One thing that keeps me going during my contest diet is thinking about how much I am going to eat and that I can eat what ever I want after my contest...

My question is how long do you guys and gals let yourself go crazy for. (Just the night after the contest and get back on a diet Sunday morning, Sat night and Sunday, Sat night Sunday and Monday...)

Also the last time I pigged out Sat night after my contest and Sunday my stomach was killing me I got right back on a diet for my next contest Monday morning and it took me about 10 days to undo the damage I did to my body in about 30 hours...

(I think If you truly want to be a successful natural bodybuilder and you dont have amazing genetics you basically have to be on a diet either contest or clean off season diet 24/7)

Have fun the night of contest, the get back at it. If it takes a long time to get "in-shape", then you should give yourself adequate time to bet back to "normal". I would assume that as your contest approached you gradually cut things out of your diet which lowered your caloric intake (GRADUALLY). You do just the opposite now.

I went hardcore post contest for the next 36 hours (peanut butter cheesecake for breakfast was the best) and then cleaned it up, went right back to my macro's from the week prior to peak week and increased macro's each week. http://soabodybuilding.com/endgame.html great article by sean sullivan on how to come off a contest diet
