interesting things I have noticed.

6. Seated Overhead Extension [ 4 Sets ]

Thoughts:

Well when I arrived at the gym there was a group of guys using up all 4 of the benches that I could potentially DB incline on. I stretched and warmed up more than usual, but they were being tools and just chattin about their fizogen supps.

I decided to go with flat instead. I honestly don't remember the last time I've done anything flat, so no idea how to comment on that exercise in regards to strength.

Most numbers for the rest of the workout were pretty similar, but a couple extra reps here and there. Incline hammer press felt great, and I think I might have miscalculated how much I did last week. My last set had 3 plates on each side, which would equal 275 with the machine. I thought last week my last set was slightly lower, but it says 275.

Either way, everything felt great, and pretty happy with the workout. Also went up a couple reps for triceps.

Pump was pretty intense for my chest. Can't say I got a great tri pump, but the vascularity was seriously incredible.

I'll have a little week 1 write up in a little bit, sharing my initial impressions after 1 week.

Initial Thoughts After Week 1

Just wanted to share my thoughts on the product after the first week, mostly in regards to what I've noticed outside of the gym.

I'll start with libido. It is absolutely incredible the impact this has had on my libido. I naturally have a pretty low libido, and never have random erections without a reason. I get random erections quite often, and libido is up quite a bit.

I am also noticing a good clean energy, which I enjoy very much. My mood also seems to be improved after my PWO dose, although I don't notice that with my pre-workout dose.

I will reserve my judgement on strength at this point, but it seems promising.

Pumps are very powerful and intense, but not to the point where they interfere with the workout. I'd also say MMC has been improved slightly.

I have noticed more frequent headaches, especially after the PWO dose. Fortunately I don't get them before I workout. Overall headaches has definitely increased though, but they haven't been very serious at all.

I noticed some bloating/water retention the first couple days, but as of today it seems to not be very noticeable.

I'm sure there is something I am forgetting, but I just wanted to compile my initial thoughts thus far.

Tomorrow is back, so looking to go heavy on DL's.

Thoughts:

At the beginning of the workout I tested my chinup strength, as I will every back workout, and I got 7. Last week I struggled on my 6th rep, and this week the 7th was a perfect rep, so very happy with that.

The rest of the workout was streaky, but overall very solid. Added a couple reps in the DL's and pull/chin ups. Felt really good for these exercises.

I think I may have rushed into DB rows, as I felt fatigued, and something with my form was bothering me.

Overall a solid improvement from last week. Pump was pretty intense, especially in the biceps. The cephalic vein in my left arm was more visible/protruding than I've ever seen it.

Also some solid pumps in my lats.

Interesting initial reactions. Just curious, what exactly do you attribute the libido boost too? Which ingredient do you think is responsible for this?

Doesn't it contain Cnidium Monnier? I know from researching it when I noticed it was in the Citruvol that it is proven to increase blood flow to the penis, which could be a reason for the increased erections.

Correct, that coupled with the gynostemma would be my assumption.

My quads seemed to look much fuller, and take a nice shape after my first leg day. Definitely increase in fullness, and vascularity around the time I take it.

When I wake up, and haven't had a serving in some time, the fullness is obviously decrease, but probably slightly improved than normal on empty stomach.

I did about 15 minutes on the incline treadmill to burn out my legs. Also did a bunch of calf supersetting following my final quad workout.

Thoughts:

This workout was not too great overall, but not terrible. My numbers were about same on squat, couple reps down on leg press, but felt great on leg extensions, and got a few reps each set.

Not too worried about the leg press since it was a different machine unfortunately, and the ROM might have been slightly different.

I just didn't have the focus today, for some reason. I felt kind of tired too, even though I slept very well last night.

Vascularity was very nice in my calves, and I saw some cool veins in my quads I hadn't seen before.

I might need a day off, that may have been part of the issue. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

DAY 10 - Cardio/Abs

2 scoops NOS ETHER after cardio

Thoughts:

Did 45 minutes on the elliptical, followed by some ab work. My quads are very sore today, and overall my body feels like I could use a day away from the weights.

I will be hitting shoulders tomorrow. Not too much to report.

Libido (drive) seems to be back to about baseline, although still some random erections.

Headaches have about gone away since adding a low amount of carbs, but they still occur occasionally.

Thoughts:

I finished off the workout with upright rows and shrugs supersetted, and got a great pump in my traps.

This was a very good workout, and I felt pretty good in the gym. Definitely felt a lot better on shoulder press, and weights/reps up on lateral raises. I definitely worked them harder prior to the hammer strength press than last week. My shoulders were very fatigued, and I am not surprised that I went down in reps.

Really great shoulder pump, and vascularity was solid. The non-stim energy doesn't seem to be as prevalent anymore, but it is still noticeable.

Hamstrings/biceps/abs tomorrow.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Abs and biceps were supersetted at the end of this workout. I went up 5 lbs on preacher curls and kept the same # of reps for my first 2 sets.

Thoughts:

Very good workout today. I didn't go up in weight in SLDL since I don't go heavy on them due to my lower back, but they felt a good deal better than last week, and I was able to pause on some reps to really work them hard.

I added more weight to hypers and was able to complete them pretty well also. Overall hamstrings felt pretty powerful today.

Biceps definitely felt a little stronger as well. The vascularity today was sick. My arms have never looked that veiny, ever. I took a pic b4 I went to the gym, and was planning on taking one after to show the pump, but the angle/pose didn't really highlight the pump. I will use a different pose next week.

Libido is back up again. Headaches seem to be gone for good, hopefully. Tomorrow will be off day, or maybe some light cardio.

Note: In case it was unclear, I am and have kept my routine consistant with what I've been doing all summer. I don't have an exact split, for each day of the week. However, I am consitent with how I listen to my body. If soreness causes me to switch up the split slightly (which hasn't happened in a while FYI) then I may switch one day.

But overall I have been on this routine for quite some time. I think this is very important when evaluating a product, so I just thought I'd make that clear.

I saw u posted about the headaches in the past. Usually that means ur not getting enough water in the with that dosage and in the 1 hour following the dose. With ETHER u dont need to drink buckets at one time, just u have to get water constantly...like hooking an iv to ur am, esp the 1 hour after a dose.

My water intake is, and always has been extremely high, so I usually don't monitor it, so it is possible I wasn't drinking enough after my last dose.

Well you only need to take the full workout day dosage on days you do compound movement exercises like back, quads, benching. Bi's and tri's day isnt a "real" workout day.

Its formulated on a workout schedule used by powerlifters which is usually 3-4x a week multi joint movements. I would have to see ur split to tell you exactly how to use it for good results but not using the workout day dosage 5x a week. It also dep. on how much u weigh. But I can guarantee if you spend 120 on it and use the workout dosage on all 5 workout days u will believe it was 120 well spent.

Mon - CHest
Tue - Back
Wed - Shoulders
Thur - Legs
Fri - Tri,BI
Sat SUn - Off

Thoughts:

Well today was interesting to say the least. When I arrived at the gym I began to have some slight stomach discomfort, but paid it little mind.

After my first set it got worse, and continued to after that. I did do dips in between exercises, in place of the dip machine cuz it was taken.

After hammer press I felt terrible and had to leave. I wouldn't have posted my workout normally given this situation, but when I realized my numbers I had to.

VERY happy with my DB numbers. That is a great increase, and I also got 10 more pounds for 3 reps on the hammer machine.

I do feel a lot better now, and managed to get my NOS ether down, along with a pwo meal.

Assuming I feel fine tomorrow, it will be back day.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thoughts:

This workout was awesome. Didn't improve much on DL, but I think that is due to my hamstrings. They felt fatigued really early, and my back felt great and very powerful, but my legs weren't supporting me as well as I'd like. That said, I'm happy with DL's.

Also, like every week, I test chinup after warming up. Got 8 this week. A full rep better than last week, and 2 better than the start. The 8th rep was a struggle, but it was a clean solid rep, much like last week's 7th rep.

Everything else saw minor increases, but I think I may have rested slightly less unintentionally. I got extremely focused, and seemed to jump in the next set perhaps slightly quicker than usual. My straight arm pulldowns felt amazing, and added 2 reps each set.

I tried to work triceps to make up for yesterday, but the pump in my biceps was so intense I couldn't do so :D

Really happy with the focus/MMC I got from this.

Also, forgot to mention, but appetite has been consistently elevated, especially PWO. I'm eating slightly more in my PWO meal, and getting hungrier much quicker than usual following that. Nothing that I couldn't control if I needed/wanted to, but definitely noticeable.

Also, libido/erections is kind of off and on, but some days it has been out of control.

I got the headaches figured out though. I figured it had to do with nutrient partitioning so I just added more carbs PWO, and it hasn't been a problem. Also making sure to keep water intake high just to be safe, but I don't think that was the culprit.

After leg extensions I did a bunch of calf work, and finished off my quads with 8 ATG pulse squats, supersetted with 20 ATG Pulse Front squat with just the bar.

Thoughts:

This workout was awesome, and very brutal. I managed to up my squats by 10 pounds which was nice. Leg press remained pretty constant, but leg extensions were incredible. I added some weight, and even on my lighter sets I was pausing longer than usual to really burn my legs out.

The pulse squats at the end were thrown in because I felt great and didn't really want to leave.

Vascularity in my calves was at an all time high. Very happy with this workout.

Yesterday was the first time I mentioned it, but the appetite has been picking up since the start of this log, and yesterday today it is as high as can be. I'm starving when I leave the gym, and after a large PWO meal I'm hungry again very soon.

DAY 17 - Off Day

2 scoops NOS ETHER in the AM

Thoughts:

Today was an off day from the gym. Took my ether this morning. I played an 18 hole scramble with my dad, brother and grandpa. All I can really note at this time is appetite seems to be increasing by the day. I get hungry very often, and hardly find true fullness.

Shoulders tomorrow.

DAY 18 - Shoulders

2 scoops NOS ETHER Pre-Workout, 1 scoop Post WO

Exercise Training Log
1. DB Shoulder Press [ 4 Sets ]
11x65 | 10x65 | 8x75 | 8x75 |
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2. Cable Front Raises [ 3 Sets ]
10/10x25 | 10/10x20 | 10/10x20

3. Standing Lateral Raises [ 3 Sets ]

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4. Hammer Strength Shoulder Press [ 4 Sets ]
8x190 | 4x230
| 3x240
| DROP to failure
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The usual trap supersetting followed.

Thoughts:

Today's workout was pretty solid. I did feel like I was dragging a little when I got there, but my strength was awesome. Usually when I am dragging my strength suffers, sometimes significantly.

Today I managed to get 8 with the 75s for 2 sets. Also, my last set on the hammer press was up 2 reps from last week. (should be noted it is up 3 from the beginning, I wore out early last week, hence the drop)

Nonetheless, this was extremely impressive to me, as I would have thought my strength would drop by the end of a workout where I just wasn't totally feeling it.

Pump was pretty solid, vascularity wasn't AS impressive as usual, but strength is the most important part IMO, and that was definitely impressive.

DAY 20 - Hamstrings/Biceps/Abs

2 scoops NOS ETHER Pre-Workout, 1 scoop Post WO

No numbers today since I worked out in my basement. I have limited equipment so I did very high reps and supersets and just got a great sweat going.

Thoughts:

I didn't think I'd have time to hit the gym, so I worked out at home. I just did a ton of supersets. I don't test strength on ham/bicep day anyway, so no big deal.

I can say that the non-stim energy seemed to return today, which was certainly welcomed. I had incredible pumps due to the high reps, and of course NOS. Libido is pretty high, and appetite continues to be increased quite a bit.

I ended up getting some cardio in later in the day, and I must say the veins I saw in my calves were incredible :)

Really looking forward to chest tomorrow, since last week's workout I had stomach issues, but still improved strength, so tomorrow I should push some good numbers.

I would do it all the time if it didn't negatively affect my leg training/recovery. I like it because it is quick, and IMO more effective than regular low intensity cardio. (which can get real boring)

Thoughts:

Absolutely amazing workout today. Added 25 pounds to the hammer incline press with 3 reps. I tried the 105 DBs and got them for 6 reps on my last set. It was very very solid.

The pump was insane in my chest, and overall my arms were as full and vascular as could be. I noticed a solid mood enhancement today, most likely from the rhodiola. It was even more noticeable PWO.

Also had great endurance, and felt like I could have worked out much longer if needed.

Really happy with the strength today. Looking forward to deadlifts tomorrow.

Great workout man. Those incline DB numbers are strong and congrats on the huge increase on the incline hammer.

Thanks man. I think the incline hammer is one of the better exercises to test strength as well, since it is straight power movement, and low reps. Form won't really make or break a rep, like possible with other exercises.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*** Before my first set, and immediately following my last set (of straight arm pulldowns) I did 20 rep deadlifts at 135.***

Thoughts:

Like all back days, I tested my chinup strength. I got exactly 8, just like last week.

My workout was extremely intense, and I added reps across the board, and some weight increases. My workout was quite a bit shorter than normal, because I wasn't resting very long. The fact that my reps actually improved is very pleasing to me.

REALLY happy to get 10 for all db row sets as well :)

The pump I had in my back was ridiculous, and veins in my arms were showing everywhere.

After the final 20 rep DL I felt like I was about to pass out. It was very taxing, but I loved it.

I really had a drive to just do more than usual, and my focus was great. Also, the great mood was incredible today. Especially when I left the gym, which I'm assuming had some to do with endorphins, but not all.

I really like that aspect, and since I'm noticing it on days where I'm slightly happier than usual, I'm assuming it depends on other factors.

For instance, if I'm having a ****ty day, the mood effect won't change that, but might help. But if I'm having a good/great day, it will really amplify and create a euphoric type feeling. This seems to be the case the last 2-3 days.

I counted how many scoops I had taken, based on this log, a couple days ago. IIRC, after today I should have taken either 61-64. So, that leaves ~16-19 scoops left. That should be at least 2 off days, and 4 more workouts left. However, judging by the tub it doesn't appear I have that much left, but we'll see.

Immediately following leg extensions, I did 135 for 8 pulse squats, supersetted with front squats with just the bar, ATG pulse style. Then immediately into calf work.

Thoughts:

Today was easily the closest I've been to throwing up at the gym. This workout was shorter than usual. My intensity was extremely high, and my rest sets were shorter than normal, although not purposely.

I was sweating a ton, and flying through the workout. Strength didn't really move much, but considering all the walking I did the past few days, and the fact rest times were cut down, I am happy with the numbers.

I was in a great mood at the gym, and even better afterward. My quads have never shown so many veins, or looked better overall, there was sooo much blood in them.

I have some more in depth thoughts, but I will save them for the final review, which will end up being soon. It seems tomorrow's shoulder workout will be the second last workout of this log.

Thoughts:

Very good workout today. My DB presses were awesome. On my first 2 sets I really concentrated on form, and still was able to increase reps. 75 DBs for 9 reps is awesome, I was very pumped.

Rest of the workout went very well, until I got to traps. I felt a sharp pain after my first set of upright rows, so I just did some abs and left. The shoulder workout was great, and I was pretty pissed I couldn't continue with traps.

Pumps were unreal, and vascularity continues to improve. I am loving the intensity I have in the gym lately, especially with late workouts, without caffeine.

Unfortunately I have next to no NOS left, and tomorrow is just cardio, so this is the final workout. If I have time, I will have the final review up tomorrow, but by thurs/friday for sure.

Get Diesel Nutrition NOS ETHER Final Review

http://www.getdiesel.com/images/NOS_ETHER.gif

Starting Weight: 183.5 lbs.
Ending Weight: 185 lbs.

Measurements: (empty stomach/depleted this morning)
Upper Arms: 15 in.---15.15in. (+.15 in.)
Forearm: 13.5 in.-----13.5in. (No change)
Waist (at widest point): 33 in.---32.25 in. (-.75 in.)
Calves: 14 in.-----14 in. (No change)
Quads: 23 in.------23.3 in. (+.3 in)

Lean Muscle Mass: Well based on the measurements I would say I added some LBM. I am up 1.5 lbs, and quads seemed to get the most out of that, which is awesome (although I'm sure there may be some measuring error). Also added some size to my arms, which I'm very happy with. For 25 days, I would say this category was impressive.

Keep in mind, I am an endomorph, and gain fat easily. That said, I was eating a cyclical diet, slightly above maintenance. I was not on an all out bulk, so these results surprise/impress me given my caloric intake. Had my diet been bigger, I could have gained much more weight. People tend to think weight gain == results, but hopefully people understand why 1.5 lbs was fine in this situation.

Endurance: At the beginning of this log endurance did not seem to be much improved. However, this might have been the most noticeable effect in the last 3-4 workouts. My intensity started to pick up quite a bit, and I ended up doing 20 rep DLs, or squats, or anything to totally finish off the given body part. Even then, I ended up adding in abs or calves because I didn't want to leave.

Since this product increased my appetite so much, many times the only reason I would leave is because I was so hungry. When I run this again, I may bring a banana and some whey to take while there, and continue my workouts quite a bit longer.

Recovery: This is somewhat difficult for me to evaluate, as it is a broad term. In regards to reduced DOMS, this was certainly not the case. Today my legs are as sore as I can ever remember, and throughout the log DOMS were consistent with the weeks before this log.

Recovery from set to set seemed improved, especially toward the end of the log. I found myself resting less and less, without trying to. I worked up quite a sweat, and my reps/weight didn't suffer with less rest time.

Now, one I took my PWO dose and came home and ate, I very often felt in the mood to lift immediately after. Of course, I didn't, but if I had a need to workout twice in one day, I easily could have on some days.

Strength/Power: All along this was what I wanted to evaluate the most. Some of the other categories are great aspects, but nothing you would buy a creatine/NO product for that solely. Strength is why I would purchase a product of this sort. That said, my strength improvements are listed below.

Seated DB Press:
Before Log: 65s x 10, 70s x 8
After Log: 65s x 12, 75s x 9

DB Incline Press:
Before: 90s x 8, 95s x 6
After: 95s x 9x2, 105s x 6

Chin Ups:
Before: 6 x BW
After: 8 x BW

These are my most noticeable strength increases, and they are pretty dramatic. Unfortunately, my legs did not improve as much as I would've liked in terms of strength, but they certainly have seemed to grow.

I can now consistently do 8 chinups, as I tried yesterday to check consistency. I am really thrilled about my DB presses though. I didn't even realize how much they improved until looking at them just now.

Almost all other lifts I was able to add a couple reps for the same weight, and some marginal weight increases. Overall I must say the strength gains were amazing. I only wish I would have seen more in my legs, but that might have to do with my training (i.e. too much cardio) and not the product.

Pumps: While this isn't overly important to me in the grand scheme, these pumps were great. More impressive than that, however, was the vascularity. I honestly saw veins I have NEVER seen before, and that is certainly motivating while working out. I loved some of the veins I saw in my quads, and my arms seriously looked much improved while working out.

Miscellaneous: There were many miscellaneous effects that weren't claimed on the front of the bottle.

The first one I noticed was the "non-stim" energy, as I described in my log. I noticed it early on, but it was very subtle I didn't make the connection immediately. This was great for late workouts, without needing caffeine that would keep me awake later. Some days this wasn't noticeable at all, however.

Toward the end of the log I noticed a great mood elevating effect. My mood was overall better for various reasons, so my assumption is that the mood effect is mild, and won't overcome a ****ty day, but can certainly help, and will amplify a great day.

My libido was positively affected early on, but more noticeable was completely random erections. This was confusingly an on and off effect, but I wouldn't have welcomed it constantly, so that's not a bad thing.

Appetite took a while to pick up, but once it did it got somewhat out of control. Like I already noted, there were days I only left the gym because I was so hungry.

This also claims to have a positive impact on bodyfat, and I can confidently say it does. My waist got smaller as I gained weight, which seems to be impossible for me. With the increased appetite, I ended up eating more than normal a couple times PWO, which never lead to fat gain. Unfortunately my before pics turned out in bad lighting. I'll try and get finals in similar lighting, for comparison purposes. However, not sure these improvements will be noticeable in them, but we'll see. I don't look much different, but improvements were certainly made. Keep in mind, this was after only 25 days, so if 2 tubs were ran I would be interested in those overall results.

Sides: The only real side I noticed would have to be headaches early on. It seemed to be from the nutrient partitioning ingredients, so once I added some more carbs they disappeared. They were quite annoying, but easily fixed.

I also had stomach issues one day, and seemed to hold water in the midsection the first week or so. It went away, so not a big deal at all, and the stomach issue was only once, early on as well.

Price: Many people may have a hard time justifying the price, and I can understand that, as they probably look at it as a creatine product, vs. other less expensive creatine products. If you are planning on using a pre-wo product stacked with your creatine product, it would only be fair to include both prices against this. That said, the 64$ is not too bad, and given the significant impact it had on my strength, I will be purchasing this in the future. I will be cutting. Once I begin to "bulk," I will be purchasing at least one tub of this, hopefully, funds allowing, two.

I will also come here and post a picture of the transaction(or new bottle), since nobody believes positive reviews anymore, sometimes justifiably so, I guess.

Notes: Endurance and mood increased, quite a bit in some instances, but not until later in the log.

Waist shrunk while I gained weight, as an endo that is great.

Strength gains were incredible for 3-4 exercises, and consistent across the board.

Bottom Line: I will buy this product, and will recommend it often as well. If you are in the market for a creatine and/or NO product, give this a try. I'm happy I had the chance to.

**I'd like to thank Chuck Diesel for allowing me to test this product, and opening my eyes to a great product I may not have tried had I not tested it.**

I was eating a cyclical diet, slightly above maintenance.

More elaboration?

One of the best reviews I have seen....ever. Awesome stuff. I will have to give it a shot.

Thanks Bryant, I think you'll really like it.

thanks for the full review. Not alot of Bs'ing, consistant post and consistant workouts.....I got 4 new (and/or variation) products coming out in October (Trib Test Extreme, DIESEL FUEL Classic, Coq Diesel [erection enhancement], Ready4War SuperCaps), u can log any of them when I do the tester thread.

Thanks again.

Sounds good, I'll look out for the tester threads. "coq Diesel" That's a great name.

thank you for choosing me to test this.

Great log and final review! It was a pleasure following along. You've convinced me to give Ether a try when funds permit, probably near a holiday, or even for a birthday, perhaps, when money isn't quite as important.

Ya I'm thinking around christmas I might be able to pick up 2 tubs, or maybe earlier for bday or w/e.

Carb cycling, which I almost always employ year round. My total surplus or defecit varied based on certain things from day to day, but a weekly average of about only 500 over maintenance.

Thanks for checking in guys.

All is well, just moved into my own place at school, and internet is not hooked up yet. I've been on to check e-mails and such occasionally at the library, but not much time to post.

Wednesday I will have internet back, and will probably be posting too much. :p
